Limpieza muy justa, camas sin hacer al llegar, menaje de habitación básico (echamos mucho en falta una mini nevera). Tener claro que es un motel... pero a precio de hotel. Precio altísimo para la instalación que ofrecen. Colchones incómodos. El desayuno carísimo, 60€ por 2 adultos y 2 niños.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Hotel jak na Danie okey, bardzo blisko do lotniska legolandu chwilkę od lego house. Obsługa bardzo miła, śniadanie fajne takie normalne. Obiadokolacja opcja droższa ale było dużo jedzenia różnego, dokładki etc. Napisze jeszcze raz jak na Danie okey, gdyż byłam wcześniej bez dzieci i było gorzej w 3 gwiazdowym hotelu. Jest też pełno ludzików lego w obiekcie i budowanie może trwać do 22 nawet po kolacji.
Nie dało sie wypożyczyć czajnika, były porezerwowane i nie oddawane. Więc albo trzeba przywieść swój albo zostaje kawa z miasta.

Letto matrimoniale piccolo. Illuminazione della camera scarsissima. La stanza è praticamete dotata di soli applique a parete dalla luce fioca gialla o verde e di un lampadario molto basso che non illumina assolutamente l'ambiente. Abbiamo dovuto fare le valigie praticamente al buio. Caffè pessimo. Illuminazione scarsissima anche almriatorante. Praticamete si sta sempre in penombra.

Very basic. No space/ facilities to self-cater and limited food offer on site. It was very expensive for a place where you have to make up your own beds and take sheets/towels back at checkout.

For the price I paid, even although I know it's an expensive theme resort, I simply cannot forgive not even being provided with a kettle for a cup of coffee or having to actually put my sheets onto my own bed.

Der er sorte pletter på badeværelset under vasken og i brusekabinen i værelse 117. Der var spindelvæv flere steder i loftet. Køjesengen var en dødsfælde, vi tog madrassen ud så vores søn måtte sove på gulvet. Vi skulle selv ligge rent betræk på dyner og puder.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Dette er et camping område. Det betyr store områder hvor man kan oppholde seg når man ikke er på Legoland. Lekemuligheter innenfor området. Nærhet til Legoland og Lalandia. Bra med lekerom for barna i restauranten.
Rommene er romslige men med enkel standard. Ingen A/C gjorde det vanskelig å sove i varmen. Sengene gjorde det ikke lettere. Vi hadde 4 overnattinger. Det hadde vært greit at noen hadde f.eks. støvsuget en gang. 4 frokoster og 4 buffeer med den samme maten er for mye, men prisen helt ok.

Carsaflari, yastik ve yorgan kiliflarini siz takiyorsunuz ve cikista yine siz söküp resepsiyona teslim ediyorsunuz. Arabaniz yoksa tasimak biraz yorucu.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Dużo atrakcji dla dzieci na terenie ośrodka, market, w jadalni strefa gier i budowania z klocków, czystość. Smaczne posiłki choć drogie.
To że sama musiałam ubrać pościel, zdjąć i zanieść do recepcji na koniec, a byłam sama z trójką dzieci. Jednego dnia na śniadanie woda do herbaty była z ekspresu i herbata śmierdziała kawą. Jeśli chcecie zobaczyć Lego house to kupcie bilet z wyprzedzeniem.

La struttura è vetusta e il rapporto qualità prezzo è totalmente inadeguato. Devi farti il letto da solo e disfarlo al check out per la cifra richiesta non è pensabile. Finestra rotta e pavimenti vecchi e mobili rovinati. Letto matrimoniale veramente piccolo.

