I love on the area and I made a mistake booking for my parents one day later than I should , and they manage to fix it for me.

appartamento molto grande con tre bagni (2 docce grandi e una vasca), 4 camere matrimoniali e un divano letto in salotto, cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie e lavatrice e completo anche di ferro da stiro. Il fiore all'occhiello è stato il terrazzo.. l'appartamento è all'ultimo piano e intorno aveva questo bellissimo e grande terrazzo dove la sera si poteva cenare al fresco del vento che arrivava dal mare. Dotato di ascensore e di wi fi. Abbastanza pulito e completo di lenzuola e asciugamani. Si trova un po fuori da centro ma dopo le prime ore abbiamo capito come muoverci e che la fermata del tram a 200 mt è stata un'ottima scoperta e qui si trova un buon supermercato. Conviene fare abbonamento con metro e tram per risparmiare sugli spostamenti. Vicino al mare e ad un parco bellissimo lungo il fiume Besos. Vicino all'appartamento c'è una caffetteria/bar con buonissimi croissant e altre prelibatezze ma soprattutto un buon caffè e personale gentilissimo

Avevamo il cech-in alle ore 16 ma hanno consegnato il codice per entrare nell'appartamento solo alle 17:30. Viaggiando con bambini non è stato proprio comodo (abbiamo riposato e atteso le chiavi in un parco vicino all'appartamento). Per questo disguido hanno detto di rimborsare 50€ ma ancora non ho ricevuto l'accredito

It was a pleasant trip. The staff responded quickly, helped with everything, and was always available. The apartment was perfectly clean! There was everything we needed in the apartment. We were very pleased. If we come to Barcelona again with a large group, we would return to this apartment. We are very pleased.

The layout of the apartment

Unfortunately, our stay started with a very disappointing experience. First, all communication is handled through chat, with no real person available to speak to directly, which made resolving problems much more difficult. There are no physical keys; everything works through access codes. When we arrived, our code did not work, and because communication was only through chat, we had to wait outside the apartment for quite a while in terrible heat until someone was finally able to open the door remotely. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. It was not cooling at all — it was actually blowing warm air. With temperatures outside above 30°C, the apartment became extremely hot and uncomfortable. We were initially told that nothing could be done because it was the weekend and that they would try to send someone the following day and let us know. This made the first night particularly difficult, especially as we were staying with four children. To be fair, someone came the next day and fixed the air conditioning, and after that things improved significantly. We appreciated that the issue was eventually resolved. Another downside is the location. The apartment is quite far from the main areas, and several Uber drivers cancelled our rides. Some Uber drivers also advised us not to walk around the area at night. We cannot personally confirm whether the area is unsafe, but hearing this several times naturally made us feel uncomfortable. Overall, the apartment itself could be a good option, and things were much better after the air conditioning was repaired. However, the combination of the access-code problem, chat-only communication, the extreme heat during the first night, and the location left us with a disappointing first impression and made the beginning of our stay unnecessarily stressful.

Мы заселились в эту квартиру и по началу все было отлично но на второй день начались проблемы с кондиционером. Персонал был отзывчев и через чат всегда выходили на связь. На пятый день нас переселили в другую квартиру где был исправный кондионер.

Dairenin bulunduğu konum, dairenin temizliği ve genişliği harikaydı

İlk 1-2 gün otoparka giriş ve çıkışta uygulama üzerinden otoparkın kapısının açılmaması sebebiyle sıkıntı yaşadık ama sonraları bu sorun halloldu. Ayrıca daireden otoparka inmek için asansördeki bazı rakamlara arka arkaya basılması gerekiyordu ve bu durum bizim açımızdan birkaç kez sorun oldu. Bu hususun da tesis tarafından dikkate alınması gerekiyor. Bunun dışında her şey güzeldi…

Ev çok büyüktü, yataklar ihtiyacı karşıladı, banyolar ve mutfak yeterince temizdi. Evin konumu iyiydi, hem toplu ulaşım hem de kişisel araç için uygun bir konumdaydı.

Kapı şifreleri çok komplikeydi. Tamam uygulamadan tüm kapıları açabiliyorsunuz ancak otoparktayken veya internetin az çektiği bir alanda kapı açmak tam bir zulme dönüşüyor. Şifreleme çok abartılmıştı diyebilirim. Asansör bile şifre girmeden otoparka inmiyordu. Ayrıca binanın zaten kendi otoparkı vardı ve buna rağmen otopark için ayrıca günlük 15 euro almanızı çok uygunsuz buldum. 4 gün için otoparka 60 euro vermek fiyat biraz haksız bir durum. Daire fiyatınız zaten çok pahalı en azından otoparkı ücretsiz yapabilirsiniz.

El apartamento era genial, bien situado y estaba bien equipado

Todo estaba bien.

Uitstekende locatie om de stad te verkennen. Het personeel via WhatsApp is goed bereikbaar en proberen je snel te helpen.

Het enige nadeel was de geluidsoverlast van de bewoners van de appartementen op de begane grond, ik zat op de eerste etage.

