Breakfast was great. The location was great as it was at lakeside Pokhara with view of the lake from our balcony. We took an upper level room. It had a small pool at the rooftop. Moreover, once we had problem with the shower, they immediately changed the room in an upgraded room. Aditya and Ritu had been really good from the day we checked in. The amazing staffs running the hotel made our stay wonderful. The washrooms had been clean and the floors got dry really fast after a shower so they thought about every attention to detail. They will try their best to make sure the stay is fabulous. The location is at a walking distance from Club Catwalk and rest of the eateries. Thank you Pokhara Boutique Hotel!

We felt right at home here. The service was genuinely excellent, no kidding! Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even creating different vegan breakfast options for us every morning 🌱 The coffee was brilliant, the rooms were super clean, comfortable and lovely, and the swimming pool was the perfect refreshing break. Such a warm and welcoming place. We’d happily come back!

Very professional staff, lovely swimming pool overlooking the Lake in the distance, comfortable rooms.

Food could be a little less oily, cleaning in the room more thorough as somehow it was very dusty.

The perfect hotel to relax after a trek in the Himalayas. The room is beautiful and features a lovely private balcony. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the shower is very good. Breakfast is varied and generous, with sweet and savory options to suit every taste. The swimming pool was very pleasant and a great place to cool off and relax You are free to come and go from the hotel whenever you like, without any time restrictions, which is very convenient. Most importantly, I would like to highlight the kindness of the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly and attentive. You genuinely feel welcome and cared for, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout your stay.

The property’s location is great. It’s a bit of a centre to the main market but still in the heart of everything.

During my stay, the power in my state went out for over six hours, lasting for two hours at a time. An inverter provided power backup for just two lights in the room. Unfortunately, the backup also ran out, plunging the entire property into darkness for another 4 hours until 1 am. This is a shame because the property doesn’t have a generator. Additionally, there’s no lift, so if you live on the fourth floor, you have to climb all the way up every time you get out of your room, which is a bit of a hassle. The last problem with the property is that it is need serious renovation, specially to the paint as overall feel of all the rooms have degraded quite significantly.

the staff are cutie pies! always helped with everything and were very attentive. right behind the hotel is a temple. you can go meditate or for yoga class. the views from this property are insane!

there is no elevator🥺. but staff helps you with your luggage so its fine

Bästa sängen vi sovit i på flera månader! Stort och härligt rum med balkong ut mot sjön. Personalen är så söta och hjälpsamma. Det är andra gången vi bor här nu och om vi kommer till pokhara igen kommer vi definitivt att bo här igen! Vi kunde också ha våra väskor här när vi var iväg och vandrade :)

El personal es muy amable y atento. Nos alojamos varios días en Mayo y nos guardaron todo el equipaje de manera gratuita mientras nos fuimos de trekking y a un retiro. El hotel es bonito, está limpio y es muy cómodo. Tiene una piscina en la azotea que está muy bien. Buen desayuno, aunque no variaba mucho. Buena ubicación en Lakeside.

Al igual que muchos hoteles en Nepal, que la ducha no esté independiente en el cuarto de baño, todo el suelo se moja y me parece incómodo. Las toallas aunque estaban limpias, podrían estar un poco más nuevas.

The view is stellar with the lake and the mountains! Location is decent too. Fewa lake is the most happening area in Pokhara and this is located right along the lake.

I loved my stay! The location is great and the installations are very good, especially considering the baseline in Katmandú. I felt safe, comfortable and cared for. The staff was super nice, starting with the general manager which was fantastic at all times. He was quick on his fit to accommodate anything I needed including room change, laundry and other little quirks. Patient, super kind and gentle. I came here after 4 days of hiking and I didn't mind the stairs too much. I even had a refreshing dip in the pool at night. Breakfast is very tasty!!! I will totally stay here on my next visit. Recommended!

I thoroughly enjoyed everything—from the moment I checked in. My room was ready in advance, so I didn’t have to wait, even though I hadn’t requested early check-in. The room itself was of excellent quality. The location is very convenient; despite being close to an amusement park, and even though I’m a light sleeper, I wasn’t disturbed by any noise at all. The bed was absolutely विशाल—truly huge. The breakfast was very pleasant—simple and without excess, but perfectly sufficient. Eggs, vegetables, sausages, porridge, granola, fruits and more.

As for any downsides, I honestly can’t point out anything—everything was great.

