The place was lovely quick taxi ride into town centre, they did a 3 course meal deal when we arrived good choice & lovely food. The breakfast has a great continental choice alongside a cooked breakfast menu all good & plenty
Position of hotel Room ok . Car park good
Breakfast not that good . Fan in loo on alnight had to take card out for electic. So it didn’t work .Then phone not charged. No WiFi . Bath panel not fixed. Had to ask for Towels there policy. 2 loo rolls for 5 days . Certainly could do a bit better.
Room was good
At breakfast the floor had not been cleaned from the night before
Good location for our golf trip to the area. Lots of parking and pub serving food all day. Decent sized car park next to rooms with good sized bays.
They had sold out of most of the menu on the night we arrived mid evening and wanted a meal. Also run out of some beers. Breakfast choice limited and no self service coffee or tea, no muesli,/fruit/yoghurt.
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant was fine. Good choice of menus and quick service.
Breakfast a bit basic but adequate.
Staff were great
It’s a bit tired both hotel and pub especially the pub garden
100% stay here again 😁😁😁😁
Nothing to dislike 😁😁😁😁
THE ROOM WAS JUST RIGHT. BREKFAST GOOD AS WAS DINNER
Close to Bridlington, but not too close.
Well run pub/hotel in a good location not far from the coast The pub has a great atmosphere and serves a varied menu offering good value Parking spaces and plentiful and the motel style rooms offer basic clean accommodation ideal for staying over
Nothing to make comments on
Friendly staff in bar and close walk to beach
Felt short staffed in both restaurant and hotel, not cleaned to a good standard
Good for parking. Quiet area.
20-30 min walk into Bridlington.
Nice room, nice pub
Food was wrong, had to wait while my partner had her food, whilst we were sleeping the manager let himself in our room ,could've been anyone!!
Stayed here before..suited our needs
..Just that the restaurant closed at 6pm due to staff shortages
The hotel cancelled our booking, about 15 minutes before we were due to arrive there. Siad there had been a problem with overbooking and that it wasn't their fault! Awful service.
Good position & close to beach
Bus service wasn't very good
Good food great staff
Nil
We didn’t stop for breakfast we set off early to get home
Nothing
Good size room
The staff were outstanding and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Ample parking with a pub just across the parking area. Good choice of food and drink and at a fairly reasonable price range. Not too far from the front and easily accessible by car or a good 20 to 30 minutes walk. Parking also good along the promenade.
Was unsure when we booked if breakfast was included and couldn't tell from the only booking we made. As it was we didn't have breakfast included in the price and had to ask 2 members of staff before getting an answer.
Breakfast was really good. The staff very friendly and polite
The main meals need improvment
Lovely staff who were very helpful and friendly
Sticky tables
Comfortable place to stay.
Nice hotel quiet and away from pub
Was all ok
Great location, 10 mins walk from sea front. Excellent breakfast!
Staff were brilliant Returant and bar were what you would expect from a pub and the food was spot on
Had booked for 4 days stayed one night as the bed was like concrete Couldn't sleep on it We had 3 lots of stairs to our room and we are both disabled as they only have 2 rooms for disabled that were taken
Comfortable bed nice room
Some of the menu unavailable
Great location, good parking, comfortable room and bed.
The breakfast could have been better
Dead easy to find and check in Hotel is in separate building from the pub. Such a relief to get into a room without any aggro or need to do anything! Decent English food is available across the car park in the pub.
When I got back home I found a while stack of emails inviting me to check in using some APP or other. Pretty useless ! Tried to book a restaurant table using web site. Didn't work. Walked across car park and got a table at once. According to manageress the web site didn't work because it thought there were no empty tables, which was clearly not the case. Can I suggest that this ineffective system is got rid of, and people don't faff about trying to use it. No lift to upper floor, despite us asking for room with 'minimal stairs' we still got put on upper floor.
The staff were good and the room was adequate to a standard I would expect
The food, breakfast and evening was very poor, it tasted like it had all been pre-cooked and then kept warm until serving, for what you get at other establishments this was my worse experience, and it ruined the eating experience, also the drinks at the bar were over priced
Not as good as other Marston establishments
Poached eggs, staffing apoauling, long waits bad service, slow service I was charged fir breakfast dwzpite being paid for on booking.com. tables sticky and dirty, understaffed. Rooms need make over, very tired.