The AC was not working in the assigned apartment, so they moved me to another apartment in the same building.

Kényelmes ágyak, tömegközlekedési megállók, boltok közel voltak. A nap 24 órájában elérhetőséget és segítséget nyújtottak. Amikor hajnalban elromlott a légkondi, másnap reggel már jöttek is megszerelni. A check-out utáni csomagmegőrző nagyon sokat segített.

A konyha felszereltsége kifogásolható, a kések életlenek voltak, nem voltak pl. fakanalak. Mi heten mentünk, de csak 6 szék volt. Ez a felszereltségi szint 4-5 emberre elég maximum. Nem volt hamutál. Az egyik szobában a szekrényajtó el volt törve. A kanapéágy rozoga volt.

Far location from city center. When u have kids its either harder to commute or expensive taxis. The lights in the apartment at night is not sufficient. Towels replacement and housekeeping is chargeable

Bardzo ładny i duzy apartament, przystanek autobusowy ktory dowiezie do metra pod drzwiami.. jest parking podziemny za dodatkową opłatą.

Obsługa telefoniczną przez bota AI. Słabo dziala- mieliśmy problem z otwieraniem bramy garażowej (bo jest wyłacznie przez link w aplikacji)- i bot nie rozumiał o co chodzi i uparcie tłumaczył gdzie go znajdę- choć go tam nie było. Dopiero czat- juz przejęty przez obsługę wygenerował nowy link i zadziałało.

Era la segunda vez que me alojaba en estos apartamentos. La primera vez fue muy bien: fácil, ágil y buena relación calidad-precio. En esta ocasión, tuve que pedir el enlace para dar de alta a los huéspedes ya que dos días antes de llegar al apartamento no me había llegado nada todavía. Al contestar el alta de los huéspedes a través de la aplicación, me mandaron unos códigos para el acceso de la puerta ya que son cerraduras con código. El Código no fue nunca; necesitabas desbloquear la puerta entrando en una página web y siguiendo una serie de pasos. Dependías de tener batería en el móvil. Les escribí 4 o 5 veces y me resetearon los códigos, pero ninguno de los que me proporcionaron me funcionó.

We had two apartments during our stay, both were very spacious and the connections to get into central Barcelona were good. A decent beach was within walking distance. They were very quick to answer when we had some issues. The blackout curtains were amazing.

While the apartments were nicely renovated, there was a lot of wear especially in the bathrooms, but considering the price this was fine to us. The AC in the larger of our apartments was not able to handle that size of apartment and the amount of people staying there. We thought it was broken at first, but they came out to look at it and we were told it was working fine. Even with all the blinds down and the apartment being empty the entire day the temperature never got under 25 C and when all people in the apartment were home it was basically the same as outside (~30 C) and very humid. While they answered any questions quickly, it seems some of the answers were automatically generated and those answers were not very helpful, eventually they did help solve our problems but only after specifying there was an ”issue” in the messages we sent. Like many previous guests we had an issue getting into the building at first, since the codes we’d gotten were only for the apartments and not the door to the building.

We stayed here as a group of 5 for primavera sound. Worked really well for being able to walk to the festival (about 20 min) and could get into town on the metro or tram. A couple of supermarkets nearby which was very helpful. Functional kitchen with good supplies, comfy beds, good showers. The air con panel was broken when we arrived – we contacted Olala and they fixed it within 24 hours which was very appreciated, thank you.

Nothing in particular. If you were only staying here for the city then it’s a little bit far (about 30-40 min on public transport, 20 min if driving/taxi). Was a bit expensive but almost everywhere is for primavera festival so I imagine it’s cheaper when the festival isn’t on.

Bună ziua, Am întâmpinat 5 situații neplăcute în timpul șederii: Proprietarul îmi cere să plătesc contravaloarea TVA-ului pentru a-mi emite factura. Check-in-ul s-a făcut la ora 16:00, deși pe Booking este menționat că se poate face de la ora 15:00. Apartamentul este într-o stare foarte proastă. În paturi nu se poate dormi. Am comunicat acest aspect proprietarului, iar răspunsul primit a fost că „așa sunt”. Am fost obligat să achit suplimentar suma de 15 euro pentru taxe. Pe lângă faptul că am plătit o sumă considerabilă pentru această cazare, nu am primit nici măcar o capsulă de cafea. Nu recomand această proprietate și consider că raportul calitate-preț este foarte slab.

Very comfortable, host was very responsive. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Great views of city. Easy access to buses, trams; and the train station was a short walk.

Apartament bardzo duży i wygodny. Tras. Bardzo cicha okolica na uboczu miasta. Spoglądanie na dachy Barcelony ma swój urok. Wspólna przestrzeń dla dużej grupy.

