Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Very beautiful apartment, truly great location and friendly staff with prompt replies. Atrium, accessed via master bedroom, is quiet with outdoor seating. Living room with sofa bed is street oriented, but it didn't bother us at all.
Sofa bed in living room is quite uncomfortable, worn out quite a bit.

The only issue was that the building had a weird toilet smell but inside out apartment it was fine.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Very good location close to all the main areas of Athens. We walked everywhere. Check in ans check out instructions were very clear and they helped us with the transfer form airport which was a plus. Apartment was new and in very good condition. Reccomend.
One of the towels was smudge with what looked like foundation but they changed them after 2 days. Apart from this all good.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Great location, lovely apartment. Beds were comfy, and shower was great! It was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were fantastic too. We had a problem with the blind, so messaged Paul and he was super efficient in coming to fix it. A great stay.
This is more just “something to be aware of” - it’s not in any way a criticism of the property. We had the ground floor apartment and there is a club opposite. The music was soo loud, it made the apartment vibrate. It stopped bang on 11pm, which was fine for us (we were ok with our little one sleeping late, as we got a lovely lie-in), but it wouldn’t be ideal for those who want their kids in bed at 7pm.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Excelent position near the most important attractions (15 min maximum by walk) and restaurants. Simple slef check in Kind host let us to enter befor the time of check in. After 2 days new towels.
The appartament at ground floor watch the street so the curtains must be closed ever. There is a strange sound during the night( i think the engeens of spa) that could make difficult sleeping.

Είχε λίγη φασαρία εξαιτίας του δρόμου. Επίσης δύο πρίζες ήταν χαλασμένες και όταν χρειάστηκε να φορτίσω το κινητό μου έβγαιναν από τον τοίχο κάτι που μπορεί να γίνει επικίνδυνο.

Very poor amenities and poor quality of materials in the house. The dinner table was broken, there was no nespresso machine, not even a welcoming water in the fridge, minimum cutlery. The exit door handle was broken. Mattresses good but no luxury. There were no window shutters and therefore light and noise woke us up very early. Noise isolation very poor for such a noisy area. Overall everything was good enough but nothing luxurious but rather minimal quality.

Un bemol pour les oreillers à mémoire de forme qui sont parfait pour s'adosser et lire mais beaucoup trop gros et durs pour dormir. Effectivement quartier bruyant car beaucoup de passage et en face d'une boite de nuit (surtoit samedi soir). Le double vitrage fait son office.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025The communication from the host was amazing, as was ease of getting the keys upon check in and the super central location. The flat we chose had beautiful panoramic views of the Acropolis and the city, with two private terraces, and a third public terrace. We had so much space, and it was incredible. I would stay again.
The only thing is that the curtains are not black out curtains, so some light still gets in from the street lights, so it was not the best sleep. There also is not an oven, which is not a huge deal, but important to note for cooking choices. I would still return regardless of these things as it was a nice stay.

Θα προτιμούσα μ’ αυτήν την τιμή που έχει το κατάλυμα να είχε τουλάχιστον 1 μπουκάλι νερό στο ψυγείο. Υπήρχε μόνο καφές γαλλικός και ζάχαρη Θα έβαζα άριστα αν είχε έστω μια μικρή οικονομική ποικιλία για πρωινό… έστω 1 μπουκάλι νερό

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025The location is absolutely wonderful for walking to the Acropolis. The pedestrian walkway around the Acropolis Park is a lovely way to stroll in this busy city. The property includes a large sitting area, bedroom, and patio tucked away from the busy street out front of the building. The roof top terrace is an added bonus. Very comfortable bed and well supplied kitchenette. Nice bug shower as well.
Be prepared to negotiate the busy street out front. The property is designed so the bedroom is at the back of the unit with good sound proofing for quiet nights sleep.

Οι κουρτίνες στο χώρο που βρισκεται ο καναπές κρεββάτι δεν είναι πλήρως αντιηλιακες με αποτέλεσμα να μπαίνει φως, μόλις ξημερώσει. Δεν αναφέρθηκε κάπου οταν εκανα την κράτηση, οτι δεν υπάρχει καθημερινός καθαρισμός του δωματίου ή αλλαγή των πετσετων, αλλά αυτό λύθηκε αμέσως χαρις στον Δημήτρη!

This is what make the ground floor apartment a problem -- there's no privacy unless you have the shades down. It's right on the street and even the windows in the back are exposed to the other units. This is such a simple fix - either frosted glass on the bottom half or shades that aren't so cheap and allow light in while safeguarding privacy. Instead, you HAVE to keep the cheap plastic shades down the entire time you are in the unit. For the price point, they should just fix this.
