Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Wellington-West Palm Beach

Location great,clean,friendly staff

Nothing

Very convenient location, rooms were very clean and very nice layout.

No complaints

I have stayed here several times. The facility is always clean and well maintained. The staff is super friendly. The gentleman that fixes breakfast is amazing. The amenities meet expectations. And I would visit again.I

If I had a complaint, it would be parking. I come to work and I often return late in the evening. That requires me to park far away and the lighting is low. It appears to be a good area and I’ve not encountered any issues.

Clean

Didn’t offer much for the nightly rate

Confortável e a decoração muito agradável e de bom gosto Roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade

Lovely welcoming staff, great room, comfy bed. Clean and tidy.

Nothing

Everything but the wi-fi and cell service.

The Wi-Fi was very underpowered and virtually unusable. To make matters worse, this hotel is apparently in a cell dead zone. Therefore, almost any outside communication was impossible. Even when I stepped outside into the Florida heat, the cell service was intermittent at best.

Hotel was well located for me. Staff were all friendly. I arrived a little earlier than planned and they gave me my room without hesitation. Room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was simple but good.

Room was not cleaned. I later learned that they only clean every other day and there was a card saying so in my bundle of check in papers but check in staff failed to highlight this to me. I went out for work the first morning and returned that night to find the room untouched. Because it had not been serviced it meant that coffee, creamers etc were also not replenished. Not a major issue but tedious. The pricing for the stay seemed a little steep for what it was, although it may be the local market rate.

Nothing

We recently stayed here for a DMB concert, but soon after arriving, we had an unexpected medical emergency and didn't even get to sleep in our room or make it to the show. Despite the brief time we spent there, we could see it is a nice, well cared for hotel in a great location. The wonderful staff went completely above and beyond during a very stressful and unsettling time for our family. Not only were they incredibly empathetic, but they also generously refunded a night's stay to help ease the burden. Their exceptional customer service and genuine kindness made a lasting impression on us. We highly recommend this hotel and truly look forward to returning in the future under much happier circumstances! Exceptional Kindness in a Tough Moment

Expected more for the charges

Very clean, nice service

No safe box in the room

El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y el hotel tiene un ambiente muy agradable y acogedor.

Que tengan diferentes opciones para el desayuno cada día o pasando un día.

The breakfast was nice, a bigger selection would have been better. Location was great for shops and resturants

If there was a little bar you could get a drink and sit in the seating area of an evening

I booked for a friend and it all went through on booking. Com . When he got to the property he was told there were no rooms. I had already paid but the hotel said they couldn’t refund . I have not yet had time to take it up with booking.com

Location

The worst value for money experience

Very clean and location is very accessible to anything you could possibly want.

The parking was a bit limited in the evening. I had to park far at night alone.

Leite frio, café americano (ralo e frio).

Breakfast could have been better

localização e proximidade de um supermercado

café da manhã

The breakfast is the best free breakfast! Eggs are delicious and well-cooked. The variety of food beats most hotels. Rooms are clean and updated.

Their towels are very thin, but it’s minor compared to how great everything at the hotel is.

All good.

Very nice hotel. We always stay at this property on our visits to wellington. The hotel is modern, clean, and is surrounded by many restaurants and coffee shops and everything else. Close to the airport and very convenient. Emily (front desk guest services) was amazing at check in and make us feel very welcomed as always.

Clean and conveniently located.

Nothing

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is quiet & clean. We like to stay here since it is near family we visit often.

There wasn't any bacon on buffet to go with the eggs. We look forward to that, but none served either of the two mornings we were there. The other breakfast offerings are nice and the coffee is good & hot.

Muito boa a acomodação, tudo limpo, camas boas e banheiro ótimo. Única questão é que o ar condicionado fica muito perto da cama.

Ar condicionado em cima da cama.

I loved how clean it was. The bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was simple but very tasty.

Everything was quite good actually.

Great Location, Comfortable Rooms/Beds, Very Clean

Wonderful property!

Nothing to complain about.

I had a pleasant stay.

Always an amazing stay. Staff is super friendly.

The place was clean and quiet Very nice staff

Very clean and modern. I enjoyed the automated blinds with blackout or shade options. The room is very well appointed and spacious. Definitely a step up from comfort Inn and Hampton Inn series. I will say the beds at the Hampton Inn and Comfort Inn are more comfortable. This bed is a mattress on a hard platform and definitely does not sleep as well. Otherwise, the place is very nice.

Very nice location, easy to navigate. Friendly staff willing to make your stay the best.

Stuff is very professional and friendly, very accommodating, we were offered an upgrade for free. Hotel is conveniently located close to the mall, movie theatre, restaurants and food shops

Easy check in and out. Quiet, clean, and efficient.

As someone who works in the hotel industry, we were so happy with our stay and want to say thank you! This location is such a gem - and provided the perfect weekend getaway from Miami! The decor is beautiful and everything was very clean and the staff were kind and attentive. The pool was so nice and we can’t say thank you enough! We’ll definitely be back 😍

The cleanliness of the entire property, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast spread was bountiful.