Obsługa. Mimo wielokrotnych próśb nasze starania o przyspieszenie zakwaterowania chociaż o godzinę zostały odrzucone, choć tłumaczyliśmy, że spieszymy się na mecz. Najgorsze było to, że nie wpuszczono nas do apartamentu nawet o czasie tylko trzymano nas aż do 17 w niepewności. Zakwaterowanie oceniam więc za jedno z najgorszych doświadczeń jakie miałem w przeszłości. Udostępnienie otwartej i niestrzeżonej komórki na nasze bagaże to żadna pomoc. Rezerwując ten apartament proszę się przygotować na obsługę klienta poniżej standardów i niespodzianki niekoniecznie miłe.

Bardzo fajny i przestronny apartament. Dwie osobne zamykane sypialnie, dwie łazienki. Cicha i spokojna okolica, pod budynkiem przystanek autobusowy, w bliskiej okolicy przystanek tramwajowy. Do Centrum około 20-30 min. jazdy komunikacją. W pobliżu supermarket do codziennych zakupów. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

Dostęp do apartamentu okazał się być sporo późniejszy niż deklarowana doba hotelowa. W dniu zameldowania dosłownie chwilę przed godziną rozpoczęcia doby hotelowej dostaliśmy informację, że apartament nie jest jeszcze sprzątnięty i mamy przyjechać godzinę później. Było to dla nas bardzo duże utrudnienie, bowiem byliśmy już w metrze w drodze do apartamentu zmęczeni po podróży i z bagażami. Mimo to przyjechaliśmy godzinę później, a apartament nadal nie był gotowy. Finalnie apartament był oddany dla nas do użytkowania 2 godziny po rozpoczęciu doby hotelowej. Gdy w to miejsce poprosiliśmy o późniejsze wymeldowanie nie było takiej możliwości.

Am tot fost acuzate, pe nedrept, ca faceam galagie desi galagia venea din alte apartamente. La 5 dimineata erau oameni care veneau de la petreceri si deranjau. Noi nu am avut muzica decat foarte incet, pe fundal si vorbeam destul de incet, nu toata noaptea.

It was clean. Location to the tram/bus transportation was close. Parking was convenient under the appartment. Neighborhood was nice. It was close to a breakfast cafe. It is safe place.

Web page was hard to understand and use for check-in, check-out, and opening apartment door and parking door. It is not well communicated from WhatsApp. It was stresfull in overall to enter to the garage and apartment. It took some time to figure out everything. They did not provide the Access on time and with a correct page. I needed to communicate each time to get the correct page to do things. Check-in errors observed. In overall, web page should be modified for easy use.

Мястото беше доста чисто, широко и добре изглеждащо. Беше добре обзаведено и имаше всичко от което имахме нужда.

Вратата на банята не се затваряше и заключваше, прозорците бяха с много слаба шумоизолация и се чуваше всичко, тъй като бяхме на първия етаж.

Apartamentul spațios, doua dormitoare, unul dintre dormitoare cu baie proprie, celalalt cu baie in sufragerie. Apartamentul curat, cu balcon. Spațioase. Bucătăria utilata cu tot ce ai nevoie pe tru un sejur. Foarte bun. Recomand

Nu ne-a plăcut faptul ca dupa o anumita data a anului, cand se mai încălzește afara, sistemul de ventilație functioneaza automat doar pe modul aer condiționat si nu il poti seta manual pe modul căldură. In acea perioada cand am fost cazați a fost destul de frig afara si temperatură era scăzută in apartament. Am contactat echipa de asistenta , dar fiind intr-o zi de weekend nu s-a putut rezolva, prima noapte fiind răcoare in apartament. A doua zi totul s-a rezolvat si ne-a oferit si un credit ramburs pentru disconfortul creat.

Apartamentul este spațios, mari avantaje sunt stația de autobuz în fața apartamentului și magazine în apropiere, zonă liniștită . Balconul este mare.

L'appartement est bien agencé, idéal pour 4 personnes. Il est bien desservi par les transports en commun : bus au pied de l'immeuble et tram à quelques dizaines de mètres. Comme il est à l'écart du centre, le quartier est calme. L'accès à l'appartement est facile. La gérance est très réactive en cas de problèmes ou questions.

La connexion wifi était faiblarde. L'équipement de la cuisine en casseroles et poêle est minimal pour faire la cuisine.

La chapa de la puerta de una habitación no cerraba, me ofrecieron arreglarla el mismo pero no lo vi necesario.

Bardzo czysty, nowoczesny i świetnie urządzony apartament. Lokalizacja jest doskonała – blisko do komunikacji i morza.

Evin giriş kolaylığı, evin büyüklüğü ve odaların genişliği çok iyiydi. Ayrıca balkon da çok keyifliydi. Mutfak da istediğiniz her alet düşünülmüş ve var.

El espacio amplio para reunión familiar. Aunque la comunicación fallaba por el internet, la empresa que tiene a cargo el departamento fue amable y nos orientó para ingresar y hacer uso del estacionamiento.

Sólo nos comunicamos con el anfitrión por teléfono y dificultó un poco el ingreso porque nos fallaba el internet. Primero nos negaron el estacionamiento y después nos lo ofrecieron con costo extra. Y la cama que me tocó el colchón ya esta vencido e incomodo.
