The double bed is only 190cm x 160cm not for tall people

Der Unterhalt des Zimmers lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bilder sahen top aus, doch die Realität leider nicht.

Price vs value…. stucked in the 90s. We had rental car and could stayed somewhere else. We choose it cos of location and car park isn’t that close as described. We had no trouble with the stairs but if you’re an older person or not so sporty like us consider lots of stairs. There is an elevator but it works the Sicilian way. Just respirare 🙏😊

Ubicazione centralissima, ideale per godersi in comodità la spiaggia ed il centro paese di Cefalù. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Personale molto cordiale, disponibile e professionale. Parcheggio privato un plus per la zona.

Nulla. Solo un suggerimento, avrei gradito poter assaggiare qualche prodotto artigianale nell’offerta della colazione, considerata la qualità della cucina locale.

Emplacement parfait et hôtel totalement rénové, notre chambre 3 personnes avec 2 chambres séparées était nickel avec vue sur la mer. Personnel sympathique

This is a newly renovated hotel, close to main street & beach, excellent service, nice comfy rooms & beds. Staff spoke good English and the breakfasts were small but adequate. There's a lift for all heavy bags etc Only a short walk to the main square & Cathedral. A walk to/from train station was about 20 minutes.

Le Personnel est vraiment très agréable. La chambre était très propre et vraiment très calme ( on n'entend absolument pas le bruit de la rue).

toute l’équipe de la réception au ménage au service du petit déjeuner sont vraiment une équipe Sara,Toti ,Alice au top d’une gentillesse absolue à l’écoute prêt à rendre service pour tout, nous reviendrons, c’est sûr sans aucune hésitation!

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Der Strand und der Dom sind gut zu erreichen.

Die Ausstattung war schlecht. Es war alles sehr lieblos und ohne Charme. Das Frühstück von schlechter Qualität und in kaltem Ambiente. Wir würden die Unterkunft nicht mehr wählen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns hier gar nicht gepasst .

Hotel completamente nuevo, instalaciones super confortables, a un paso de la calle de los comercios y restaurantes y a un minuto de cualquiera de las dos playas. Destacó la excepcional atención de Sara , Alice y Tori. Nos trataron de maravilla. Ayudándonos en el mínimo detalle. Lo recomiendo 100%

the location of the hotel is fantastic, great places to eat, beach is very close. The breakfast had so many wonderful things to choose from and they were all good. We had a room with 2 bedrooms and both were very comfortable. The manager and staff were outstanding so friendly and helpful!

Located in the center of town, convenient and easy to get around to all attractions, including the beach. Friendly staff and willing to provide excellent and respectful service.

Although we were acommodated at 2:45pm check in is at 4:00PM which is too much late in the day. You get the feeling that you lose most of the day. Please change policy for a 2PM check in the latest

Super schöner Pool; schon etwas in die Jahre gekommene Anlage, aber alles sehr gepflegt; waren nur für 1 Nacht dort, aber haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben sogar kostenlos ein Upgrade erhalten 😊

The staff in the hotel were simply wonderful. They were so welcoming, friendly and helpful - they went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. There is nothing I would fault about the hotel - the rooms were well appointed and the beds very comfortable. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere. The triple room we were expecting was in fact 2 adjoining rooms which was an unexpected bonus.

Excelente ubicación en Cefalu. Muy limpio y moderno. Un muy buen sitio para dormir y explorar Cefalu. Recomendable .

Location is fabulous, lovely clean room, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. I really enjoyed the little balcony over the street watching the world go by. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. I regret not staying longer

Bem localizada, com duas funcionárias simpáticas, roupa de cama e toalhas limpas e um bom café da manhã. A garagem fica a menos de 20m de distância.

Para ficar melhor o colchão poderia ser melhor, mais firme.

Mooie kamer, heerlijk bed, leuk klein balkonnetje. Zalige douche. Boutique hotel, fris, modern en supercentraal in oud-Cefalu! Receptionist (heer) overdag buitengewoon vriendelijk, dame in de namiddag wat minder… Met uitstekend en compleet ontbijt! Eigen parkeerplekken op circa 400 meter; da’s ‘n vette plus, want parkeerruimte is schaars in het hart van dit stadje!

Late incheck: pas rond 16:00 konden we inchecken. Bagage kon wel worden achtergelaten, dus de late incheck was overkomelijk.

Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt, wenn auch etwas am Rande. Da dies eine ZTL ist, sollte man wissen das so eine Zone in italienischen Städten zum Autofahren schon mal etwas abenteuerlich sein kann. Ansonsten ist ein ein tolles Hotel. Modern, freundliches Personal und ein gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Parkplatz der so 400 m zu Fuß entfernt ist. Viel besser kann man auch nicht parken. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon über einer Altstadtgasse. Somit konnten wir Morgens und Abends schon mal das Gewimmel beobachten.

Location is perfect as directly in the old town. Hotel has its own parking spot which is safe and easy to walk from the hotel. Breakfast was good and the staff was great. When I told that my wife is not feeling well and cannot make it to the breakfast they prepared a sandwich for her.

Sijainti on aivan mieletön, huone oli todella siisti ja kiva. Kaksi huonetta ja molemmissa parveke. Väliovet, jotta sai yksityisyyttä niin halutessaan. Vaikka parvekkeet olivat kadulle, ovet olivat äänieristetty niin hyvin ettei kaupungin hälinä kuulunut huoneeseen. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja ranta on vain muutaman minuutin päässä.

Aamupalalla olisi voinu olla enemmän tuoreita vihanneksia ja hedelmiä.

Everything about Osuna Bay was great. The location can't be beat and the entire hotel was clean, neat and looking new! Staff was exceptionally helpful. The staff members spoke english when my poor italian didnt work well. Parking was a major bonus, as we travelled locally during our stay. It is very closeby and easy to get to. Just be cautious that the peivate lot entrance is in the arch of a building and can be missed. Once you get there, its great. We would easily stay again when in Cefalu!

The location was so convenient and in heart of everything. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go, including to and from the train station. However, the thing that made it the most special was the wonderful staff. They were all so warm and welcoming and attentive to our every need. They made us feel like family and well taken care of!

The only thing that could have made it better was if we had a view of the ocean...but that would not be possible in this location.

The location is amazing. Just 2 blocks to the beach and so many great restaurants and shopping close by. The cathedral is at the top of our street. Wonder staff. Sarah at the front desk was so sweet and helpful

Ho prenotato con voi mi trovo servito da un altra società a mia insaputa arrivo alla struttura e trovo la mia prenotazione ,che doveva essere di una certa metratura , CANCELLATA dalla società hotiday fortunatamente il personale dell hotel riesce a trovarmi una stanza libera ma che non era della stessa categoria prenotata. Non so se continuerò a prenotare con booking.

Fica bem no centrinho histórico, o quarto tinha vista para o mar.

Impossível chegar de carro para descarregar, ruas estreitas e lotadas de gente, se vier de carro...procure outro hotel. De boutique tem apenas o nome, mobilia simples, banheiro apertado (box minusculo), café da manhã bem básico. O atendimento foi bom.