I thought it was missing room-darkening curtains.

I really like this hotel and it is my definite go-to in western Palm Beach County. The place is really well-maintained, the staff are great, and generally it is definitely the top Fairfield I have ever stayed in. Really, it is very impressive and feels and looks like a more upscale Marriott. I especially like that they put effort into decorating with a local feel, with the equestrian-themed art. I had a quick hour to relax by the pool one afternoon and appreciated how clean and quiet it was. I was the only person there, and the view of the lake made it feel like I was out in nature. Also, being close to Publix and a bunch of restaurants in the mall area was great. No complaints. Kudos to team there, I'll be back.

Everything

Good location for a quick trip to West Palm for a sports tournament. Hotel is modern and clean overall. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice. Good variety of breakfast buffet items. Nice room with comfortable beds and typical amenities.

It’s very good

The studio was extremely spacious and the lobby area was very clean and had a fresh scent. The breakfasts was good as well.

It was excellent!! The staff and the hotel were amazing! Very satisfied! Would highly recommend!! Will definitely be back!! Everyone went over and beyond to make our stay perfect!! Jonah and the woman that checked us in and the woman that checked us out were so kind and friendly. Exceptional all around!! Immaculately clean everywhere!!

Very clean, friendly staff, quiet and conveniently close to the iThink Amphitheater.

Everybody here was so accommodating and sweet. Very clean and comfortable!

It was very clean and family friendly. It gave me and my husband the experience we needed for our anniversary getaway.

It was very nice

The room was comfortable and clean, which made our stay pleasant. Breakfast could be improved a little, but overall it was a good experience

Everything is perfect

One of my go to places when traveling to South Florida. Friendly staff, always welcoming. Making sure your stay is exceptional. Room is as excepted. Shopping center basically next door so you can go eat or go to the local Publix for anything you may forgot

The facility was clean and so was our room. There were bathrooms updates done since our last stay and most tastefully done. The reception staff were very friendly and checked us in and out very quickly. Your breakfast room crew were also very friendly and kept every surface very nicely cleaned.

I only have a couple minor comments in the "didn't like" department. At breakfast we found the assortment of food choices to be quite satisfying but the bacon was floating in grease. This was solved by draining the pork on several napkins but the appearance was a turn-off. I was also unable to lacate any pepper among the numerous condiments. Such a simple fix and therefore probably not even worth my mentioning. The same will not deter us from our next stay.

Property was very clean love they sent when you walk in the door, staff well, dressed and professional

Breakfast set up was disappointing closer to being a continental breakfast then a nice full on breakfast that I’ve had at many other hotels warm and fresh items were only two choices, eggs, and bacon. Of course you can make pancakes, but there were no other more breakfast options I would consider a type of breakfast potato, a biscuit and gravy, and an additional meat.

Clean and quiet

Had NO WiFi and with 5 kids, 2 rooms and nothing worked, it was rough, us adults had work in computer and couldn’t complete. Tried to upgrade but didn’t help at all! Good breakfast, clean rooms.

Excellent hotel, will be back

The facilities were exceptionally clean, and the staff was kind, respectful, and very helpful. The food was of good quality with a nice variety. I would definitely stay here again if needed.

We enjoyed staying here, it's a nice place. Be aware that they charge you $20.00 in case you drink the five dollar bottle of water in your room, you'll be covered. I really didn't like that and I expect most people don't care to be charged for something they have no intention of using. I can't imagine it would be very expensive to put a few complimentary bottles of water in the rooms. That's pretty much my only complaint with the hotel

Very clean and I loved that there was no issue bringing our dogs

Great place for a quick stay.

Very well maintained, clean, modern furnishings and excellent bathroom/shower. Highly recommended!!

Friendly staff. Clean. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and set up for easy grab & go and the options work for many different dietary needs.

So clean and staff were friendly!

Concern Regarding Bedbug Bites During Stay I am writing to let other potential customers understand the issue I had during my recent stay at the Fairfield Inn and how the Fairfield Inn staff handled it. Upon waking up after my first night, I noticed several bites on my body, which I later identified as bedbug bites. I promptly reported this to the front desk and showed them the affected areas. Later that day, the General Manager contacted me to inform me that a check of the room revealed no signs of bedbugs. However, as the day went on, the bites continued to spread and worsen, as evidenced by the attached pictures. I have experienced bedbug bites before, so I am familiar with their appearance and sensation. Although the hotel allowed me to cancel my second night without penalty, I feel that a refund for the first night is warranted, given the discomfort I endured. The GM mentioned that there had never been a complaint about bedbugs at your hotel, but I find it concerning that she confidently stated my bites were not from bedbugs, despite admitting she had no experience with them, having worked at the Fairfield Inn.

Everything was excellent

Room as clean and quite.

I may be a little bit noisy due to structure. bathroom use by other rooms, hall etc