The location was really convenient for the beach and walking into Bridlington centre and visiting Bridlington Spa for an event. The free parking outside the hotel made it really easy for our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. When we needed more tea/coffee etc the staff got it for us with no problem. It was really handy having the pub next door which had a great breakfast and provided meals and drinks at a reasonable price that we really enjoyed.
Nothing.
Clean, tidy and relaxed pub with lovely staff
Location few minutes car/bus/taxi from seafront spa end. 15 minutes steady walk. Staff extremely polite, friendly especially Katie who really is an asset to the establishment. Accommodation clean, tidy, comfy everything to meet our needs, we booked a disabled accessible room with wet room, ticked all the boxes. Tea coffee facilities, seating, dressing table, mirror, hairdryer, plenty of bedding. We didn't hear any noise through the day or night and the hotel was full. We got a disabled parking space right outside the room, parking was secure and free to park. Key card for room. Easy check in and Easy check out. We booked a table for evening meal and staff made sure we knew about the menu, offers and asked us about food allergies. We sat inside the restaurant, we had plenty of room, great menu lots of choice, food was tasty, hot and great portion sizing. Great drinks menu to suit all. Great menu offers as well we chose the early lunch off of 2 courses and came to under £50 after adding drinks. Seating area outside the restaurant pub is lovely landscaped garden area with plenty of coverage and private areas , children's play area, the restaurant/pub was open til 11pm so we had a drink before bed. Check out is so easy you place your key card in the drop box. Breakfast great choices and served til a reasonable time. Special menus for Xmas, boxing day and new years. Staff couldn't do enough for us.
Leaving wish we coild of stayed longer.
Very friendly helpful staff nice and clean in a good peaceful location from town centre but close enough to get to .Breakfast value for money plenty of choice . Travelled with my husband and 17month old grandson for a family event provided a travel cot on request for him . We would definitely stay again thankyou Michelle and David from West Yorkshire
Acceptable room with a very comfy bed, bathroom could do with a refresh, but clean and perfectly useable... friendly, cheerful, helpful staff (but stressed, short staffed?)
Portion sizes on evening meal and cooked breakfast smaller than our local Marston's.. but still delicious 😋
Good room, quiet location
Receptionist abrupt on arrival, telling us we'd be lucky if room ready for 2pm check in
Hotel accom great. What really made it was the service of the staff in the restaurant, especially Katie. She couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly and looked after us better, we hope to stay again.
Going breakfast, very friendly staff
The staff were really good can't praise them enough.
Our room wasn't clean, dusty lamps headboard, crumbs on the floor and bathroom taps/ sink were filthy. Booked evening meal to be told limited menu, no fish & chips, nothing from the grill available just a very poor choice of food. Staff were apologetic but it ruined our stay there.
Room smelt fishy and wet room foisty.
Great breakfast, accommodation clean.
Tv limited channels. Struggled with getting into the shower via the bath
Friendly staff welcomed us to the property and explained the rooms are in a separate building to the bar and restarting which I think would well. The parking was easy. The food at the restaurant was very good.
Nothing I didn’t like.
Staff friendly.
Shower curtain in bathroom. Very unhygienic.
Breakfast was lovely. Easy check in. Staff welcoming, great location.
Toilet paper needs upgrading too thin. Unfortunately there were issues with kitchen equipment on this stay on both nights we were there. On the 2nd night we ended up walking into brid for a meal as there was nothing on the menu I could eat.
Peace and quiet
Comfortable bed, quiet room
Bedroom door very heavy and could not be open by a wheelchair user on their own. No shelves or anywhere to put anything in the bathroom. Why is the accessible room at the far end of the corridor?
Pleased there was a clean bath, not just a shower cubicle. Bed and bedding comfortable
Not much choice of tv programmes Had to go to reception and request additional tea bags & milk. A cookie and bottle of water would have been welcome The occupants of the room opposite and adjacent were exceptionally noisy with young children running up and down the corridor screaming and shouting
We liked the fact it isn't joint to the pub so we weren't disturbed by late night drinkers. It has a bath which I love. It's close to town. Plenty of parking. Easy key drop off in the morning .
