Good location and value for money

It suggested in the booking that I prepaid before arrival this was not the case

Худший отель, с которым мне пришлось столкнуться во Вьетнаме. Заселиться нормально так и не удалось. Перед заселением я попросила показать номер. В комнате стоял неприятный запах, а постельное бельё выглядело грязным. Я попросила заменить хотя бы подушки, но персонал отказался даже в такой элементарной просьбе. После этого мне сообщили, что отель якобы полностью заполнен, хотя моё бронирование никто не отменял. Складывается впечатление, что сотрудников совершенно не интересуют гости и они не хотят решать возникающие проблемы. Сейчас во Вьетнаме выходные, найти другой отель практически невозможно, поэтому я была готова остаться даже в таком номере. Но вместо помощи столкнулась с полным безразличием. Такое отношение к гостям недопустимо. Не рекомендую этот отель тем, кто ценит чистоту, сервис и уважительное отношение.

Локация - тихий, спрятанный от шумных улиц дом. Всё - от аптек до клубов - в пешем доступе.

Терраса - большая, приватная, с панорамным видом на город. Ван лав!

Убирают так поверхностно, что я купила моющие и чистящие, дабы убрать плесень в ванной. Чёрную, зелёную плесень тут не убирают. У кого аллергия - примите к сведению.

check in processen. jeg dukkede op med en bekræftelse på at jeg havde et værelse, hvilket de også kunne se, men personalet afviste det fordi enten de havde gjort noget forkert eller booking.com, jeg kunne ikke checke ind grundet deres fejl og skulle så vælge et andet sted, hvilket var den værste start i byen. nha trang var overordnet var en by med dårlige oplevelser. kundeservicen skal forbedres. specielt fordi der absolut intet engelsk kunne. ren kaos og man burde forvente mere fra et hotel der er vant til turister og backpackere. bruseren var desuden halvsmadret hvilket var skuffende og det værelse jeg havde booket, fik jeg heller ikke fordi de havde dobbeltbooket grundet deres eller booking.coms fejl.

For Vietnamese standards it was modern also had windows as advertised

Smelt damp, was dirty.. walls are flaking.. I was 3000 vnd short they didn't take card payment I had to walk to the atm then they couldn't give me the correct change said they would reimburse me when I checkout but didn't leave a memo for the other staff.

Mình ở nhiều lần , lần nào cũng nhận phòng không sạch, khi thì tóc khi thì rác dưới ga giường, máy quạt hút gió kêu rất ồn.

La localisation

Le personnel n’était pas avenant, même très froid. Je suis arrivée à 5h du matin j’avais envoyé un mail pour savoir si je pouvais avoir ma chambre plus tôt. Personne ne m’a répondu. A la réception je demande on me dit qu’il y a un supplément à payer pour avoir la chambre plus tôt que 14h. Hallucinant. Et plus tôt on la veut plus on doit payer. Honteux. J’arrive, il y a des toiles d’araignée dans les coins, un rouleau de papier toilette entamé, aucun de rechange, l’emplacement du frigo vide. Je demande à ce que ma chambre soit faite le deuxième jour, en espérant avoir du papier toilette. Rien. Ni les jours suivants.

Nothing at All

Nothing i only stayed in the room for 30mins before i decided i have to book another room. Which was such an inconvenience, the room had so much black mold on the ceiling i would never risk my health by staying in a mold infestation.it was so hair everywhere in grim all over the bathroom. The bathroom mirror was even dirty it also was what looked like to be human waste on the all .on top of that the front desk person told me my booking confirmation wasn’t working in to just cancel the room . After sitting in the lobby trying to figure out where ima go next he then told me this nasty room was available.it was a lot to deal with after a long day of traveling i personally will never go back

Chất lượng phòng ko như hình ảnh. Ngay lúc trả phòng đã báo lễ tân xuất hoá đơn cho cty nhưng khi liên hệ lại hỏi thì yc mất phí 15% vì hoá đơn ngày hôm đó đã xuất lẻ hết rồi.

This hotel has outdoor parking spot which is a plus.

Hotel is under construction hence kind of noisy. Rooms ran down and under very bad condition. Windows is so dirty,bathroom has bad smell and leakage spots. I stayed and paid full amount but they cancelled my booking in booking.com. Beware of scam.

