Reviewed Jul 10, 2026I was on short holiday with my mom & it's our 1st time staying here. -very convenient and fast check in. on the 1st day itself, I have some issue with the room due to I wrongly select room through online booking. So I informed to the receptionist, then our room was upgraded to sea view room by the young lady receptionist(we forgot to ask her name) who's wearing glasses. she's very friendly & also giving explainations in details, simple easy to understood.. 2nd day- it was heavy rain that morning the same receptionist helped shelter my mother with an umbrella into the car. my mom kept on complimenting that receptionist is very helpful.. also their housekeeping very fast service when we ask for a new towel :) their breakfast was nice 👍 -we even tried dine in room service -- their kuehteow basah and langkapuri fried rice is the best👍 as for the location it is very strategic just walking distance to cenang mall, cenang beach and varieties choices of restaurant and souvenirs shop nearby.. just less than 5mins walk. overall our stay was best👍
-the bathroom should be provide with curtain divider next to the sink. this is to avoid the floor near with the toilet bowl to be wet. -to provide small table at balcony for snacking and to put on coffee/tea cup. Thank you ;)

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and all the facilities provided were in good condition. Everything met my expectations and I had a pleasant experience throughout my stay.
The only issue I encountered was in the bathroom, where water tended to pool on the floor after showering. This may require some attention or improvement to the drainage system. In addition, the bathroom lacks proper ventilation, which occasionally causes a slight odour, although it is not too strong or bothersome.

It was not at all a hotel, that people could stay in. No attendees to take room and not welcoming attitudes, Room was NOT so clean.Bathroom condition is pathetic, ever i seen in my life..No toilettes refill each day.. Towel was Very dirty. Even bed sheet was not been changed every day..Most worst thing is its breakfast that is not possible to be eaten by mankind.. Very dirty place of breakfast area and unprofessional attitude of kitchen person..window is rusty and gonna broken that is violation of HSSE rule.. Very pathetic staying in my entire foreign trip ever.

Incomplete building inside, like the owner isnt interested in grouting the tiles, cleaning up paint spilled, finishing joinery etc. Can hear everything that happens in the building, and outside because the window latch was broken. Room was bare, could have had a table and or chairs. TV doesnt work. Plate of food left in the hall for at least 24 hours, was there when i check in and out.

I booked two rooms. Main doors were very stiff with no peephole. I had my finger cut while closing the door. Moreover, washrooms are too tiny though bedrooms are larger than average 5-star hotel rooms.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026Fantastic location, right on the beach. I had a room facing the beach so I could see and hear the sea at all times.
The hotel is really run down and hasn't been renovated for years. Paint comes off the walls, there's clearly a mold issue. Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. There was a power cut and it took the hotel a while to fix it. The toilet broke and needed to be fixed as well. After the repairs I asked for the room to be cleaned and the staff had no idea how to do it. I ended up cleaning the toilet myself. I wouldn't stay there again. There are too any issues that can spoil your vacation there. The hotel.needs a proper reno and deep cleaning.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026The hotel has a very good location right next to Cenang Beach, with many restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. The rooms are large and spacious, which makes the stay comfortable. A highlight of the hotel is the rooftop restaurant, where breakfast is served. The view from there is excellent, overlooking the sea and the surrounding area. It’s also a great place to watch both sunrise and sunset, which makes the breakfast experience even more enjoyable.
The cleanliness and overall condition of the rooms could be improved. It was not terrible, but the housekeeping standards could be better and some details seemed a bit neglected. The Wi-Fi connection was quite weak and often disconnected, making it unreliable. The beds were also quite short, which may be uncomfortable for taller guests.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026I had an amazing stay at this chalet! Everything was perfect, especially for the price. The staff were super friendly — they even let me check in early and store my bags on the last day. The buffet was really good considering it was only about RM25. The location is excellent, right next to the beach, and the room had plenty of towels and small bottles of shampoo and soap. I honestly have nothing to complain about and would definitely stay here again! There was even a cute cat guarding the chalet 🤣

Low on maintenance and no improvement since it was last constructed... maybe a reason for the low price for stay... Towels smelled bad, and even the laundry I did had the same smell... Breakfast, don't expect the moon... just some dishes but enough for the price you pay. Overall, it is very good for money paid.

Nie było zbyt czysto, ślady po zabitych komarach na ścianach, brud w rogach, zardzewiały balkon, dość głośno od strony ulicy, ale bardziej przeszkadzały lampy sklepów świecące nawet po północy. Łazienka ma swoje dobre lata za sobą. Byliśmy 5 nocy w hotelu, przez 3 dni były wymieniane 4 kafle terakoty przed naszymi drzwiami.
