Ontbijt buffet was uitgebreid, zwembad was zeker niet koud.

Badkamer was klein en kan een update gebruiken.

I left my room key at restaurant and they said they didnt find it.. but when i check i found the key on the table

Staff at check in counter was professional, communicative and attentive. Breakfast selections were varies. Restaurant offered tea time no extra charge. Food in restaurant during lunch time was delicious. Heated swimming pool is a bonus. Parking for car is spacious. Room space is spacious for 2 adults.

The porter staff appeared disengaged and was not proactive in offering assistance, which was disappointing We were in a room 305 in the beginning. The AC was dripping. Maintenance was called. We moved to room 310. And AC was dripping-until we left. Reception was notified. No action. The bathroom drain is draining slowly, so water is pooling on the floor. At approximately 6:00 a.m., a group of guests in the swimming pool were making excessive noise, causing a disturbance. While I understand they were enjoying themselves, the noise level was inappropriate for that time of the morning. I contacted the receptionist to report the issue, but unfortunately there was no response or action taken.

Mohon ditelitibl setiap sudut ruangan, pengalaman kemarin mendapat teguran tentang gorden yg sobek. Padahal gorden tersebut sudah hitam kena jamur dan rawan sobek. Alhamdulillah, sy menjelaskan keadaan awal dan diterima dengan baik penjelasan tersebut.

Wasn't aware hotel given over midweek to large group company outings. Overcrowded. Extensive but very poor, buffet, for non Indonesians. Graded top and, priced, as that through notorious Indonesian ++ system. Obviously paying far, more than the group deals, Weekends, probably better

The view! I booked deluxe hollywood and got the pool + mountain view! All staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast food are varies and delicious.

Unfortunately, they need to take care of the cleanliness :) I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and asked for the room cleaning service on my 2nd day and the bed sheet was not changed. I aware of it because there was one dirty spot and i saw it again after my room got cleaned. Also, at the restaurants, you can find some dirty spots on some of their glasses and plates.

L hotel ne propose pas de service d organisation d excursions ou de chauffeurs atitrés. Néanmoins le personnel nous a mis en contact pour avoir un chauffeur une journée.

Everything was perfect

pool attendant, restaurant waitress, the house keeping, all very welcome and accommodating. Premiere room location also bit private so we can do swimming comfortably and get morning and afternoon tea. Activities for children are a lot! Buffalo, rice field and horse are amazing!

some furniture near my sink falls apart and gets my feet, my children and my husband. I think it need to be replaced.

The location, the view, and the design (architecture & interior).

This is my third time staying at Santika Garut, and each time I’ve tried a different room. Out of all, the room with a balcony and mountain view was by far the most satisfying. In contrast, both the family room and the superior room—which I stayed in most recently—were disappointing. The bathroom was the worst part: it had an unpleasant smell, and both bottles were labeled “shampoo,” which was confusing. As for the breakfast, I wouldn’t recommend it during peak seasons. I arrived at the restaurant around 9 AM, and most of the food was already gone and looked unappetizing. There were even some flies around, and oddly enough, the staff were focused on cleaning an area that didn’t appear dirty—seemingly ignoring parts that actually needed attention.

Room is spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. There is a warm water pool and a small gym. Plenty of amenities. Breakfast have a lot of varieties, with some local food.

The chair in the room looked like a chair usually used in banquet. The other room has a different chair. There was some ants around the table. Location is quiet far from the city.

Absolutely hated that the focus on making the kids have fun in the pool was all they cared about. I know it’s important they enjoy their holiday but the other guests had no consideration at all. From early in the morning the music (kids nursery rhymes) was blared in the centre courtyard at an absolutely obnoxious volume. And who really wants transformer characters roam through the dining room? To make matters worse the hallway of rooms 246 and 247 smelled of sewage. When I mentioned this of course the staff were very apologetic but ultimately did nothing at all to help.

The hotel was clean. The staff are nice.

* I received an email from booking.com and said my card was not valid. So I called the hotel about it, they asked my phone number and to ignore the email. * The bathroom's door has surrounding gap, so you can clearly hear any sound made in the bathroom ( example: farts ). * Breakfast was sad, very small variety
