Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Surprised that there were nor breakfast pastries, such as danish or cinnamon rolls. The property was quiet and allowed for rest at night.

I did not need to stay the third night but was unable to get a refund for that night. Was charged for parking even though I did not use a car. (Ride Share) Had to contact property for proper billing.

Staff were very friendly and courteous. Room was good. There's an Applebee's and a Zaxby's at the same mall which makes convenient to get food.

The main reason why I booked this hotel was due to the EV charger, and the EV charger wasn't working... The nearest supercharger is about 20min away.

All staff very pleasant room clean breakfast next morning was Awesome. Front desk personnel were very pleasant easy in and out of hotel no lines .All around a pleasant trip.

My room was 303 was happy I didn't have to walk to far from elevator.

The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating the whole week. In particular, Giselle went above and beyond to assist us with any concerns. She is simply amazing! We have already booked our next trip for this hotel because of the great and most pleasant experience we’ve had here. Additionally, the location is very convenient to shops and dining.

Front desk team were very polite and remembered my name without looking in the system. Also, Julio is housekeeping stands out. I kept the DND on the door most times since my room was always filled with item from dorm shopping for my daughter. However, she always spots me in the hallway to fine out if I needed anything additional from the towels they often leave on the door. Very nice team and I will definitely choose to stay here for my many upcoming visits for my daughter school

Traveling with celiac disease can be difficult, but Lina made sure I was covered. During my whole stay gluten free options were provided by her. She’s a rockstar! As a family of 6 we had a great clean, safe and quiet trip at home2. We’re excited to come back again knowing all will be well.

the location was perfect we had a softball tournament, and it was 2 mins to the fields. Plus, the restaurants were so close you could walk to them. Also, the pool was open till 10. After being in the hot sun all day long we came back and jumped in the pool to cool down.

The breakfast was more about presentation that taste. My last morning there I went down to make a waffle because you can't mess up a waffle. But there was a job fair going on in the dining room and it was super load and people standing over me watching me eat. I hope they got the job. just super uncomfortable trying to eat.

Stayed in Clermont, Florida. The stay was enjoyable and the service provided was outstanding. Keri provided marvelous hospitality and service during to my entire entourage.

Breakfast selection was better than most, taking into consideration people with certain meat restrictions.

8-8-26 I have been at this location a few times. I usually use Home2 for my hotel needs. This time was a mess. I was visiting my niece for her birthday. She likes movies. The TV wasn't coming on or staying on in the room. I asked for help from Giselle (the front desk) and her response was just wiggle the plugs in the back. After 4 phone calls and about 45 minutes finally something was reset and the TV worked and thankfully we had a wonderful movie to watch that didn't depend on wifi. But, the wifi internet never worked. We had multiple phone calls a dropped phone call and requests for help from an 888 number. We were on hold multiple times and nothing changed. I had work to do but I never had internet access. They also didn't have another room to go to. So, if you are expecting wifi internet or help resolving your problems, most likely you are out of luck. It's really expensive to stay in hotels. To stay somewhere without the basics and so many tech issues is super irritating.

My wife and I met Giselle at HOME 2 Suites. She is so loving and professional. We only had a one night stay this time but it's every thing Giselle said it would be. Giselle is an amazing, awesome wonderful blessed person we've come to know love and appreciate. We both feel the property is so blessed to have her on board. We are so fortunate and blessed to have met Giselle and enjoyed our short stay at HOME2 Suites. Our trip from the Bahamas was well worth it.

I liked the fact that it was centrally located and the fact that it was pet friendly and able to accommodate all 3 of us.

My only issue was that the television in the room wasn’t working properly and no one came to fix it early enough. It was a blue hue making it unpleasant to watch anything. Also the microwave plate was covered in a thick film from the last guests spillage which I had to clean. That was an oversight of the staff.

Giselle was the best hostess ever. She was there for us and every request happened. She went above and beyond. She checked on us thru the entire stay. Adelina was our cleaning supervisor. We knew everyone’s name. I can honestly say this was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in and I am 72. The entire facility was super clean and lovely. The free breakfast was beyond any expectation. Big variety and good quality. I will always come here when I need accommodations in the Clermont area.

I'm currently staying at the home 2 suites in Clermont Fl. So far it has been easy there's not a lot of noise and the room is great. The front desk Receptionist Giselle has been patient and very helpful to me the last 2 days. Happy to be staying here and happy to be around good staff. The surrounding area is not just or noisy. I've had nice walks down and around the area.

