The breakfast and happy hour were amazing and we couldn't be happier with the selection of choices. The room had comfortable beds and pillows, and was spacious and clean. When arriving back home we told our family and friends that if they're ever in the area this is the place to stay.

I do wish our room had a smart tv so we could've logged in to one of our streaming services to watch one of our shows. Our daughter wasn't feeling well one night so we chose to stay in the room and that would've been a nice feature to have. Also, a few times during our stay, no one was attending the front desk when we were needing something. It made me nervous about how secure and safe the property could be at times.

The breakfast was outstanding. This was our first time staying at a Drury Inn and we were pleasantly surprised by the opportunity for dinner, adult drinks, popcorn, and free-flowing soda in the lobby. Talk about adding value to our stay!

There was nothing to complain about regarding this hotel. I wish we could have seen the King's Island roller coasters from our room.

When we arrived it was the kick back time one of the reasons I choose to stay here. It was 615. When we entered the dining area. Filthy food everywhere floors counters. Every warmer was empty pop machine was out and there was no clean plates. After a 4hr drive beyond disappointed especially when this is a reason you booked this place. Pool was extremely cloudy and there was brown foam in the hot tub. Worse Drury I've stayed at

Breakfast was great. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean. We had stayed here last year for our trip to kings island and enjoyed it so much we chose to stay with you again this year.

There are various stains throughout the room. On the cover of the bed frames, the headboards, the chair and the carpet. Which is crazy considering if there was anything wrong that you claim to charge a cleaning service fee... We also had what looked like old dry boogers on our headboard and the wall. I did bring this up to staff. They refunded one night and cleaned the headboard and changed our sheets but left the booger on the wall next to the thermostat.

The hotel is clean. We have never had a bad experience at a Drury Inn. This one is top notch. We had a small snafu and when I went to talk to manager they fixed the issue right away and could not have been nicer. Highly recommend staying here. Guzal the bar tender was really sweet as well. Hotel overall deserves a rating of 10 out of 10. Stayed here because of close location to Kings Island.

The hotel was newer and very clean. The complimentary drinks, snacks and breakfast were very nice. Our suite was a good size and provided a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom was nice and offered plenty of towels. The staff was kind and I would definitely stay at this hotel chain again, but not directly off the highway because the street noise was quite loud.

Our suite smelled like cigarette smoke upon arrival. My husband had some Lysol with him and that helped, but someone had definitely been smoking in that room. The suite also overlooked the highway which was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. I wish the room had better sound proofing. Also, all the pillows were very puffy and I was uncomfortable and unable to sleep. Between the bad pillows and the street noise, I didn’t get much sleep.

We loved almost everything. The place was very clean, professional and lovely front desk staff, loved the free parking, excellent location and many more. The best thing we liked was that room charges were very reasonable and the lowest amongst other similar hotels.

I and my family cannot eat pork and unfortunately all the main dishes in breakfast and evening complementary high tea ( dont know what it is called ) had pork in it. Due to this we did not have much option left to enjoy the food. A dish having chicken or beef or fish ( any meat other than pork ) would have been really great. Second thing is our room was not cleaned on the 2nd day when we were at Kings Island.

We have stayed at Drury Inn before & this one was a step above the rest. We stayed for three nights and my only complaint would be the noise from the interstate. The kickback was top notch + offered so much more than any other kickback I’ve been before! Typically you’ll get popcorn and cookies, this location had an entire dinner for their kickback.

It was very clean & modern. The staff member who checked us in was extremely friendly & gave us lots of info.

The breakfast was very good, as was the 5.30 kickback. We had a couple of lazy mornings in the pool & hot tub which was also very clean.

I liked the bed, it was very comfortable. I also liked the staff, they were very kind. The king suite was also very spacious.

I did not like the pool, something was up with the chemicals and they were very strong. Also, multiple people left from our group with some sort of illness, resembling food poisoning.

Not only did they service breakfast but they also served dinner nightly. When you check in, you get complimentary drinks. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. All around 10/10

The staff! The design of the lobby and dining areas, the Happy Hour (was not expecting so much food!), the location! I'm visiting from NYC, and chose the Drury over hotels and inns closer to my family because of the reviews, and also bc of what the area provided: fantastic liquor/wine store, Whole Foods, many lovely dining choices...I visit Cincy 1-2x a year to see my family and will choose Drury for my future visits!

I have very few complaints or criticism, but if I had to list something, I'd say that I would prefer that there be some rules to using the hot tub and pool regarding children. I was visiting with my sister who had mobility issues and various aches & pains, which is one of the reasons I chose Drury with its indoor pool and hot tub. But we weren't really able to enjoy the hot tub because of all the children using it! I think the hot tub should be for adults & children over the age of 13, but def not for the young children who were using it when we were there. Or maybe set Adult Use Only times.

