Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Chambre très propre. Climatisation. Savon et gel douche qui sentent très bon. Emplacement central avec bus directionnla plage et la marine à 5mn à pied (15min de trajet) Personnel très agréable.
Douche un peu exiguë et manque une tablette pour poser les affaires je trouve. Rideau pas très occultant donc facilement réveiller par la lumière extérieure

The only thing I missed was a small shelf or hook to hang things like a towel or clothes outside the wardrobe.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Me llevé muy buena impresión del Next Inn. Es un hotel sencillo, pero me sentí a gusto desde el primer momento. La cama era comodísima, todo estaba muy limpio, el baño renovado, y el ambiente en general muy tranquilo. El desayuno no es enorme, pero está rico y es suficiente para empezar bien el día. El personal fue siempre muy amable y cercano. No tiene restaurante, pero para descansar y moverte por Portimão está genial. Salí contento, la verdad.

Tuvimos una lamentable mala experiencia de seguridad. Nos fuimos un día a eso de las 10 am y volvimos 10 pm y encontramos la puerta de la habitación totalmente abierta. La habitación estaba hecha, es decir, el personal de limpieza evidentemente dejó la puerta abierta al finalizar. Si bien no nos faltó nada por suerte, fue un gran susto en el momento y una falta grave de seguridad. Además, previo a la estadía, recibí mensajes fraudulentos a partir de una vulnerabilidad en el sistema de reservas, que si no preguntaba, no se anticiparon a avisarme y casi caigo en el link.

The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of summer and we tried to get a refund which we were told we would receive for the nights we didn’t stay after this aircon issue however they never gave it to us. I would not stay here again as we payed for a service in which was not fulfilled and we were ignored when we tried to find a solution

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026La struttura era molto pulita e la pulizia si percepiva in ogni ambiente. Le camere erano state recentemente ristrutturate e questo era evidente, risultando moderne e ben curate. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. Al check-in avevo richiesto una camera con doccia anziché vasca e la receptionist si è scusata più volte per non poter soddisfare subito la richiesta, arrivando anche a proporci un cambio di camera per il giorno successivo. Alla fine abbiamo deciso di accontentarci della vasca, ma abbiamo comunque apprezzato molto la sua attenzione e disponibilità. Molto comodo anche il distributore di acqua fresca, sempre a disposizione degli ospiti.
Purtroppo, la zona è stato l’aspetto che ci è piaciuto meno del soggiorno. Tornando indietro, sicuramente non sceglieremmo nuovamente Portimão come base. La zona in cui si trova la struttura non ci è sembrata particolarmente piacevole e, soprattutto, non ci siamo sentiti molto sicuri, specialmente la sera. I paesi nei dintorni che abbiamo visitato ci sono sembrati decisamente più caratteristici, tranquilli e piacevoli. Un’altra difficoltà importante è stata il parcheggio. Prima del nostro arrivo ci era stato comunicato tramite la messaggistica della struttura che sarebbe stato semplice trovare parcheggio in zona, ma nella nostra esperienza non è stato affatto così. Ogni sera abbiamo dovuto trascorrere almeno mezz’ora girando in auto alla ricerca di un posto, arrivando in alcuni casi a parcheggiare anche a più di un chilometro dall’hotel. Infine, abbiamo trovato poco comodo il fatto che in camera non fosse presente un frigorifero, soprattutto in mesi caldi e Agosto come nel nostro caso

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Nel complesso un buon soggiorno. La stanza era molto spaziosa, con bagno privato, aria condizionata, una piccola scrivania e un armadio a muro (minuscolo, ma almeno c’era 😅). All’ingresso c’è anche una piccola area comune con tavolini, comoda se si ha bisogno di lavorare. Tutto sommato mi sono trovata bene e la struttura è assolutamente okay.
L’unico vero punto negativo per me è stata la zona: non mi è piaciuta per niente e, viaggiando da sola, non mi sentivo tranquilla a rientrare in hotel, purtroppo neanche durante il giorno. Per questo motivo personalmente non ci tornerei.

Las fotos que muestran están retocadas con IA. No olía a limpio. Había pelos en el jabón, en el plato ducha y por el suelo. La tarjeta de recibimiento estaba bastante sucia también. El soporte donde estaban las toallas también estaba sucio. Demasiado caro para la baja calidad.

