The hotel is in a quiet location near the Grand Palace and other tourist attractions. Local sightseeing such as markets, cafes and restaurants are only a short walk away. The hotel front of house staff could not have been more helpful in providing information and bookings to make your stay easier. The room was clean, large and well laid out with shiny wooden floors. The breakfast has been the best of the four places I've stayed at in Thailand. There was no evening meal service. The hotel offers value and service which is ideal for those on a first time visit.

We stayed here for 3 nights at this hotel at the start of our Thailand adventure. What a fantastic stay we had and found all the staff that we dealt with to be helpful , friendly and polite . The reception staff here deserve special praise as they are the best we have encountered , in particular Arty and Ken. We were having difficulties with arranging our onward travels and it was very stressful especially as my husband was having mobility difficulties .Arty and Ken helped us find suitable transport and ease the situation. Thanks again for a great stay.

The Siri Hotel goes above and beyond in order to make your experience a comfortable one. Ati at the front desk was the friendliest and most professional. The staff there works hard to meet any room requests. They seamlessly arrange shuttles to and from the airport. Their breakfast buffet is phenomenal as well. After my third consecutive stay, I will be going back to Siri Hotel each visit to Thailand!

The hotel was great, walkable distance from from many temples and Khao San Road etc. The staff were all incedibly friendly and helpful! The only down side was the actual street the hotel is located on.

Great staff and hotel. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfy with air conditioning. The only downside would be the actual street the hotel is on. But it is centrally located and close to many temples and Khao San Road. Although the pool is listed as indoor, it is open to the air/outside, just in a sort of courtyard

Had a problem with a cab driver and couldn’t afford the cash. The front desk helped out and it was critical. Thanks.

No rail or skytrain

The room is very comfortable but the lobby and public areas are very hot with no AC. The area around the hotel has homeless people and no convenient shops.

Great location within walking distance to the Grand Palace, Khaosan Road and Wat Phra Chetuphon. As stated in other reviews, the neighborhood in the surrounding block is not the best, however it never felt unsafe. The entrance to the hotel is also a little odd as it is from an alley (causing confusion for taxi drivers) and you enter through the garage. However, once inside, the hotel is very nice. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean and nice rooms and excellent breakfast.

This is an excellent hotel the hotel staff go above and beyond to help you. If I could just pick this hotel up and put it in a nicer area, the area around hotel seems dodgy we did not walk around outside when it got dark just book a grab taxi.

Horrible neighborhood, unsafe, place didn’t look like photos. Entrance is through parking garage. Bathrooms smelled. No view as advertised other than an overgrown alley.

This hotels pictures and ratings did not align with the experience. We chose it to be close to grand palace hit after walking out in the evening the first night and observing drivers, homeless and a woman peeing on the street we decided not to walk and take cabs from the hotel. Would’ve been better off choosing a nicer place further away. The neighborhood was very uncomfortable. The photos on hotels.con are very deceiving — the place is rundown, small, and the bathroom smelled bad as it picked up fumes from trash collection next door. The lobby is very run down with a makeshift table set up for check in. The “city view” advertised was a window into an overgrown lot outside a window full of pigeon poop. Would not recommend to anyone.

The hotel is nice but in a bad location surrounded by homeless. The service is wonderful but the beds are hard.

Comfortable mattress, great value breakfast, central location to old town. Beautiful hotel and Pool. On a quiet street which was nice with no traffic noise but it was never pleasurable walking past the local ‘pee’ spot 2 doors down to the left as you leave the hotel. Bangkok is dirty yes, but this particular pee spot just hit us every time we came/went. I’d strongly advise to turn right once you leave hotel if you’re walking anywhere. Or if management just got a long hose and washed that area every so often- it’s a public area down near some parked cars but by gosh it wasn’t nice. Would stay again though (just not walk that way!)