One of the best hotels my family has ever stayed at they provide breakfast every morning with multiple options always fresh as well as kickbacks every evening with beverages multiple options as well then adults can have up to three alcoholic beverages for free every night and the pool and hot tub was great as well the STAFF is AMAZING the rooms were amazing clean comfy hands down one of the best hotels and if I travel I will always pick this hotel no matter what in which we were in a family vacation to Kings Island which was only 12 minutes away then our last day we went to the Newport aquarium which is about 25 minutes away very convenient located. In the morning staff was always making sure they went above and beyond to make your stay home away from home the atmosphere is welcoming and laid back always someone greeting you whether you're coming in or going out and for the price of our stay was worth every penny our family will be staying again which we are already planning our next trip can't wait to see them again

Hotel was overpriced. We paid a fortune for a room and were placed on the very noisy highway side of the hotel.Happy hour was inadequate.. Cheap pasta with dry chicken, hotdogs, nachos with cheese- no parmesan cheese or chili. No cookies for kids. My husband's breakfast had a long strand of hair in it. Oh yeah...they didn't clean our room. I'm moving back to to Hilton family after this.

Clean as a whistle and wonderfully kind staff make this locale top notch. The comfy beds/rooms, pool, hot tub, and breakfast make it our go to place while in the area.

We use this hotel for our stay during a soccer tournament every year. There are lots of children there which create an increase in noise. The staff remained certious and patient throughout all of this!

The cost of hotel prices continues to go up making it more expensive to stay. We usually only stay one night due to this.

Only thing that really made it a not great experience was our mattress. It was worn out so soft and it felt like it was going to slide off the base if you slept on either side. My husband agreed mattresses definitely needed updated.

I had an amazing time with this hotel with my two daughters. We did a staycation during Memorial Day weekend. I will be entering every free giveaways and only looking to see if these hotels for the rest of my vacationing life.

Always a nice, clean and enjoyable stay. I was Extremely happy when I found out they charge $50 per night for people traveling with pets ! Love it! You may like Fido but some people don’t like to listen to his barking and finding pet hair in a hotel. If you can afford a dog… travel in an RV or leave them home, please.

Smelled, carpet was dirt, the air kept shutting off especially at night, the pool was freezing, the shower door in 613 would not stay shut to take a shower . It was more than twice the price as another time. No holiday

I had a wonderful stay at Durry Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The food was absolutely excellent with a great variety and amazing taste. Every meal exceeded my expectations. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting, and the customer service truly stood out. I highly recommend Durry Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I will definitely be coming back again in the future!

The breakfast was better than expected. The location was conveniently right off the highway ( but not in an interesting or walkeable area as a result). The room was quiet.

We couldn't turn the AC or fan off, and the bathroom light would automatically turn on when we walked in during the middle of the night.

4.5 Stars rounded up to five stars because of the outstanding service. This was our first day at a Drury Hotel. Emily and Pete at the front desk are two of the best hotel workers that I've ever met. It was our 19th anniversary and Emily upgraded us to a suite as a courtesy. Pete made several recommendations about restaurants and places to visit both locally and in Cincinnati which was most appreciated. Both Emily and Pete regularly asked if we had any additional needs for our room which was most appreciated. They treated us like family. As somebody who used to be in hospitality management, I believe that both of these workers would be I would standing in a senior management role. Having cocktails and a light meal available in the early evening is something you rarely see outside of a bed and breakfast or five star hotel. It is one of the best perks of staying at a Drury Hotel. Why 4.5 Stars instead of 5 stars? When we were having dinner downstairs last night, a young man was in the dining room on speakerphone, talking loudly, disruptive to everyone dining. The young assistant general manager (slender fellow) walked through several times but did nothing. He does a nice job of greeting guests, but should have handled the situation promptly, especially since the speaker phone conversations are, according to a staff member, against Drury policy. This ruined dinner. Also toilet paper and Kleenex are too thin and rough and should be upgrade considering that this is a 3-star hotel. The male housekeeping staff member cleaned very well, but was abrupt and asking us to leave the room for cleaning. Pete later explained that this was a safety policy which is completely understandable. The housekeeping staff should have been friendly rather than abrupt, and explained the policy himself. Other than those three issues we were very impressed with the Drury Hotels of Mason, and will be pleased to stay at the Drury Hotel chain for future travel.

Everyone is SO nice and everything is just as clean.

Unfortunately, we booked over traveling sports teams so the first two nights were awful.. and it was purely because the amount of kids running around and parents not caring. They were running up and down halls, ding dong ditching us. Just very ill-mannered children BUT this was absolutely NO fault of the hotel or its amazing employees! Emily was great and was able to give us an extra night to make up for the disturbances.

Doors slamming until late. I believe there was a band there for a competition and possibly going between rooms but let doors slam instead of closing quietly.
