The breakfast has not been provided at the requested time

This was our first place to stay when we arrived in Bali, travelling with two children aged 15 and 6. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We didn't spend much time there during the day as we were out exploring, but it provided everything we needed for the two nights we stayed.

The only downside for families with younger children is that the bedrooms are split across two levels, with access between them via external stairs. This wasn't an issue for us, but it may not be suitable for families with very young children who need to be close to their parents during the night.

Soggiorno davvero fantastico a Canggu! La camera era enorme, spaziosa e molto confortevole, tutto era pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. La struttura è davvero bella e, nel complesso, è stato tutto perfetto. L’unico aspetto che secondo me potrebbe essere migliorato è la colazione, così come il ristorante, che potrebbero offrire una scelta e una qualità ancora migliori. Anche la posizione è leggermente distante dal centro di Canggu, quindi è consigliabile avere uno scooter o un mezzo per spostarsi comodamente. Per il resto, davvero tutto top! Struttura consigliatissima e soggiorno assolutamente da ripetere.

A good location in a separate area for tourists. The villa si beautiful with 2 floors and a private swimming pool and sun deck. You can choose your breakfast and also the location where to eat. All the staff are super friendly.

It is fancy, but it seems as it was built 50 years ago. Probably not the best build quality. Pool not the cleanest. The breakfast was fair.

The property was very clean and quite private. The location was besides the river. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were spacious and my family loved the stay !

Bella la vista che avevamo dalla stanza

Praticamente tutto. La struttura è distante dalla via principale e quindi poco comoda. Abbiamo fatto colazione nel ristorante dell’hotel il primo giorno e, purtroppo, abbiamo avuto problemi intestinali e febbre (bali belly). Il ristorante è in condizioni di totale abbandono: c’erano vassoi sporchi, insetti e vermi ovunque, pavimento tutto sollevato. Abbiamo chiesto di pulire la stanza, ma in pratica non è stato fatto nulla, a parte sistemare il letto. Non hanno cambiato gli asciugamani della doccia, non hanno fornito gli altri kit da bagno, non hanno aggiunto la carta igienica e non hanno cambiato gli asciugamani per il viso. Siamo dovuti andare alla reception per chiedere di portarci il necessario, ma ci hanno portato soltanto gli asciugamani della doccia. Inoltre, nella doccia erano presenti anche delle formiche. Abbiamo anche noleggiato una moto direttamente presso la struttura e avevamo richiesto un casco di taglia S. Ci hanno consegnato un casco con il laccetto rotto; abbiamo chiesto di cambiarlo, ma ci hanno detto che non avevano altri caschi disponibili. NON RISPECCHIA ASSOLUTAMENTE LE FOTO!!

La piscine, l’emplacement (la vue le matin), la nourriture.

Établissement tout à fait délabré. Personnel aux cuisines négligeant, même si les plats étaient bons. Table pas débarrassée pendant plus d’une heure,, crotte d’oiseaux sur les tables qui ne sont pas nettoyées, mie de pain sur les tables non nettoyées. La commande du petit déjeuner qui avait été faite à la réception, la veille a été perdue. Nous avons dû recommander le matin. À quoi ça sert ? Plateau de petit déjeuner laissé pendant quelques heures dans la piscine en flottant… aspect général délabré, comme si cela nécessitait une rénovation profonde. Insonorisation mauvaise, car quand on partage une villa, on a les voisins qui font pas mal de bruit le soir et même dans la piscine après 23 heures. Tache jaunaître sur les serviettes de bain et sur taches les murs au-dessus du lit. Les photos qui sont sur Booking sont les photos de l’inauguration de l’hôtel qui date d’il y a environ 40 ans. Bonjour la réalité quand on regarde le sol surtout sur la terrasse du petit déjeuner près de la cuisine…(voir photos)

مره قديم الاثاث و الحمام و المكيف ياخذ وقت لين يبرد لو يشتغلون عليه و يسوون فعاليات افضل ، الفطور جداً محدود

Μέναμε στην βίλα 3 ήταν καταπληκτική ευρύχωρη πεντακάθαρη με υπέροχη πισίνα που μπορούσες να βουτήξεις κατευθείαν από το δωμάτιο σου, το πρωινό ήταν υπέροχο το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό μας φτιάξανε υπέροχο στολισμό μιας και το ταξίδι μας ήταν μήνας του μέλιτος. Συστήνουμε το κατάλυμα ήταν υπέροχο, επίσης βρίσκεται σε ένα συγκρότημα με βίλες που είναι πάνω από ένα ποταμό και γενικά είναι μες το πράσινο και την ησυχία αυτό το λατρέψαμε !

