Petit déjeuner lamentable Piscine sale et peu profonde, du coup totalement inintéressante. Peu de parasols Carte de boisson inexistante. Et surtout le restaurant est vraiment une catastrophe à lui tout seul, très cher et mauvais Nous avons commandé une escalope de poulet à la milanaise en arrivant, elles étaient extrêmement grasse et en plus elle baignait dans la crème ce qui est une aberration. Un simple quart de citron aurait suffi. Notre plus mauvais repas en Malaisie et le plus cher.

The resort feels a little dated and dark When we visited they were without Wi-Fi (not a major issue but it would’ve have been nice to have been informed in advance)

The room was excellent with a beautiful view of the pool area and the marina. It had everything we needed. The pool area was very nice and we enjoyed taking a bath and sunbath. The staff was in general pleasant and helpful.

1. One day, the fire alarm woke us up at 6 a.m. We hurried down to the reception area, where the staff were very stressed trying to turn off the alarm. We received no information about what had triggered it. There was also no established procedure for a designated assembly point for guests and staff. Clearly, safety protocols were lacking, which was not exactly reassuring. 2. The floor in the hotel room were quite dirty.

Just stayed at this resort and the experience was truly amazing!. The room has been newly renovated with a fresh modern design, complete with updated equipment and a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom and toilet facilities are brand new and modern giving a premium hotel vibe. The staff are super friendly, and the hotel system shows outstanding tolerance and flexibility towards guests. This is a big plus compared to other competitors, even those carrying the “resort” title. The swimming pool is spacious, comfortable, and the rules are well aligned with our Malaysian culture please keep it that way! Special credit goes to Mr. Saril, the pool guardian, who is truly professional and highly tolerant. He definitely deserves awards, bonuses, or similar recognition for his dedication. Overall, this resort is the perfect choice for a peaceful, modern stay with warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

There was honestly nothing I disliked during my stay. Everything was excellent — from the newly renovated modern room to the friendly staff and spacious pool. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to make the room communication system clearer and easier, especially when ordering food to the room. That would make the overall experience even smoother.Other than that, the resort truly delivered a wonderful and satisfying stay.

The room was super comfortable and the view of the beach was really good. The staff was also kind and courteous.

A little bit far but its really worth it.

Extremely friendly staff that made you feel welcome. Great pool. Easy access to town yet very quiet with great sea views and sunrise.

The room is very spacious and the flooring is very clean. We were upgraded to a seafront room with sliding windows where we can open it to enjoy the breeze and fresh air.

Good resort for local standard kudat town. rooms were comfortable, views were great. Swimming pool is great for kids too.

Wifi is not stable. Mediocre breakfast for resort like this. Could have been better with various choices (or more choices during holidays or peak season if normal days does not have many in house guest).

Internet slow. Wifi connection very slow and poor signal. Low coverage for certain provider. Android tv not function.

My room faces rooftop. Therefore, I hv nothing much to share on the view side. However, the fiew at the lobby was fantastically best. Overall, would recommend to my friends and family in future.

The location

The facilities in the room. No tissues, only bath towels provided. No hand towels or face towels. No hand wash or room slippers. When I asked the desk at checkout out, she said we had to request for towels, tissues etc.

The swimming pool is great.My height is 155cm and the deepest part of it only reach my neck so I’m glad I can move around it. My kids love the pool and the staffs were friendly.

Breakfast should be improved. All the swings and slides at the playground are rusty, think its time to change to new ones. Other than that, we had a lovely time! Would definitely come back again with hope the playground has been renovated!

Nice modern aircon room with sea view looking over the large pool. Staff vey nice and helpful.
