I giardini sono molto belli e la vista incantevole.

La struttura è tenuta male è piuttosto sporca. Alla colazione era tutto sporco.

Masakannya variasinya banyak, dan rasanya enak cuma memang harus prepare untuk jaket bagi anak kecil maupun orang dewasa yang tidak kuat dingin

Laras - the young lady taking care of guests and their needs - was fantastic : helped us in so many ways like charging our cellphone ! Jobs which had nothing to do wirh the hotel itself : perfect service - togehter with her collegues Silvi and aswell Nandas : we are happy and grateful !

Location was excellent. Breathtaking view from the restaurant. Beautifully landscaped garden. The room was nice.. Clean, simple, and everything works. The foods were delicious and good variety. The staffs were too wonderful. They have the perfect attitudes. Congratulations.. jobs well done on training them. Too bad we only stayed for 1 night, but we were so very impressed with the hotel. Next time we visit Tawangmangu, this hotel will be our first choice to stay... Nava Hotel deserves 7 stars !!!

We got room in old building with dust smells, with balcony facing to car park. While there's new building under construction but some groups get access through official website. Also breakfast time held in new building & had access to balcony with amazing view, unfortunately it is dangerous for kids since the glass railing is not yet properly installed ( sealent between glass partition isn't done yet ) Our room shower is less comfortable, the water was not really hot & wash basin is clogged Kids ordered 4 instant noodle from pool bar, after 30mins, only 3 came, and server lady said they has no more, while we saw piles of instant noodle is there sit in the glass rack. After we ask, she said the main kitchen upstairs has nothing left ( they didn't initiate to deliver that noodle from the pool bar upstairs ) Overall for us it's over rated & over priced Need more improvement Note :

Nice view, environment, good room and foods. Staffs are friendly and supportive.

Noise at night where the people from the meeting room on 3rd floor made a lot of noises. Found some plates, spoons, forks were quite dirty with remaining rice, sauces. The restaurant cleaniness must be improved.

Good for family there was so much activities for the children.

Het hotel is mooi met een prachtig zwembad. Het eten was erg goed.

Er was een feest met ontzettend luide muziek. Zo erg, dat we elkaar aan tafel in het restaurant niet konden verstaan. Na verschillende keren vragen of het zachter kon, hebben we uiteindelijk om de manager gevraagd. Die nam ons volstrekt niet serieus, volgens hem was het geluid niet hard. In andere reviews lazen we dat dit vaker voorkwam. Helaas doet dit hotel dus niets met deze klachten. Erg jammer, want het is wel een mooi hotel, maar om deze reden zou ik het niet aanraden.

A beautiful stay in the Tawangmangu Mountains! Lovely and very polite staff will invite you to have a pleasant stay here. Breakfast Buffet ist really huge and very delicious, also live cooking stations available- buffet is Western and Asian style. The rooms are spacious and the garden and Pool area is designed with much love for Detail- the panoramic view especially in the mornings and evenings to Mt. Merapi are one of the Highlights! In the evening you have the possibility to get dinner Buffet- its just great and very delicious. We felt really at home and the staff was helpful in every Situation - we will come again :)

Everything is perfect. - I got a deluxe room with balcony facing garden and pool, the view overlooking the valley is breathtaking. - Many option on breakfast menu and they taste good - Location very near to Grojogan Sewu waterfall, gate 2.

I stayed before 2021-2022 and the breakfast at that time was better than now. The hot water was not stable, it changed to cold in the middle of a shower.

The room wall is not soundproof. Sound of people walking or talking at the corridor is heard.

Room is big with a modern design, clean shower, complete bathroom amenities (it even has a comb on stock!), and very good lighting. I stayed in a room with balcony overlooking the mountain and pool, it was fantastic. The AC was working as expected and rather quiet - although we didn't use it much since the natural temperature of the area was already cool. We found no mosquitoes! It was great! Very wide selection of delicious breakfast, with a nice layout and javanese vibe. Fantastic view from the restaurant overlooking the green hills and mountains. Fresh clean air, surrounded with birds chirping. Very clean restaurant, friendly, caring, and very professional staffs. Hotel's bar is very cozy with great view, has great selections of specialty Indonesian coffees, properly brewed. It also has good selection of cocktails, mocktails and wine. The pool is overlooking the lush mountains. It is surrounded with nice seating spots spread out over several terraces. There are cozy gazebos and parasoles within a nice distance from one to another, so it doesn't feel packed and provide a nice sense of privacy. There are many activities for kids, such as a play area, feeding rabbits and feeding koi fish. The restaurants have a wide selection of Indonesian, Indonesian-Chinese and Javanese food. Very delicious. In general, the hotel is well designed for comfort, very clean, complete with a very professional and helpful staff. The location is great, and the temperature was excellent outside.

There is only 1 bedside table on the room instead of 2, so that side has to put things on the floor. There was a slight construction noise while outside of the building, since the hotel is expanding. It's not loud - I didn't hear any drilling.

The room is very clean. The staffs are friendly. The location is strategic (near Tawangmangu’s popular destinations). The facilities are great for family staycation.
