Helaas maken de deuren van de kamers veel lawaai, waardoor je moeilijk in kunt slapen. Na 24.00 uur hield dit gelukkig op.

Dirty ashtray outside of room in outside seating area. Refused breakfast next morning at 9.10am because we hadn’t booked despite website saying available until 10am even if not staying there!! Stay - very disappointing!

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Zonder te vragen kregen we een upgrade v/d kamer waardoor we eigen sanitair op de kamer hadden, wat we niet geboekt hadden. Dat is gewoon aardig. Locatie is natuurlijk super zo meteen midden in het centrum. Terrasje aan de voorkant maar ook een heel leuk gezellig druk terras aan de achterkant. Wij waren met gravelbikes en mochten die op een niet in gebruik zijnde stukje terras zetten wat 's nacht werd afgesloten. Er is dus geen fietsenstalling.
Niets eigenlijk. We hadden voor die ene nacht de goedkoopste kamers geboekt en die waren gewoon prima.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026La posizione ottima, buona ospitalità da parte dello staff, stanza tutto sommato comoda anche in assenza del bagno personale (cosa che comunque sapevamo), è stata una sorpresa però trovarci un lavandino in stanza, si è rivelato molto utile.
Unico vero lato negativo è il caldo, dato che c'è solo un ventilatore a parete e i letti appoggiano su queste finestre gigantesche da cui entra tutto il calore (visita ad agosto). Mi manca sempre l'ascensore quando non lo trovo

The bike storage area wasn’t indoors. I could only get a room with a shared toilet and for £95 per night I expect a private toilet. Also the stairs to the 2nd floor were really dangerous when carrying luggage.

Het was een hele warme nacht, helaas deed de ventilator het niet fantastisch en maakte hij op de hardste stand veel herrie… met het raampje open hoorde je buiten dan weer van alles.

The rooms are really small and dusty. There was no air condition but the room had a big fan over the bed that made alot of noise and really hard to open a window.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026De locatie is top. Niet alleen middenin de stad, maar ook superleuk zo aan de gracht. De meiden en jongens die er werken zijn erg gastvrij en doen hun best je een welkom gevoel te geven. Openingstijden zijn ruim dus altijd een plek om een koffietje te doen of wat te borrelen.
De kamer op de eerste verdieping was zomers warm, de ven helpt dan wel iets, maar omdat de ramen ook niet echt open kunnen wordt het niet snel weer fris. Na een warme dag lastig slapen. Deuren en douchedeuren van de kamers zijn gehorig naar de naastgelegen kamers. De kamer beneden was ruimer, had meer kussens en meer handdoeken en de deur kan daar open, dat is een nog fijner plekje. In de ochtend wakker gelachen door een sessie in een ruimte bij het terras!

Enjoyed sitting in the garden with a beer in the evening , such a vibey place with a great atmosphere! Hope to return one day .

Veel geluid van buiten, oordoppen nodig. Ontbijt raad ik niet aan, stelt niet veel voor.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Mooi appartement, heerlijk met airco. Bedden lagen super. Ontbijt was lekker.
Jammer dat er geen gordijn hing in het keukenraam. Naar ons idee kon er zo naar binnen gekeken worden. Keuken was goed uitgerust alleen jammer dat de koelkast geen vriesvakje had.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Super zentrale Lage im Zentrum der sehr schönen AltStadt, sehr gemütlicher Biergarten direkt am Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, Möglichkeit Räder unterzustellen und aufzuladen
Deckenventilator aufgrund der ungewöhnlich heißen Temperaturen komplett überfordert (teilweise über 40 Grad auf dem Zimmer), Zimmer relativ klein, Lautstärke durch Stadtfest und Biergarten direkt vor dem Fenster (allerdings tolle Bands), Biergarten also ambivalent: Wenn man selbst gern lange im Biergarten sitzt, ist es ideal, wenn man gern früher schlafen will, ist es problematisch.

1 van de twee slaapkamers was met het warme weer slechter te ventileren door het kleine raam, de andere kamer had grotere ramen en was goed te ventileren.

Dat we twee flinke steile trappen op moester om bij de kamer te komen dat wist ik niet van tevoren. We zijn met z'n vieren allemaal boven de zeventig waarvan er twee niet meer zo mobiel. Wist ik dit van tevoren, had ik niet geboekt! Dat het WK voetbal er was en dus erg luidruchtig en dus rumoerig ja, daar kan het bedrijf niets aan doen.

We sliepen op een zolderkamer die door het extreme weer echt heel warm was. Ook was niet alles even schoon zoals bv de koelkast. Hebben toch 170€ voor een nacht betaald

Houd er rekening mee dat kamer 1 onder de pub ligt. Je hoort dit wel. Voor ons geen probleem. Hier leggen ze oordopjes voor klaar! 😄 Voor ons was dit geen echt probleem.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026The room was very clean, spacious enough, the beds were a bit narrow, but they were comfortable. The building is situated in the very centre of the old town, with the beer garden overlooking the canal. Very friendly, helpful staff - it would be 10 out of 10, if not for the lack of the toilet in the room (but we knew about it in advance). I'm definitely gonna stay there again.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026The location is excellent. The garden is lovely. The room is small, of course, but the bed is large and comfortable. I chose the option without a toilet in the room, but the toilets and bathrooms on the same floor were very clean, although there weren't enough of them.
There weren't enough toilets, and because the bar and hotel reception were in the same area, I had to wait a long time.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Perfect location in the heart of Amersfoort old town canals area. Surrounded by eateries and plenty of shops, easy to commute to Amsterdam for day visit. Had dinner in the bar of the accommodation, very nice meals and atmosphere, would visit again in a heartbeat. While in the middle of the activity, the room was considerably sound proofed. Had a top floor room overlooking dining areas below
My stay was wonderful overall. There was a slight issue with the door jamming shut to exit the main door of the accommodation floor, Easter trading meant there were no trades available. Missed a trip to tulips, couldn't be helped, spent the day touring Amsterdam instead. Had a fabulous time and would highly recommend staying there