Perfectly located if you want to see the major sights of Bangkok. The hotel was clean and the service great. All the staff made us feel welcome and the breakfast included was perfect start to a day full of adventure. All the sights are literally within walking distance of the hotel and those that slightly further away are just a short taxi ride away. The riverfront is within walking distance and you can go and have a coffee while watching the boats go by. The rooms are no frills but perfectly suitable for a good night sleep. The pool is large enough for and perfect for a quick swim on a hot Bangkok day. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a great location for sightseeing. The room is very well designed and clean. However, the air-con is blowing directly on our head, not sure if it is for every room. The staffs are helpful and the breakfast set up is very nice. Overall, we have great experience at the hotel and would definitely come back again.

Chambre confortable, calme et propre. Petit déjeuner très copieux et savoureux. La petite piscine de l'hôtel est très appreciable après une journée de balade. Des vélos sont mis à disposition gratuitement, mais il faut avoir le courage d'aller pédaler dans le flux de circulation très dense. Hôtel bien situé à proximité des sites les plus importants à visiter à pied. Seul bémol, la proximité de l'hôtel est vraiment très très sale, avec des poubelles à même la rue et de très mauvaise odeurs. C'est vraiment bien dommage pour l'image de l'hôtel.

Fabulous clean hotel with lovely friendly staff. Great pool. Great rooftop to chill in an evening. Couldn’t fault it. Walking distance to grand palace, river taxis and Koh san road. Not a ‘dodgy’ area. Just some homeless people which are no threat are you are out the street in a minutes walk

The Siri Heritage Bankok Hotel is located in Old Town Bankok. The staff is friendly and is in a great central location. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the security staff is top-notch.

Dejligt hotel - gammel byggestil og kun 5 etager højt. Ligger i "old town", og i området er der en del hjemløse, men de generer ingen. I gåafstand til mange forskellige ting, og gode "street kitchen" i nærheden.

We stayed at the Siri Heritage for two nights when we landed in Bangkok. Great location for so many wonderful sites. Wonderful breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. We came back to Bangkok at the end of our trip and had reservations at a different hotel. We cancelled those reservations and came back to the Siri Heritage because we enjoyed it so much the first time!

호텔 자체는 그 가격에 아주 좋습니다. 수영장 있고 조식 주고 객실 시설도 괜찮고 깔끔하게 관리도 잘 해줍니다. 다만 우리가 사용했던 객실은 수영장 옆이었는데 모터소리인지 배수로 소리인지 마치 폭포 밑에서 자는 것 같이 소음에 시달렸어요. 그 방은 객실로 쓰면 안될것 같은데. 다른 객실들은 괜찮겠죠. 다른 후기에서 지적했듯 호텔 주변 환경이 너무 안좋다보니 좀 그렇지만 그 덕에 호텔비가 저렴한 것일겁니다.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Dachterrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Wat Po und Kaosan Road sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Würde jederzeit wieder gerne buchen.

Very helpfull staff. Excellent breakfast with real coffee. Quiet location near tourist attractions but a bit difficult to find occidental restaurants nearby. Too few chairs around the pool but great terasse on the roof. Overall a very great stay.

Staff was amazing, the location was perfect for walking around, and the included breakfast was absolutely delicious. I would recommend any of my friends/family to stay here.

The room and service were great. They helped us with booking airport transfert and were very reactive with all our changes 9flight was cancelled and then delayed, we arrive very lately in the night). The hotel is well located and quiet.

Nice small heritage building lovely room but limited in amenities. basic bathroom and breakfast. you can take a bike to tour the area which is cool. the immediate neighbourhood area is a bit seedy at night but it is a short walk to the museums and Palace complex and the khaosan is 10 minutes walk (far enough not to hear the racket at night)

We had a great stay: the room was clean, the personal really helpful and friendly and the Hotel is really well localed. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the hotel 100%!

Clean hotel and clean rooms Nice staff. Location was in a bit more of a "locals"area than the middle of Banglamphu.