The bed was a tad hard and we had a little wait to be checked in because the lovely guy behind the bar was doing both jobs
Room was comfortable and clean.
Service was very slow for breakfast.
This was a stop over on our way home from Edinburgh. Very comfortable bed, very clean and welcoming. The pub side looked very cosy and busy. We didnt have a meal as went to the beach which was about a 15 minute walk. Overall a good place to stay.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The croissants were rock hard, cooked breakfast was ok but the scrambled eggs on toast were overcooked leaving it VERY dry. Maybe it was just a bad day for the chef.
Quiet, good location
Property fine but paid beforehand breakfast at the pub not to be desired. Very small portions for the money paid. Would stay again but would get breakfast elsewhere.
Room clean breakfast lovely staff very helpful
The door at the top of stairs made a terrible bang when closing
Our family descended on the property for the weekend. Almost 30 people at this reunion. And the staff dealt with it superbly. Food and service were consistently good. And an awful lot of patience. :-)
On such reunions. The younger folk do not go to bed at 11pm. Perhaps some facility to cope with that?
Ideal location as visiting Spa friendly staff clean room had an evening meal and breakfast both up to expectations. We went in car and there was plenty of parking spaces. We also had a drink on the pub before our evening meal.
We were happy with what we had on sight. The location was good for us with plenty of parking in a fairly quiet neighbourhood.
Weve stayed here fir the last 6/7 years for our annual golf trip. Facilities are excellent as you have the hotel on one side of the very large free car park and the pub/restaurant on the other side. Hotel is spotless and rooms are a decent size. Very clean and modern. Staff in the bar were excellent and very chatty/helpful. Breakfast was very nice with lots to choose from. Food in the evening was also very nice and reasonably priced. We dident check in online as we were arriving late evening after the golf but it was no problem checking in when we got there. Quick and easy. All In all another great stay. Thanks to all staff members. See you in 12 months. 🙂🙂
No complaints about anything.
Room was spacious and kept a good temperature
Air con didn’t work
Stayed here a few times now& it's always been really good, staff are brilliant
That they only have 2 disabled access rooms
Friendly staff clean comfortable rooms and lovely food and location
We liked everthing
Clean, smelt nice and nice comfy bed
Great location, the door keys were a bit pointless! You could access any room with the door cards
The breakfast was lovely.nit enough. staff
Woman whom checked us in think her Charlie or Charlotte gave us key cards we entered it was still a mess and dirty from previous people
Dirty in Bathroom all around taps no battery in tv remote asked for Fan but told sorry don’t supply yet all website for all rooms states air conditioning. Door down stairs constantly banging all we was offered was free drink not acceptable and price per night just wasn’t to the price paid water flow running the bath took almost Hour to fill. Had to leave room to be cleaned which wasn’t up to standard as the so called manager was rushing cleaners which didn’t give ample cleaning to be done. My email njmurphy76@gmail.com for photos
Clean room and quiet
Nothing
The room was good ample parking and the pub across the car park
Slight disapproval with a bar staff person on the neck oil lager I said it was too cloudy and didn't taste right and he disagreed but 3 other pubs in Bridlington it was clear ok he did change it for something else
Bed comfy
Felt very welcome, food was superb, hotel spotless
Location good and free parking
Check on was late due to staffing issues. Bar service slow. Breakfast Luke warm and didn’t bring my hot drink went outside to spoke and have a coffee of their own
Rooms in a separate block so nice & quiet. Staff friendly. Food good.
Bath was very high & we didn't feel safe climbing out after a shower. There was a damp smell in the bathroom. Bacon & black pudding we're overcooked at breakfast.
Close to beach, good range of meals, great breakfast, quiet in area
Nothing
Close by to where we needed to be, the pub was fabulous the food on the evening was lovely and as we had to be away earlier they sorted us out earlier breakfast
The 3rd bed was really u comfy was part of a sofa bed I believe but running down the middle was a thick seam so we had to share beds and switch around
Friendly staff, has single/twin beds
Still looks a little dated, no change from my stay last year but still very good value for mobey
Reasonably priced budget hotel, staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was not bad.
