Apartment was clean and comfortable . The room had all the facilities for a stay , everything was very well thought out from free parking to the extra tea coffee, milk , bottled water , iron, hair dryer , fridge and parking etc The bonus was having a pub next door so after a day of exploring you could go and have dinner and drink to relax if you so chose. ( note please book a table , we hadn't however , the bar staff went out of their way to accommodate us as we were staying at the motel )

Inchecken ging makkelijk via sleutelkastje. Super schone kamer en ruikt ook heerlijk fris bij binnenkomst. Je kunt zien dat er goed voor de accommodatie gezorgd wordt. Het was heet weer maar de kamer bleef relatief koel mede dankzij de plavuizen op de vloer. Ook was er een ventilator aanwezig. Er is geen ontbijt beschikbaar maar je hebt een koelkast dus had ik een sandwich gehaald bij de supermarkt en dat was helemaal prima. Avondeten naast de accommodatie in de pub is ook prima. Kortom, ik voelde me als een varkentje in een modderpoel ;-)

It’s the second time we’ve stayed here and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely 1 bed house with all the facilities you need and a friendly pub on your doorstep. Would highly recommend!

Nothing, it was all perfect

It was easy to find and to park. Rooms were spacious and clean with every facility you would need for a stay.... Beds were comfortable and bathroom had both a bath and shower. Plenty of towels were given for our stay and the fridge, kettle and coffee machine plus all the assorted coffee, and tea were great

There was nothing I didn't like

The rooms are very well fitted out for a short stay with brewing facilities and a fridge.

Last time we stayed here we had breakfast at the pub on site but this option didn’t seem to be available any longer. The cafe in nearby Castle Acre didn’t open till 10 am. Also, we arrived on a Sunday with a 3pm check in but food needed to be ordered at the pub by 2:30pm so we ended up driving to Oxburgh for a pub meal in the evening.

We only stayed 1 night but it was a lovely clean & large room. We had dinner at the George & Dragon which we recommend, staff lovely & wellcoming, good food.

The location was spot on for our stay, the motel was so smart, clean and tidy. Having ample parking and a fab pub next door serving food was a huge bonus.

Excellent communication before and on check in. The location is perfect! So quiet, in the middle of nowhere and in the middle of everything. Its clear alot of thought has gone into everything. Already looking for another longer visit later this year. Fridge with the freezer box was a absolute game changer 🙌 as we like to sort our own breakfasts and lunches for exploring. We have stayed at places before that have dog friendly rooms. They weren't great, and nothing like advertised. This was exactly as shown, everything was so practical for our spaniel, Percy loved the tiled floor in this heat. Everything was perfectly clean and well looked after. A short drive from Centre Paws and the mid norfolk railway was perfect 👌

Gorgeous well appointed room with everything you need including iron, water, range of tea and coffee, lovely smellies, small fridge. Huge bed, with good shower. I actually bounced the wifi from my phone data and that worked well. It is a rural location, so expect countryside smells, and rare tiny visitors.

The location was amazing. Perfect location for the wedding we went to. Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the pub next door and beautiful village it was in.

If I could pick one tiny, tiny thing is that it needed a mirror in the bedroom, but it did have a big mirror in bedroom, which was perfect, but would have been great if one in the room, but that is being very very picky as everything was perfect.

We found this Motel so we could have an Easter weekend with family, absolutely fabulous, we loved the location and the rooms were excellent, clean and tidy, plenty of tea, coffee, etc facilities and everything that you need has been thought of. Booking in was easy at the pub and everyone was very friendly cannot recommend this enough, we loved it!!

This was the perfect resting spot for my colleagues and I. The host was very responsive & accommodating with all our requests regarding room arrangements, parking, and late check in. The location and views were so calming, rooms were spacious, clean & well equipped with some snacks, teas, coffees etc. Definitely saving this spot for whenever I happen to return to King’s Lynn.

Great room sizes, spotlessly clean. All amenities were perfect. Loved it.

We arrived after a text giving us instructions of how to get in. I panicked that I hadn’t paid enough, we had a dog and it was £10 a night which I hadn’t paid, but I left a voicemail, very quick response via text and they said to just to leave cash in the room (had I read the instructions, I would’ve known that) Room was large, lovely underfloor heating. Lovely rustic furniture. Everything was nice. The tea tray was perfect, so much choice. Handy for castle acre, we will be coming back, as we booked while our house was being decorated! We want to come back to get the full experience of having the George and Dragon literally on site (it was being refurbished during our stay) definitely would recommend!!!

For a double room to only have one comfortable chair was a little disappointment

Stayed a few times over the years. Rooms aren't too bad, starting to look a bit tired in places and the mattresses are a bit flat now. Most annoyingly on the last stay, the previous occupants had obviously been smoking weed in the room as the smell hit you as soon as you opened the door - it was especially bad around the window (smell had been absorbed in to the curtains). Ended up sleeping with the windows wide open which meant quite a cold night.

I've stayed here several times now, it's spacious, clean, warm and comfortable with a dedicated parking space. The onsite pub is quirky but nice and the food is really good and the staff friendly although the kitchen does close relatively early.

I find the shower a bit awkward, would benefit from a shower screen rather than a curtain.

This was our second stay. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean. The location is great - right next to Castle Acre and within 30 minutes drive of the coast. The pub next door serves really great food.

Very comfortable, quiet stay. The room was really well furnished with everything I needed. Excellent shower and many extras, including a good coffee making machine. It is just across the car park from the George and Dragon pub, where you can get a good meal.
