I found so called "pillow menu" on my bed. The idea is that a guest can ask for different pillows (wheat, lavender, and so on) with possibility to buy them after their stay. I guess it was language problem: I spent some time to explain what I want and finally it seems that I was not understood: I got a regular extra pillow instead of a lavender one, which I asked for.

The one thing that I wasn’t a fan of was the location, the closest train station is 20 minutes away, next to a busy motorway and not a lot of public transport available.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026The staff were exceptionally welcoming, patient and professional throughout our stay. They spoke good English which made communication very easy and were always willing to help with any questions. We especially appreciated their flexibility and understanding regarding our payment arrangements which made our arrival much less stressful. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained and the overall service met our expectations.
There was very little to dislike. One of the rooms we were allocated was an accessible disability-friendly room. While the staff were very kind and accommodating in trying to arrange a room closer to our other booking, it would have been helpful if we had been informed in advance that this room was designed as an accessible room. Other than that, the stay was very enjoyable.

El servicio gratuito de lanzadera a la feria funciona perfectamente. Me he alojado varias veces en este hotel y siempre ha sido una experiencia satisfactoria.
Me gustó todo pero, si hay que destacar algo negativo, pienso que el horario del bar es un poco justo. En mi opinión debería estar abierto hasta un poquito más tarde.

About 10 minutes walk to metro stations and there is a shopping complex nearby for food and general supplies. Great value for money.