No Aircon
Generally everything was very good, from the room to the quality of the food and drink
Breakfast was a bit slow on the Wednesday morning, although the servers were apologetic
Good location. Good breakfast.
Bathroom was a wet room for disabled use, it flooded and was a hazard for us, let alone a disabled person. Needs sorting.
breakfast was lovely and friendly staff - slept very well - and there was a bath yippeee !!
the rooms are located at the end of the car park not the main building this area looks tired we thought and could do with a refresh / brightening up - maybe its used by business stayers more ?- but felt a bit stale. plus no Marstons ale on - problem with pump -
Clean, well equipped rooms. Easy check in. Staff were lovely. Food was good (only had evening meals).
Well located, restaurant on site, parking.
Shower flooded. No action taken after reporting same. Bathroom not the cleanest.
Lovely breakfast good value for money
Nothing
The room, staff and location were great, really pleased with the hotel and staff were excellent and very pleasant; especially Katie and the bar staff
Food was less than acceptable. Breakfast was poor - eggs hard, 1 measily sausage, a tiny pot of beans and taste overall was not to a standard we are used to Evening meal was a awful. I had steak with peppercorn sauce. Steak was tasteless and the sauce was terrible - never tasted anything so bland! My wide had fish n chips and she said it was tasteless. The 2nd evening I had a curry and yes, it tasted ok but things like a tiny pot of mango chutney was laughable. My wife had a burger and she didnt eat it all as again tasteless. Either the raw materials were of a poor standard or the chef/cook wasnt bothered what he/she turned out of the kitchen
Lovely
Nothing
Breakfast appalling. Under staffed no cutlery, plates, bread, poor service and certain items on menu not available as advertised, such as yoghurt berries. Offered an fork handle instead of a teaspoon. Long wait ti be seated tables not cleared. Waited for a hot drink.
See above..everything advertised, better service, better preparation. Choice of bread. Once out of something replace, ie fruit juice but no glasses.
Excellent yet again clean comfortable modern and with good air con
Everything
When you came across staff they were very polite.
Room, Food & Service very good.
Fantastic staff and service
The so called wonderful breakfast was poor to say the least . Hardly cooked bacon nearly raw sausage and runny egg all of which were of poor quality .Every meal we has there was brought out on at least one piece of crockery that was chipped , I am no snob but dont like my coffee in a chipped cup or my dinner on a chipped plate , no saucers at breakfast just cup not even a proper mug . Seems to me that they are struggling to keep afloat .
Parking was good. Location was great.
The breakfast was excellent
WiFi wasn't good.
Clea and comfortable
Nothing
Confusing breakfast menu

All of it nothing to say as it is lovely place
Nothing all good
Slechte wifi en bedden waar je bijna op het spiraal lag.
Was in a lovely spot. Staff we're nice
You have to go away across to the pub for key to room it is quite a hassle if your disabled. Room could have been a wee bit cleaner windowsill was quite dirty
Great place, very clean, pleasant & helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.
Well located for our purposes, others may find it a bit of a walk to the seashore and the town The staff were really friendly and helpful generally Good breakfast provided and the evening dinner food was also good and reasonably priced
No flexibility on check in time with a queue of people waiting for “the magic time” to arrive In spite of having to wait 30 minutes we were greeted with an open toilet seat and unflushed toilet in our room Luckily only pee! It looked like and was very much a tired “Travel Inn” accommodation and I felt expensive for what it was. You would need an umbrella or coat in bad weather to cross the large car park to contact reception or get breakfast
Location for walk to beach & into town. Large car park
Asked for a 1st floor room but staff seemed unaware of this & we were put on ground floor
Staff were helpful
Dining room was quite dark needs upgrade. Breakfast nothing like the picture, luke warm beans, tomato skin not a tomato, sausage was strange. Having to go across car park to get to hotel rooms when it was raining. Not enough disabled car parking
Location excellent. Breakfast was ok. My toast if I'm being picky was a little overdone.
Only there 2 nights and really there wasn't anything I didn't like