Great accomodation in excellent location. Room was lovely with comfortable bed and balcony with a view. Excellent swimming pool. Great buffet breakfast. Hotel was helpful with storing our luggage while trekking.

Liked to so much that we extended our stay. Staff are extremely friendly, helped us with transportation arrangements. They made us a lovely packed breakfast when we had to leave early out of their own initiative. The breakfast buffet was great with variations every day. Absolutely loved the fresh water melon juice the made each day. We had dinner there once, and it was tastier than many others we had in Pokhara. Decoration in the whole hotel is very tasteful, could see the lake from our balcony, the room spacious with a comfortable bed (double bed with one mattress rather than two single pushed together). It was quiet at night and in the morning we woke up to gentle birdsongs. Bathroom with nice quality toiletries, spacious and a great hot powerful shower. So far the best hotel we stayed at in Nepal. Would definitely stay there again.

I had a really nice stay at Pokhara Boutique Hotel. The place is very clean and well maintained, and the staff are super helpful and accommodating. I especially appreciated their flexibility when I needed to change rooms. The pool area is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and the location is great, just a short walk from the main street. The only downside was the breakfast, which could be better. Also, there can be some noise from the nearby Disneyland area, so something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

A very nice hotel to stay at: excellent location in a quiet area, perfect food in the restaurant, warm welcome and hospitable and attentive personnel. I will definitely stay there again

Very good breakfast. Location is ok, close to the lake and the main road.

Looks better on pics than the reality. But overall ok for this price level. Main road is very noisy even during late evening. Be ready to close the room and use air conditioning.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen Laundry-Sevice welcher am selben Tag fertig war und konnten ohne Probleme eine Nacht verlängern. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön mit super Aussicht. Das Frühstück konnten wir auch To-Go haben. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Außerdem ist die Lage sehr gut am See und man hat alles wichtige um sich herum.

Nix negatives, nur eventuell Liegen am Pool wären vielleicht noch angenehmer.

The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive in every way. Not only very friendly and welcoming, but they went above and beyond to facilitate my requests (most notably decorating our room for Valentine’s Day’, which was very impressive)! In addition, the property itself was great with spacious and very clean rooms, and while very central, I still felt like being in a small oasis of rest despite the relative chaos of the city.

Everything was great - I only missed pool heating, but that’s only a minor part of a further great experience.

I had a fabulous stay. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were beyond helpful, taking care of my laundry, booking my bus and even preparing some take away breakfast on the morning I had to leave very early. I felt really comfortable and happy there.

The staff was great. They upgraded us from cottage to deluxe room and the empathy that all of them have shown is truly exceptional. Loved it here. Will definitely go back to the sams hotel if I plan Pokhara.

I stayed at this hotel the day before starting my ABC trek. I didn’t know they also arrange trekking packages, but it made everything so much easier for me to book the trek. They have their own professional trekking guide, which gave me a lot of confidence. The breakfast was good, the Nepali architectural ambience was amazing, and the hotel was very clean. A perfect place to stay before starting and after finishing trek. Highly recommended.

I booked this hotel on New Year, when most hotels were charging double rates, but they still offered me their normal regular price — which truly reflects their humanity. The breakfast was great, the rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the ambience was excellent. I’m really happy that I chose this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel is really great! 🌟 Just a 5-minute walk from Lakeside, with spotless rooms decorated with great taste. The staff are very welcoming and always ready to help 😊. There’s a yoga center 10 minutes away on foot, a nice rooftop with a pool, and a delicious breakfast 🧘‍♀️🍽️. They even kept our luggage for 5 days while we went on a trek. Laundry service is fast and efficient. A place where you truly feel comfortable — highly recommended! 🙌

Great location right infront of the lake just one street back, got a superb room with the best possible view. The staff was extremely courteous and welcoming, really it was abit unnerving how nice they were hahaha. Room was very comfortable also good bed, nice space in the room for different things. Even the view outside the bathroom was great. Its a good place for couples/ families. They also booked the Sarangkot cable car which was helpful

I think people who come to Pokhara can definitely benefit from the hotel's help in going to Ghandruk (even networking with deep drivers) or helping plan the day's activities. The balcony door needs to be slightly fixed, a small part of it remains open and it was difficult to sleep with the 2 mosquitos who made life difficult.

Sanjog welcomed us in the best possible way. The service was excellent — we even had our cocktails served late in the evening, along with music by the pool. The rooms are beautiful, smell great, and the bedding is very comfortable. We’re also a bit away from the noise of the main street. I highly recommend this establishment
