Anana Ecological Resort Krabi

Amazing hotel with beautifully designed suites/rooms, very clean, peaceful, and my best stay so far. The room service food was honestly better than many restaurants outside. The rooftop is excellent, with stunning nature views and sunsets. I even stayed in for a full day just to enjoy the private pool suite and rooftop. Great value, zero noise, and surrounded by nature. The staff were fantastic, the location is perfect, close to everything. I can’t wait to come back.

The Anana is a cozy, modern and green oasis, tucked away close to but far enough away from the rather busy streets of Ao Nang. The hotel itself is quiet and has a clean, elevated look while being located in lush greenery. Our Pool Access room was larger than anticipated, comfortable, clean and well worth taking some fotos of. Tha ccess to the pool was easy and the little yard next to our room frequented by some of the neighbors animals (cats, chickens and a large lizard). I'd suggest to ask for a room by the end of the line, as these grant a little more privacy. Special thanks goes out to the beautiful peacock the room service left on the bed for my birthday. The rooftop bar is a great place to lounge. While we normally avoid the hotel food, circumstances led to us ordering room service once, and everything we tried was delicious. Highly recommend visiting the Krabi area, Ao Nang and the Anana specifically!

The hotel was fantastic. Modern, clean, friendly staff couldn't do enough. Great breakfast and the restaurant food was awesome along with the cocktails. It was great to be out of the bubble of Ao Nang but only 5 minutes away via shuttle.

We had a fantastic stay at the Anana Ecological Hotel in Krabi. The hotel truly lived up to its promise of a great experience. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and satisfying, with a good variety of options. What really stood out, however, was the excellent service from the staff, who were always attentive, friendly, and helpful. A particularly convenient amenity was the complimentary shuttle service to town, which ran every hour until 21:00. This made exploring Krabi so easy and stress-free. We took full board but never ate at the hotel except breakfast. We would happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! ---

Wonderful ecological resort amidst beautiful nature surrounded by limestone cliffs and lush green farms Away from hustle and bustle of Aaonang beach but quick 10 mim ride and they provide hourly shuttle service. Rooftop views are breathtaking for a sunset. Amazing food we had dinner there every single night.

So we visited the Anana resort in October making it our base while visiting krabi and stayed here for 14 nights ! It was amazing the food here is amazing the staff really make it for you. The shuttle service down town and back is a great service Our room was cleaned every day There’s nothing at all you could fault here We will definitely be back We met the owner and had a lovely chat with him. Our stay at Anana Hotel was honestly one of the best experiences we’ve had. The breakfast buffet was amazing — it even included vegan no-bake granola, which was such a delicious surprise! We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a Thai Studio to a Spa Studio. The hotel’s location was perfect, offering beautiful views of the surrounding nature. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, especially Hassan, whose friendly attitude and warm smile made our stay even more enjoyable.

Super clean hotel, great breakfast and close location to the beach main area (full of bars and restaurants). The staff can’t do enough for you, especially Kirt who works the roof top bar. He is fantastic and gave us loads of tips and advice re places to go. Such a great guy.

The best place to stay in Krabi!! We loved the food, the morning buffet with lots of options, the beaches, the pool. They have beautiful amenities, a gym, a farm, massages. It's amazing. But what made this the most special, was the tours. In Anana we had the options to go around in tours the hotel offered and we won't lie to you, it made us enjoy this trip so much. Usually we're very lazy in our trips and loose our time, but thanks to the tours we got to go out and get to know amazing places: beaches, kayaking, mountain climbing, etc... If you stay in Anana you have to go to them, we had two amazing tour helpers, Roos and Sea, the most lovely girls with the best trips around Krabi! You have to go to Anana

Staying in Anana is, without a doubt, the best decision we could make when visiting Bangkok. It's not only because of the beautiful rooms, delicious food and amazing pool, but it is specially thanks to the amazing staff, who made every morning, every moment good. Hossan one of the staff members always received us with the best energy, if you get a chance to meet him, he will enlighten your day and your trip! You feel at home since you arrive here, special thanks to the amazing team at reception who made this trip sooo easy for us, they are very nice, patient and sweet. We had an incredible stay at the Anana Ecological Resort Krabi. It is such a peaceful place to come back to after a visit to busy Ao Nang beach front. The staff are so welcoming, Hassan was so helpful and also had a big smile on his face and always happy to see you and help if you needed anything. We would definitely come back and stay here again, it was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at.

