Reviewed Sep 11, 2026La ubicación es excelente ya que está conecado con la estación de trenes de Sendai. El staff, a pesar de la barrera del idioma, hizo todo lo posible por entenderse y nos ayudó en todo. El desayuno fue exquisito, muy abundante y con variedades locales de gran calidad. Totalmente recomendable, volvería sin dudar.
Quizás el tamaño de la habitación es un poco ajustado, pero es el standard de Japón. Además, contaba con todo lo necesario.

The breakfast was very basic. The room was too small, once I opened my suitcase, I had to jump over it to relocate.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026口コミでスタッフの態度が横柄だとか部屋が掃除されてないみたいに汚いとか外の声がうるさいとか不安になるものを見かけたので、覚悟していましたが、特にそこまでではなくてホッとしました。
駐車場が一般利用も可でその仕様が宿泊者とは別設定のため、宿泊者が利用できる15時に必ず満車であるにも関わらず、提携の駐車場もなくて、ホテル駐車場の金額の倍ほどかかってしまったことが不満です！

朝食もすごく品揃えで良かったですが、スタッフが話しているのが気になりました。人も少なかったので、余計に気になりました。料理の蓋を何処におこうかとか悩んでいても、無視で話していたり、客は食べに来てるだけでほったらかしで良い感じですね。

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The hotel offers good value for money. The rooms are quite small, but that’s not really a problem since you usually don’t spend much of the day in the room. This time, however, I had a room where the suitcase couldn’t be stored under the bed, which made the limited space a little less convenient. The location is excellent, very close to Sendai Station and the main shopping street.
At check-in, it took a little while to find my reservation because my name contains the Hungarian letter “ö”. I don’t usually have this issue with other hotel chains, but unfortunately it seems to happen quite often at APA Hotels. It would be great if the system could handle international characters more smoothly, especially in a country with such a rich and diverse writing system.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Everything was great except the room temperature was centrally controlled. At times the room was over 30°C. That's a bit too warm for me. I did get a decent night's sleep after several cool showers. Don't forget to turn the refrigerator on. The staff was exceptional as was the location and price. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Sendai station and Parco mall (Pokemon Center/Gundam Base). Nice city view.
The centrally controlled room temperature was a different experience for me. I managed to sleep ok though.

The room was very small. If you are a solo it is no problem, but for 2 person with luggage it's not enough space.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Zimmer sehr spartanisch, eng. Nur 2/3 Wäscheautomaten gingen. Einer davon war viel länger besetzt, weil die Person zuvor nicht ihre Wäsche entfernt hat. Laufzeit 2h und dann leider nicht ganz trocken geworden.

Reviewed May 31, 2026スタッフの対応が笑顔で丁寧なのが印象的でした。一番良かったのは朝食です。今まで泊まったホテルの中で一番美味しかったです。BARとコンビニがホテル内にあり便利でした。普段メルトを使ってましたが、このホテルのシャンプーはびっくりするほどサラサラになりました。購入したいです。洗濯乾燥機や電子レンジがあったのも良かったです。駅から数分なのがありがたいです。
少し部屋が圧迫感がありました。やや狭く感じ、電気がオレンジではなく白色だったので眩しく感じました。空調が自分では調整できず夜間少し暑かったです。ロケーションはあまり…。チェックインの時にスタッフさんが丁寧に説明してくれたのですが、高速で長文だったのでほとんど理解できませんでした。必要最小限にしてあとは説明書きとかくだされば…と思ってしまいました。