Quando chegamos, fomos surpreendidos positivamente pelo espaço acolhedor, pelo excelente atendimento e pelas acomodações impecáveis. Tudo estava extremamente limpo, organizado e muito aconchegante. Foi uma ótima experiência e superou as nossas expectativas.

Rien à voir directement avec l’hôtel en lui-même en partie…mais les gens qui rentrent tard et qui pensent être tout seul et qui parlent comme en plein jour. Ça claque les portes à tout va. Sur 5 nuits passées sur place, je n’ai pu dormir convenablement qu’une seule. Le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de personnel la nuit laisse toute liberté aux touristes sans respect d’agir comme bon leur semble.

Malheureusement la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Douche minuscule. Le plus gros problème de l’hôtel reste l’insonorisation … on entend les autres personnes, les portes qui claquent à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. De plus, les personnes parlent fort et ne respectent malheureusement pas les autres (discussions dans les couloirs à 2h, 3h, 4h, 5h du matin … avec l’impression que c’est dans notre chambre)

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Camas confortáveis, apartamento renovado e muito limpo. Localização excelente, praias acessíveis a alguns minutos de caminhada. O atendimento é excelente. Todo o staff foi simpático, especialmente a Andreia, que nos recebeu muito bem.
Apenas um dos cómodos tinha condicionado. Portanto, no segundo, estava bem quente. Por sorte, eu havia levado um ventilador que ajudou a distribuir o ar frio entre os quartos. Para isso, tivemos de deixar aberta a porta que separa os quartos, portanto perdemos privacidade.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Es ist eine einfache Unterkunft, aber für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Es gab einige Restaurants, die man gut zu Fuß erreichen konnte und ein paar Gelegenheiten zum shoppen gab es auch. Das Einkaufszentrum Aqua di Portimão kann man in knapp 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen.
Die Ausstattung könnte moderner sein und die Dusche war recht klein.

O hotel fica em uma área mal cuidada da cidade e é ruim para estacionar. Os quartos são simples, o ar condicionado não refrigera bem(baixa capacidade para o tamanho do quarto) e o banheiro é muito pequeno.

De douche en toilet zijn ZEER krap voor europese standaarden. De deur naar de douch en tpilet was alleen al 50cm naar schatting. De douche kabine was 4,5 tegel breed. Je kunt je niet omdraaien in de douche. Hierdoor ook mijn rug verbrand tijdens het proberen om te draaien in de douche. Veel/versleten materiaal dat roestig is. Zoals de wc rol houder is vol roest dit is niet hygienisch. Niet de 3 sterren waardig eerder 2 sterren. Personeel dat schoonmaakt is luid aanwezig. Veel bedrijvigheid op de gangen en gesleep met bedden, stoelen en prullenbakken. Ik heb geen rust gevonden! En voelde me vies door de dagelijkse slechte douche ervaringen. Als je op het toilet zit hang je met een arm op de wasbak. Zeer zeer krap. De douche kabine is alleen zijwaarts te betreden. Tenzij je een kind van maximaal 8 jaar bent.

La difficulté à se garer à proximité de l’hôtel, je conseille fortement de prendre un abonnement au Telpark à proximité.

As soon as I walked in the room had a musty smell, had to open the door for an hour. The room was very small. No body cream or any amenities like cotton buds ect, the bathroom was also quite dirty. Truly it is a 2 star hotel! Probably not the nicest hotel for the price

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Tudo muito confortável e limpo. Tem estacionamento pago em frente, tivemos sorte e conseguimos deixar o carro bem na porta do hotel, depois saímos só de Uber. O hotel não fica uns 10min de carro das praias.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026The location was great ,super convenient to the center; The staff was very friendly and the room was clean; The Wi Fi connection was good; Good for budget friendly travel, not very convenient stay thought if you prefer full relaxation;
Our room was facing the road so sometimes during day and night it was very noisy from cars, motocycles, people speaking, etc. ; At the other side of the room there was a constant noise from an AC or something like this which made our stay sometimes uncomfortable (especially nighttime) as there were constant buzz, even when the window was closed; Sometimes you could hear doors slamming and mornings noise from the restaurant below;