Khách sạn quá tệ, quầy lễ tân sập xệ, lễ tân chậm chạp, chúng tôi phải đợi 15' mới lấy được thẻ phòng mà thẻ còn bị hư nên chúng tôi phải đổi phòng khác hành lang toàn mùi thuốc lá, tivi ko xài được , phòng ốc cũ kĩ , cơ sở vật chất siêu tệ , ngộp kinh khủng, máy lạnh thì kêu ầm ầm cả đêm , sàn cứ nhớp nháp

Mọi thứ đều OK trừ khăn tắm đã quá cũ, Hotel nên thay hết để mang cảm giác sạch sẽ cho du khách

Khách sạn khá cũ, vòi nước chảy liên tục tạo tiếng động trong phòng làm tôi không ngủ được, khăn tắm khá dơ và có mùi hôi, nhân viên lễ tân nói chuyện thiếu tôn trọng khách, yêu cầu giữ căn cước của tôi trong khi tôi đã thanh toán trước và cho chụp hình trên vneID

Logement bien situé près de la plage, et du centre ville. La réceptionniste est très gentil

Quand on est arrivés on a suspecté que les draps n'avaient pas été changés, des tâches et un cheveu sur les draps. Mais la réceptionniste nous les a changés de suite.

Nhà vệ sinh sạch sẽ, phòng có cửa sổ lớn, thoáng. Phòng 2 người nh được up lên thành phòng có 1 giường đôi và đơn, thuận tiện.

Thiếu nước nóng để tắm

Хороший отель за свою цену. Жил на 3 этаже с видом на улицу. Номер был хорош.

Персонал был не особо приветливый.

Khăn chùi chân chỗ phòng tắm vừa ẩm ướt vừa đen, bốc mùi. Để quên sạc đt liên hệ nhân viên nhưng đợi mãi không phản hồi

It's located nice and close to the beach, they let me store my luggage before check in

Staff barely spoke english, they insisted on keeping my passport as collateral for the room key, tho we agreed on leaving money instead. The towels had holes in them and it was easy accessible to anyone who walked in, no questions asked or checks of they were staying in the hotel. Photos on booking.com look better than the room itself

Thái độ nhân viên lễ tân lúc check in tệ, lấc cấc, ko có vẻ cầu thị. Yêu cầu quái gở của quản lý khách sạn là cọc tiền cho chìa phòng(chìa bằng thẻ từ chưa đến 30k 1 chìa) và chỉ cho 1 chìa/2 người dù đã nói có thể bất tiện. Thanh toán tiền phòng 100% và minibar thật sự ko có món gì thì lấy cái gi mà đòi cọc. Đã report lên Sở du lich và văn hóa Khánh Hòa. Minibar ko hoạt động, đã báo lể tân cho người sửa nhưng ko hề có action nào cho đến khi khách hỏi. Khách sạn xuống cấp, đi 1 lân rồi thôi

Giá phòng OK.

Máy lạnh không lạnh. Tủ lạnh không lạnh. Bót xà bông bàn chải lược dồn 1 cục không sắp xếp, lỗ thoát bồn rửa mặt bị tháo ra, giấy vệ sinh dư không dọn, vòi tắm hỏng không lắp lại, vật dụng cũ của khách khác còn trong phòng. Nhân viên buồng lên vệ sinh thì nói cho qua chuyện. Không hài lòng

Nice place for staying for few nights, quiet place.

I last stayed at the swan for 14 days in Dec 2024 and gave it a good review. The staff are very good and helpful. The rooms are neatly laid out. The location is a small walk in to the city centre with lots of bars and restaurants.

On my first night I had a young rat appear from the bathroom and go into the wardrobe. I chased it back in to the bathroom and it disappeared behind the back of the toilet. Informed the receptionist who changed my room. Chicken and cockerel noises starting around 4am. The room had very dirty windows with cigarette packets and butts just outside by the AC unit. Furniture in the room was starting to show some wear and tear.

Bed was comfortable, and close enough to restaurants and the beach.

Staff were rude, it was quite dirty, tv didn’t work

No one speaks English at reception. I rented a scooter, they tell you Nothing, when i came half an hour later there were no helmets and I had to wait 30min for my helmets. Absolutely terrible

Situated down a small alley off a road approx 300m away from the main tourist area. Good hot shower in an en-suite. Large bed, good ac, black out curtains, cleaners attend daily, bottle water, flat screen tv. motorcycle rental,

Smoking allowed on the landings. Not pleasant as it seeps through the gaps in the doors. Near a modern military hospital which still uses a bugle. Not a major problem but don’t set your watch by the bugler.

A clean and spacious room. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.

Upon arrival two separate fire exits checked and found both obstructed with stored supplies of bottled water and bed mattresses. Kettle supplied, but no tea or coffee supplied in room. Daily at sunrise at least three or four extremely loud cockerels can be heard continuously outside hotel. Ear plugs have no effect. In the evenings loud music can be heard playing from a nearby location. Not sure exactly where from.

Stayed here a few times now. Great location on a quiet alley - within easy walking distance of beaches, shops and restaurants. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Will stay here again.