This is a very special place away from the hustle and bustle. Great staff and the team of Arm and Krit upstairs on Level 7 for dinner are just so welcoming and made our stay even better. They specifically showed interest in us and the other guests each night.

Great resort. Set in beautiful surroundings. Staff are friendly. Special Mention of Chok Krit. He gave us tips on where to go , provided great service ! Looking forward to booking our next trip to Krabi and Anana. Food at the hotel was also very good. Had most of our dinners at the wonderful rooftop bar. Only con is not having chairs / lounge in the rooms. ( would Be handy instead of the bath tub ) .

Great Hotel with an excellent breakfast and a super friendly staff. Although it's a bit far from the beach they offer a free shuttle service every hour. Special thanks to Hassan for all your help and to Chuck for your great cocktails at the poolbar and the kind conversations.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings war das Frühstück nicht besonders vielfältig und ansprechend. Die Anlage hat auch nach Abwasser/Kanälen gerochen, wenn man aus dem Zimmer raus kam. Bad hatte Schimmel und die ganze Anlage hatte einige Schönheitsmakeln. Das Hotel war in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders einzigartig.

Great nights sleep, clean comfortable and modern rooms. Loads of restaurant and leisure options. Felt a little out of the way of the hustle and bustle but that's not a bad thing, can still get cheap taxis for 100bht if not using the eco bus from the hotel.

This is not 5 star resort. It is clean and modern but not 5 star standards. Breakfast options very bland and limited. Diner service very slow and they missed orders two times on two different occasion. Let’s call it a 4 star…

Hassan is such a friendly and helpful person! He works at the reception and also helps drive guests to Aonang Beach. Always smiling, polite, and easy to talk to — he really made us feel welcome during our stay. The ride to the beach was smooth and comfortable, and he even gave us some tips about the area. It’s great to see someone who genuinely enjoys helping guests. We truly appreciated his kindness and positive attitude. People like Hassan make a big difference. Nice property, liked the Natural touch. Included half board with great sky view option and lively pool. Room was comfy, was also able to wash clothes for cheap. Staff is nice and the shuttle downtown is great. Recommended.

One of the best experiences we've had. The staff is so lovely and helpful it makes your stay even better. We're traveling with 2 infants so since the moment we entered the staff has been nothing but accommodating, helpful and mindful of the babies as well as our needs. The breakfast is really lovely with lots of things made from scratch. We received extra help and support from Hassan who is at the reception. He always went the extra mile to help us, gave us restaurant recommendations and was very prompt with whatever we needed in our rooms. His bright and positive demeanour, plus the prompt and helpful attitude really ensured we had a comfortable stay. But all the staff at this resort is very very kind and friendly and they're genuinely always wanting to help. Loved the team which made our experience better.

Nice hotel. Room is clean and cozy. Bed is comfortable with four pillows on the king size bed. Breakfast buffet spread is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room overlooks a range of limestone rocks so it was very scenic.

We enjoyed our stay at Anana very much. We went for our honey moon and everyone received us with such care, attention and respect. Thai people are all very nice but at Anana even more. The rooms are absolutely amazing, super clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was really good too. We also tried the rooftop dinner space and Cooper’s restaurant, we recommend both. And of course we did a massage with Jew and Phueng which was the best ending for our holidays. The fact that the hotel is ecological is also a plus for us. I can’t highlight enough how sweet and caring EVERYONE was, but we need to give special thanks to Nubdao, Hassan, Nok and Krit. Krabi is nice but it’s not the kind of city I would like to visit twice (there’s still a lot of world to see before starting to repeat places haha) but now I will have to because I want to come back to Anana and see these sweetest people again. Thank you for making our honeymoon so pleasant!