J'avais réservé 2 nuits par 2 moyens différents (une via Booking et une via le pack Legoland/Lego House), j'ai du changer de chambre après la première nuit malgré ma demande de trouver une solution pour garder la même chambre à la réservation et sur place. les 2 chambres étaient identiques juste un lit en plus qui était inutile vu que nous n'étions que 3.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Klimat Lego, fajnie udekorowany pokój w klimacie pirackiego Lego :) W pokoju skrzynia z klocków Lego z klockami w środku (można coś zbudować) Czysto Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna Wygodne łóżka W ogólnodostępnej kuchni znajdują się - dwa piekarniki, mikrofala oraz kuchenki (brakowało czajnika, trzeba mieć swój lub pożyczyć od ludzi z campingu, talerze, kubki itp. należy iść do recepcji i wtedy pożyczają na czas pobytu)
Brak czajnika w pokoju jak i kuchni - na szczęście jednego dnia uprzejmi państwa co byli na campingu pożyczyli nam swój Brak talerzy, sztućców i kubków w pokoju - należy iść do recepcji i wypożyczyć Ceny w sklepie obok - lepiej iść do parku wodnego obok tam jest galeria ze sklepami i restauracjami (trochę taniej) lub jeżeli jest się w Legohouse od razu po iść do Netto (jakieś 2-3 razy taniej)

Reviewed May 9, 2026On arrival the staff were great in welcoming us and getting us to our room. The room was really well themed and the kids loved it. Breakfast was also excellent, especially the make your own pancakes!
There was a complication each morning as the hotel didn't have us down as having breakfast included in our room rate and so we had to show our booking.com email confirmation each day.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Der super freundliche Umgang vom Personal hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die vielen Möglichkeiten für die Kinder in jedem alter einfach klasse. Die idee der Schatzsuche und dem Bau Wettbewerb sind auch mega für die Kids.
Also für den Preis sind die Zimmer doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, im Badezimmer hätten wir uns einen Abzieher für die Dusche gewünscht, da das halbe Bad nach dem Duschen unter wasser stand.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Het complex ligt direct naast de luchthaven van Billund (5 min met taxi of iets langer met de bus), op 10 min lopen van Legoland en iets minder van Lalandia. Ook het centrum van Billund is op loopafstand (20/25 min). Wij zaten in een "pirates" kamer met een stapelbed voor de kinderen en een tweepersoonsbed en badkamer. Compex is zeer kindvriendelijk met alles in de stijl van lego, en veel speeltuintjes. Zelfs in de kamer legoblokjes en figuren in legostijl. Supermarktje op het complex aanwezig of anders is er eentje in Lalandia. Ontbijt is prima in buffetvorm met zowel koude als warme gerechten. Prima gratis wifi verbinding. Tegen bijbetaling konden wij de kamer tot 14:00u aanhouden.
Incheck pas vanaf 15:00u (wij werden wel per mail/SMS geinformeerd dat kamer eerder klaar was). Uitcheck al om 11:00u. Verwacht geen luxe. Tweepersoonbed is ietwat klein. Ook geen waterkoker of koelkastje op de kamer. Handdoeken en linnen is niet altijd inbegrepen maar blijkbaar was dat bij ons wel het geval. Kamers worden niet schoongemaakt tijdens verblijf. Bij weinig gasten wordt het ontbijt geserveerd in het Castle Hotel op 10 min lopen. Hier waren wij niet over geinformeerd.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Las habitaciones están decoradas e incluso nos dejaron un cofre con legos par que los niños jugarán, las instalaciones están muy bien, en la zona de comidas tienen una sala Nintendo para que los niños juegues y 2 mini zonas para que jueguen con legos, tanto niños pequeños como otros más mayores. Tienen varios parques donde jugar los niños y colchonetas, también disponen de brasero. Muy completo todo. La ubicación también es ideal para visitar los parques, se puede llegar a todos caminando.
Lo que menos nos gustó es que tienes que hacerte tú la cama y deshacerla cuando te vas y llevar la ropa sucia a la recepción, con el precio que se paga deberían de hacerlo ellos. Si van con reserva de booking con desayuno seguramente tendrás problemas en el desayuno porque no les aparece que lo tengan contratado, algo que deberían de mejorar también

La chambre, les lits était trop petit alors que nous avions réserver pour 3 adulte un des adulte avait les pieds qui dépassais du lit, la propreté du logement est à revoir, sale, la table collais on ne pouvais pas ce poser dessus, et les photo proposer par booking son très loin d’être la réalité !!

On n’a pas aimé le fait que chaque personne doive faire son lit (après avoir récupéré les draps et les serviettes à la réception de l’hôtel). Le prix du petit déjeuner était aussi assez élevé.