A big shout out to Ms. Giselle and Ms. Adelma for making our visit such a pleasant one. From the minute when we walked in till check out. Made us feel very welcomed. Would recommend this Hilton while traveling to the area. Very clean, walking distance to restaurants not to mention the awesome continental breakfast that is served there. Definitely a five star. Visiting to attend a painting convention and take the family to DisneyWorld and Universal - two fire alarms at 6pm, no sense of urgency or communication as to what happened. Nice rooms, good location.

Gisele and Keri were both great to deal with. I spoke with Gisele about securing a first floor room since I am traveling with pets and she was able to help me with that since I had checked in online already. Keri was great checking in and took care of a missing chair. Great service by both.

We really liked the location of this property, it has restaurants and shopping nearby. Upon check in we couldn’t understand the receptionist very well.. There wasn’t enough hot breakfast for us when we got down there. We saw people hogging stuff. The bed was really uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The shower was dirty. More than likely would not choose this property again.

Service by team member Giselle was excellent. She checked us in and out. She was warm and inviting and a pleasure to deal with. Room was comfortable. AC unit made a very loud squeaky noise every time it turned off.

The breakfast needs some improvement. Firstly please please purchase real bacon your ratings will improve just trust me I saw sausage all the time there. Variety is best not everyone likes plant based. Add some fruits.

Overall very happy with our stay. Wanda welcomed us and checked on us during our stay. For any issues mechanical or housekeeping, all was corrected. Housekeeper Lily stood out as one who was very detailed and thorough. The staff even decorated my door for my birthday. Everyone did their best to make our stay as great as possible.

Maddy was extremely helpful upon arrival with check in and answering my questions. Wanda kindly assisted me with my printing needs and making sure the coffee bar was fresh! Very convenient and quiet location allowing us to achieve our goals while in Clermont.

I had such a great experience staying at Home2 Suites, and I especially want to recognize Keri at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and had such a warm, positive energy every time I spoke with her. As a first-time solo traveler, I had a lot of questions, and she never once made me feel like a bother. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and always checked to see if I needed anything during my stay.

I’m writing this review about one of the employees, Marjorie. Super sweet lady even while this man in the lobby was rude towards her she kept herself together and was sweeter than ever. She would do her job well and with kindly manner, we need more employees like this!! Hilton she deserves a raise!

I had a great experience over eight weeks staying at the Clermont,FL, Home2Suites. Wendy from housekeeping was particularly kind and helpful with all of my needs. I asked for a couple of extra items because I didn’t have time for this to go to the store. She stopped what she was doing to help me immediately. For such a small girl she certainly had a big heart and an even bigger smile. This is what I think of when I picture the perfect stay at a hotel away from home. Thank you!

Clean well, run, very friendly and knowledgeable staff I would like to mention Julie from housekeeping and Maddie from the front desk but it’s obvious the rest of the staff needs mentioned as well. Julie kept our rooms clean and we’re here working and that was a big duty. Maddie on the front desk very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful very pleasant. Morning, breakfast and coffee very well Done .sat by the pool a few times. it was nice.

Out of all the Hilton properties we have stayed, this was the very best. The hotel interior was clean and bright. Our room was very clean and comfortable. They thought of everything. Staff spoke to us in the hallway asking if we needed anything. Wanda checked us in at the front desk. She was so friendly and informative about guest services.

Julie from housekeeping was very cheerful and accommodating over the course of my four week stay. She helped me personally (face to face) on several occasions, in addition to keeping my room spotless and well stocked. I found her to be an excellent communicator and ambassador of the Clermont, H2Suites. This location has a quite a few front desk “customer service superstars”, but I have to say, Julie could match their enthusiasm and hospitality I’ve enjoyed from all of them in terms of elite -class customer service.

I was especially impressed by the service I received by Keri who interrupted what she was doing to help me with a computer problem. The breakfast was not a repetitive bore and the room comfortable and clean. I would choose this hotel again

The location was good.The staff was friendly

The carpets in the room were not clean, the breakfast it was terrible.Everything was super processed, we like to workout in the morning. But for both days that I stayed there, the gym temperature was at 72°. I complained to the manager, but they said there's nothing they could do about it. Because maintenance man does not arrive on property until 8 AM. Well, by that time, we are out and ready to start our day. On a separate matter, the bathroom setup is very tight. A very large door no room to maneuver. Unless door is completely shut very difficult to shower and have someone else coming And going because of the awkward space