We had a great experience at Anana. The room was great, as well as the limestone mountain views! We stayed for 3 nights. On the first day, we swam at Emerald pool and enjoyed the hot springs near there. The hotel was helpful in organising this for us. Although we felt we needed to do our own research first in order to ensure we got the best price (after negotiating). On the second day, we participated in a Thai cooking class, which was great. On the third day, the hotel helped to organise the Phi Phi Island tour with Sea Eagle Tour company. We were able to get this at a reasonable price. This tour is a must-do for everyone visiting Krabi! We enjoyed the snorkelling, swimming and views at the different islands as part of the tour. At the hotel, we'd like to especially thank Hassan and Nok for their exceptional service toward us throughout our 3-night stay. I had been stung by a Black Sea Urchin during the snorkelling. Nok and Hassan were very helpful in telling me how to treat the minor injury. Nok provided lime and vinegar to help treat the wound. Hassan would periodically check in to see how I was doing. Also want to thank the other team members including Sea, Nubdao and Warut for their excellent service and always ensuring our stay was very pleasant. Definitely keen to visit again in the future!

Overall it was a great experience. Staff was very humble and co operative. It may seems very large resort in photos but in actual it’s not that large. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Not much variety in breakfast but taste is very good. Extremely great stay in budget. Worth to pay. Recommend it.

We love this hotel, the food was nice and also very nice people. Hassan was so friendly and helpful. A lot facilities, you can book a spa or relax at the swimming pool with a nice drink. The view at the skybar was also amazing. We are coming back to this hotel for sure!

My stay at anana eco resort was fantastic. Everything is so well maintained , from the lovely pool area to the rooftop bar for beautiful evening views over ao nang. Fern the manager and her staff are the absolute best and help to make the resort the great place it is. Lovely spa area also is very welcoming. Rooms are very nice and kept very clean. Great friendly atmosphere and i will definitely be back on my next trip to krabi.

We had a wonderful stay at Anana Ecological Resort! The location is a bit away from the central area, but the complimentary transportation made getting around incredibly easy and convenient. The resort itself is spotless—everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, which made us feel truly welcomed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pools and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious, fresh, and with a great variety to choose from. We stay d twice in 2 weeks. 1st room was perfect, second time view wasn't great. We came back second time because Hassan was incredible!!! He deserves recognition!! Always a smile on his face and so helpful!! We would stay again for sure especially with the toom with the better view.

Pool lounger area needs some TLC. Lounger cushions are tired. We’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels and this certainly isn’t one. 4 * at best. Staff were great, breakfast too. Free hourly shuttle into Ao Nang is handy too.

Okay.. the place is located 7 min by car from ao nang beach. ( very close, easy krab taxi service, free shuttle buss there and back. ) seriously super well organized. So the location is super pretty and really better than the ao nang beach area. Pool is cozy nice and had a pool bar. Water is clean. Restaurant is also great. Felt safe to eat everything. And the food we eat was tasty. Breakfast has nice buffee with cold cuts, fruit, egg station :D (any kind of egg you want and ) etc. Room is clean, right size. We had a bath in the living room. That was nice. Balcony was big, with a lay down bed thingy. Staff nice, helpful. We desided to take one more night and they upgraded our room so we did not have to move, even though we booked a cheaper room. This was super convinient. Professional !! Oh yes almost forgot spa. Spa is a bit more expensive than i’d seen here in other hotels. But they have take one get one free massage. They also have sauna. The room we had was spa suite. Thank you

Wonderful resort. Small which suited us with 3 amazing restaurants and a yoga shala. Removed from the busy AoNang with easy access via an hourly courtesy bus. Located at the foot of amazing limestone cliffs. Can’t rate this resort and staff highly enough. Looking forward to our next visit :)

We had an amazing experience at this resort. The resort was secluded and surrounded by nature but also only a short drive from various restaurants, bars, and activities. All of the staff were wonderful and so helpful at every point of our stay, and a special mention to Hassan who always greeted us with a smile and brightened up our day. The breakfast was delicious, the pool and views were beautiful, the massages were great and so was the private Muay Thai lesson. Highly recommend staying here!

