Sehr viel Style! Moderne Zimmer bzw Studio mit äusserst gutem Design. Ich war sehr positiv überrascht!

Spa/Fitness kostet extra. Aber sonst wirklich top!

Tolle Lage, tolles Personal

Sehr zentrale Lage mit einem Zimmer mit Aussicht auf die Berge, ruhig gelegen. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

--- Am Hotel gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Wenn schon, dann sind halt die Gepflogenheiten gewisser Gäste, die ein sehr spezielles Verständnis von Rücksichtnahme haben, etwa beim Frühstücksbuffet, zu beanstanden. Andere Gäste denken aber vielleicht auch ähnlich über mich ... ;-) Das Mühsame am Reisen sind halt schon die anderen Reisenden, da muss man wirklich über vieles grosszügig hinwegschauen ...

Studio war unglaublich. Design, sauber und sehr gut gedacht.

Lovely hotel. Great decor. Great size rooms and the studio apartments were also excellent. Restaurant staff are incredible and the food delicious. There aren’t many places that have a team as charming and united as the team at the restaurant Piz in Flims. They were excellent. The Spa & gym a bonus! Staff wonderful. Excellent parking. Loved the bar lobby area with the ping pong table and super lobby and bar staff. It was our second time and we will come again!!! The hotel has a cinema!!! Helpful to have the super market and children’s indoor activity centre in the same complex. We also enjoyed an aperitivo up on the sun deck. Music was a little loud up there however I’m sure for some people it wasn’t. The space and drinks plus game boxes for kids were great with a superb view! We even partook in a prosecco tasting.

Rust aan tafel, mooie grote ronde tafels, fijn om met het gezin rustig te ontbijten. Het hotel ligt in / aan een shoppingcentrum, met supermarkt, erg makkelijk. Rooftop was helemaal toppie! Leuke bar, waar de wereldbeker voetbal werd uitgezonden op groot scherm!

Restaurant mocht msschn wat 'sjieker' zijn.

Perfect location next to the ski lifts and a spacious studio apartment for our family of 5! Beautiful interior architecture and we enjoyed the layout of the rooms - many places to put your stuff to and there was plenty of room for everyone. Plus a special room for ski boots etc inside the apartment. The beds were big and comfortable. Everything looked nice and new. Delicious breakfast, lovely people working at the reception desk. Oh and thanks to being a guest at this hotel, we got gondola day tickets 50% off so totally worth it.

Super hotel, bien situé. Personnel très sympatique ! Très bon petit dejeuner. Nous sommes venus avec notre labrador d'un an, c'était notre première expérience à l'hotel avec lui et tout s'est très bien passé.

Das einzige, das ich vermisst habe, war eine Bodylotion im Zimmer

Es ist schade, dass das Spa im Preis nicht inbegriffen ist. Beim letzten Besuch hatten wir ein kleineres und günstigeres Zimmer gebucht, und bei diesem Zimmer war das Spa inklusive. Für Kunden sind diese Regeln nicht nachvollziehbar. Schade.

Wir haben unsere Flittertage in Flims verbracht und es hätte besser nicht sein können. Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr kurzweiliger Aufenthalt dank Kino, Siele im Foyer, SPA, gute Lage sowie äusserst freundliches Personal, sehr liebe handgeschriebene Karte und Hochzeitsgeschenk (SPA) - rundum einfach perfekt.

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, and went out of their way to be helpful. The location is ideal, with the bus stop right out the front and the supermarket next door. Not to mention the FlemXpress is also next door. We will absolutely be back to this beautiful hotel! The buffet breakfast was fantastic!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Alles ist an einem Ort: Coop, Seilbahn, Schlafzimmer, Veloservice, Bar, Kiosk, Veloraum und Ladestationen – das ist äusserst praktisch. Von dort aus lassen sich viele Ausflüge direkt starten, zum Beispiel zum Pinut-Klettersteig, mit dem FlemXpress oder zum Caumasee. Die Lage ist wirklich ideal und wir konnten alles problemlos erreichen. Insgesamt war alles tipptopp: Die Unterkunft war angenehm, das Angebot überzeugend und der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Man sollte jedoch bedenken, dass die Ferien insgesamt ziemlich ins Geld gehen. Bei uns kosteten zwei Zimmer rund CHF 850, vier Tageskarten etwa CHF 200 und das Nachtessen rund CHF 300. Dazu kommen weitere Ausgaben wie Zwischenverpflegung und andere Aktivitäten. Die Qualität stimmt, aber günstige Ferien sind es definitiv nicht.

Die Zimmer waren leider nicht ganz so sauber, wie wir es bei diesem Preis erwartet hätten. Zudem war die Minibar in unserem Zimmer defekt.⅝ Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Hotel sehr stark ausgelastet. Dadurch war der Lärmpegel im Innenbereich recht hoch, sodass ein gemütliches Abendessen drinnen kaum möglich war. Auch an der Bar war aufgrund des Public Viewings kein freier Platz mehr zu finden.

The staff was friendly and the location is amazing and it’s inside a mall. Close to everything

Extra costs: gym and spa cost extra per day and that wasn’t laid out clearly enough on here. And the spa price doesn’t include the gym. If you’re staying at a studio you are on the 1st floor and it’s not really the hotel experience the other rooms get on the 3rd floor (that you don’t even have access to with your 1st floor key). The price would be ok with spa and gym included, but without it it’s really not

Geweldige locatie, naast de gondel (ski in-out) en midden in het centrum. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit het hele mooie en volledig ingerichte appartement over de vallei en de bergen. Zeer smaakvol, origineel en volledig uitgerust hotel.

Zentrale Lage und gute Zimmerausstattung

Das Preisniveau des Essens im Restaurant für das Nachtessen entsprach nicht der Qualität. Das Kalbfleisch war nicht gut. Das Frühstück war super.

Really good restaurant adjacent, we got a room update for a deluxe room which was amazing, staff at check-in was really nice, comfortable beds!

Don't know about the bathroom design but glass walls and everything else in black is a bit bold... Makes you uncomfortable in certain situations...

Superschöne Studios zu einem guten Preis, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal, super Frühstück.

Proximity to the ski lift as well as being inside a mall so totally convenient. Loved the movie theatre which had current movies . Breakfast was excellent. Ski equipment storage facility was also a really convenient facility to have. The spa room was also perfect for after a day of skiing.

Honestly - I loved every single thing about it .

Das Hotel ist anders als alle anderen Hotels. Die spezielle Deko in allen Bereichen, vorallem auch im Frühstücksraum! Einkaufszenter im gleichen Gebäude, von dem man aber in den Hotelräumen nichts merkt. Parking Garage ( gegen Bezahlung) Hunde sind willkommen Freundliches Personal! Man fühlt sich zu Hause!