I found the location perfect for visiting temples and places. The immediate area around the hotel is a little run down with some rough sleepers but at no point did I feel unsafe. Hotel was faultless, lovely staff with great service. Breakfast was substantial with plenty of choice. Rooftop terrace great for an evening beer overlooking the city. Room kept clean on a daily basis. a/c a bit noisy at night but that’s a/c for you.

Room was great, clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location near grand palace. Taxi service available. Pool looked nice though we didn’t get to use it. Breakfast was solid: eggs cooked to order, fresh fruit, yogurt. Had some more typical Thai food at breakfast also which was nice.

Stayed one night as a stopover to break up flight to Nz from UK. Hotel easy to find by taxi driver. (He did use his gps). Friendly fast check in. Room clean, bed comfy. AC good. I needed ear plugs to sleep at night as a little noisy. Shower hot and powerful, just didn’t drain very well. Nice rooftop to relax in. Breakfast was nice, eggs, omelet, screamed fried cooked to order. Yummy fresh fruit yoghurt, toast, cereal. Easy distance to walk to restaurants near Khao San Road. Went to Reclining Buddha in the morning before flight later that day. Straight forward 20 mins walk. Will be returning to Bangkok for 4 days on return to UK and will stay here again.

Location was perfect. Close enough to walk to Khao San road but also far enough away to retreat from the chaos. Comfortable beds and quiet. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Lugar aconchegante e vem decorado. Todos os atendentes foram amorosos. Fica perto d muitos pontos turísticos, mas fica no meio d uma rua muito suja e com mal cheiro. Água de filtro liberada! Café da manhã bom, porém todo dia o mesmo cheio forte dos temperos tailandeses, chegou a enjoar.

이용후기 안남기는데 한국인들을 위해 남깁니다. 수영장딸린 허름한 모텔 수준이구요 카오산 근처는 시끄러울거같아서 거리가있는 여기로 잡았는데 아침에 조식준비하는소리인지 내부소음 있습니다. 청소후에 수건안채워져있어서 프론트에 얘기했더니 몇사람 더있는거냐고 다그치듯이 답해서 황당했네요 조식은 계란만 먹을만하구요 가짓수 엄청 적습니다. 체크아웃할때 어디로가냐고물어봐서 택시 불러주는건줄 알았는데 아니였네요 여튼 같은 가격이면 다른 숙소가 낫겠네요 엄청 비추합니다.

Hôtel de bon standing, idéalement situé pour visiter à pied le centre historique et Kao san road. La piscine, bien que petite, est très agréable pour se détendre après une chaude journée de visite, de même que le toit terrasse. Le meilleur rapport qualité prix dans ce quartier.

A hidden pearl in the old part of Bangkok. If you want to stay in this part of Bangkok it is perfect. You need to be aware that it is far from the metro and the sky train, but you can still get around by the river boats and the canal boats. It is close to most of the historic sites in the city.

I t was great!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights at Grand double room for about $95 AUD. The room was a good size. New, clean, in bronze - gold colours. I loved the decor not only of the room but also of the most common areas. Pool - nice pool but no sun as under a roof... So no sunbathing. Very unfortunate. Which also means that the water does not get as warm as it could with a direct sinlight. Breakfast - not great. I had breakfast because I like having something to eat in the morning, but my husband, after having his first two breakfasts decided to skip it. Our room had a bath tub and no shower, which, if you are to have a shower, the water would go to almost half of the bathroom. NO HOT WATER fist two nights. This is my biggest disappointment about this hotel. The water would come out warm but not HOT enough to enjoy a nice shower (and I've don't even like hot showers but it was even cold for me). I complained about hot water on our first night and it was only resolved in two days. Reception area - free biscuits tea and Coffey. Biscuits were superb. Staff - helpful but two of the reception people were not even local so when I called a hotel to help to give instructions to the taxi driver - they could not even communicate. No big deal - had to use Google maps. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would have stayed again if the breakfast was better and the was no issue with hot water and the pool (unfortunately this can't be fixed) didn't have the roof above.