Not a 5 star property. Cons: bugs in room multiple times. No high-end extras. Room was dirty and had many flaws. Pros: Really enjoyed the shuttle service provided to and from town.

Yes a peaceful and nice location, certainly in comparison to the main areas of Ao Nang, Krabi and close resorts. Not sure that building a concrete and glass monstrosity of a building on the edge of the jungle is that ecological??? The studio rooms are nice but fairly impractical, with a ridiculous platform that the bed sits on, making it difficult to get in and out of bed. A minimal provision of hanging and cupboard areas, meaning that it was impossible to unpack during our 4 day stay. The shower temperature constantly varied from hot to cold and back, meaning that obviously more water than necessary was used. The toilet paper used was so thin, that of course, more was used than would have been with a quality product. At least the staff were friendly and helpful! The breakfast was nice but certainly not up to 5* standards. The worst aspect was the design of the black/grey swimming pool, which was positively dangerous, with underwater walls and steps, that were not visible.

Would stay here again for two nights.

This is a lovely hotel with nice pool area, good breakfast ans other facilities I didn’t have time to access. It’s a bit further out from the main area of Ao Nang but perfect if you want something quieter. They offer a little shuttle bus to the beach which is free and convenient.

The dinner options were plentiful and the quality of meals was exceptional - fresh and flavourful! The breakfast buffet was also good with a little something for everyone. Very nice place to stay and just enjoy some rest and relaxation without leaving the resort.

This hotel is in the middle of nature and beautiful! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food at the hotel was excellent!

This resort is wonderful and the staff are equally as excellent- Hassan in reception and Jill in the spa were exceptional. The views are incredible (We were staying on the 5th floor) and it’s very tranquil. There is a fruit & vegetable farm with mushrooms, lemongrass, coconuts and bananas growing to name a few. Also a small pond with fish and small frogs. Swings, breath work, yoga classes and gym - plus a spa on the 1st floor. There are two pools one for adults only staying in poolside suites and a family pool- both are ace! Free shuttle bus to and from Ao Nang beach. Would highly recommend! We stayed for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great breakfast variety and quality, food ordered to room and in restaurant also fab!

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every regard. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and were both accommodating and friendly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The serene surroundings added to the overall experience. The amenities were exceptional, and the breakfast offered was the best we’ve had in Thailand, with a wide variety of flavours and options. We stayed in a family room with four beds and found it well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The complimentary shuttle service to Ao Nang Beach was a valuable addition. For my next trip to Thailand, I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again.

Rundown 3 star at best. Front desk does not comply with customer requests. They lie about the info in order to avoid accommodating customer requests. Terrible Noise insulation, which makes the room feel like sleeping on the street. Curtains do not block sunlight. Too far the sea and everything else. First and last stay.

Best place to stay in Kabir

Rooms are not clean, dirty bed, dirty walls, the pool is more like a jacuzzi (temp) and I lived outside of my suitcase due to the poor room setup and lack of cleanliness. A lot of flies at breakfast. Luckily I wasn't there much other than to sleep due to excursions. 3-star hotel at best...

Everyone and everything was just great. Excellent and hospitable staff. Special mention of staff Hassan is absolutely necessary. We will recommend to our family and friends.

I recently stayed in this hotel with my family. The hotel itself was wonderful, great staff, very clean, peaceful. It was far away from the noise of Ao Nang beach but close enough that only took less than ten minutes to get there by car. The hotel offers free shuttle to and from the beach, available certain hours of the day. After my stay my family and I were traveling to Krabi. We booked our transportation thru the hotel. Our driver was Hassaan, he was amazing and kept us safe on the way there. He was also very nice and attractive every time we saw him in the hotel.

Hotel is a gem. It’s located in a quiet area of Krabi, 10’ drive from Ao Nang beach. We really wanted to be secluded from the caos and this was the perfect place for that. They offer free shuttle to the beach every hour so it’s very convenient. Staff is willing to help at all times, rooms are spacious. Breakfast is amazing, plenty of options. Will 100% recommend.

We enjoyed tremendously our 3-night stay here. The room was large, the views from the window are fantastic, breakfast was excellent and the pool was beautiful and great fun. The location is not perfect (7 minutes by car from central Ao Nang, not walkable), but the almost-hourly free shuttle from the hotel to the center is convenient. Above all - the staff was fantastic. We did encounter some issue during our stay (not the hotel’s fault), and everyone in the staff went out of their way to solve the issues and ensure that we are happy with the resolution. It is was a level of customer care that is rare to find even in the best hotels.

I booked a family room as it was listed for 5 guests. However, upon getting there they told me that it was maximum 3 adults and that we would need to pay extra. Upon getting to the room, it was very outdated and not like the other rooms. We were disappointed. It was also not close to the town, but they had a shuttle that ran every hour to drive us there. Breakfast buffet was included and was amazing!

We stayed in a pool side villa, absolutely enjoyed our stay.

I did give this resort a three but I almost gave it a two. My rating is 2.5 This resort was out of the way but had a shuttle to Ao Nang Beach which was convenient. It is about 40 minutes into Krabi town. The sky bar was great, offering a beautiful sunset and great drinks. We also really enjoyed our meal in the rooftop restaurant. We however, had some serious issues with cleanliness in our room. The room smelled of mildew. When we arrived the floor looked as if it hadn’t been mopped. I stepped on a piece of glass and I didn’t break any glass. The sheets had not been changed since the previous guest - the pillow had a funny smell and there were black specs of dirt and sand in them. Worse when my husband lifted the pillow and there were eyelash extensions from the last guest!!!! We immediately addressed the sheet issue with the staff and they handled it professionally having someone come change the sheets immediately which was appreciated. Our other challenge was that they didn’t put new towels in the room on the second day so we had to ask for towels. The staff seemed a little annoyed by this but did provide us with new towels. In general the staff were helpful and kind. We wouldn’t stay again here due to the issues with our room but would recommend the sky bar.

Ya, Hasan and the team were so helpful and went above and beyond throughout our stay. From start to finish it was flawless - the facilities were great, breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. We loved our time here so much we have decided to amend our plans so we can come back for a few more days. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Absolutely wonderful hotel the place the staff were attentive, friendly and efficient couldn’t do enough for you was perfect in all ways . Upgraded to a pool access villa which was so lovely definitely worth the extra money. Definitely recommend this hotel

Excellent hotel. Beautiful nature views from all the rooms. Well made hotel in excellent condition. Organic breakfast with a varied selection. Very helpful staff. The owners gave us free transport to the airport as we had paid for a night that we didn’t use. Magnificent feeling of being at one with nature.

It was a lovely treat in the mountains. I wanted something a bit different and this was gorgeous. Beautiful pool and rooms as well as very helpful staff and lovely owners. Good food and breakfast also!

Fairly great property, everything was fantastic but the sheets and towels were pretty dirty.

Dinner is average. Resort should organise some green tour to justify Ecological resort, otherwise it does not live up to the name.

Anana is a haven set well back from the buzzy town. Great facilities, and even yoga classes are included. Great breakfast although some slightly odd options in the mix. Sophisticated and multicultural guests saying here, no lads on tour which was a relief

Best value for money The team is incredibly welcoming and happy to assist. The hotel is 10min from the ebullient center by car by the hotel has every hotel shuttles to there. Strongly recommended