Great stay at Annuouri Villas Bali. The villa was beautiful, clean, and peaceful, with a lovely atmosphere and excellent service. A perfect place to relax and enjoy Bali. Highly recommended!

The bed was good

The facilities were extremely tired showed significant signs of decay, damage and mould in some parts. The photos misrepresented the property. We were greeted by a fellow who was disinterested and provided minimum help. It was so bad we left the next day despite having paid another 3 nights.

Great villa for the price! We loved the bathtub and the pool. Just keep in mind that, because of the surrounding greenery, the pool doesn’t get much direct sunlight, so the water stays quite cool. It’s clean Breakfast was served every morning, so we didn’t mind that there wasn’t a separate kitchen. The villa is a bit far from the center, so you’ll need transportation to get to restaurants and other attractions. But if you’re looking for peace, privacy, and great value, it’s an excellent choice. If you want to be within walking distance of cafés, bars, and beaches, it’s better to choose a different location.

Vriendelijke ontvangst op een fijne plek. Het was erg prettig om het ontbijt in onze eigen kamer geserveerd te krijgen. Dat was aan tafel bij ons zwembad. Op alle verzoeken reageerde het hotelpersoneel snel en goed.

Nice pool and room. Beds were comfy and staff were so friendly.

Allemaal prima, niet zo veel op aan te merken

De Villa ziet er net zo uit als op de foto’s

De hygiene liet te wensen over: mieren door de douche en over het toilet, veel schimmel randjes. Het restaurant.. welk restaurant?! Absoluut geen restaurant te noemen. Amper tafels en stoelen en alles wat er stond/lag was kapot en niet veilig. Wij deden het floating breakfast. Erg leuk en redelijk te eten. Echter liepen we hier de beruchte bali belly op en toen onder was gespuugd door onze kinderen konden we geen schoon beddengoed krijjgen.

Otel çok kirli. Havuz kirli. Kahvaltı için kullanılan tepsiler çok eski kirliydi ve tepsiden böcekler çıkıyordu. Perdeler kirliydi. Diyeceğim şey şu ki booking gibi bir firmanın sayfada bu oteli öncelemesi kabul edilemez bir durum. Aklı olan burada kalmaz. Ayrıca otel terkedilmiş gibi. Çok eski ve çok bakımsız.

Ruhig und privat. Freundliches Personal und Roller konnten wir direkt bei der Unterkunft mieten.

Very well-maintained property with spacious, clean rooms. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay.

L’accueil est tellement chaleureux, le personnel est juste incroyable! La femme qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle ainsi que le reste de l’équipe. Les villas sont belles et propres rien à dire.

Rien tout était parfait !

The room was spotless woth a private pool, perfect for a relax after a warm day. The view across the river was lovely, it was a quiet stopover and breakfast was delicious.

A little out of the way, and the decked areas need a bit of TLC.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Reply messages promptly.

The towel provided is old and torn. The room at the upstairs water pressure was so weak.

Rustige plek, lekker zwembad!

Weinig voorzieningen, ivm druk verkeer toch best een eindje naar Canggu en medium restaurant. Er zijn betere plekken te vinden.

Comfortable!

The service was good, staff were very responsive. Good location too to go to Canggu spots. It’s a great property and location, with a nice view. Could be much much better with good upkeep.

The room wasn’t as clean and well maintained as i expected it to be. The pipe of the hand shower in the tub was broken and so water splashed all over, and the hand shower in the shower had no hot water coming at all. Restaurant looked like it could use a lot more maintenance.

Otelde 3 gün kaldık, oda da her yer karınca ve böcek doluydu. Duşakabinin içinde çiyan vardı. Oda temizliğinde kullandığımız havlular, çarşaflar kirli diye paramızı aldılar. Oda temizliği için çağırdığımızda odayı temizlemeden çıktılar. Son çıkış günümüzde uçağa yetişmemiz söz konusuyken tekrar çarşaf ve yastık kılıflarının paralarını zorla isteyip bizi mağdur ettiler. Konaklamayı asla tavsiye etmiyorum, tamamen para tuzağıydı.

The villa was beautiful, so spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The area was massive and private too. The breakfast was lovely everyday!

Все было просто замечательно! Просторный номер. Вежливый и приветливый персонал, всегда готовый помочь. Вкусные завтраки. Красивая и комфортная территория, чистый большой бассейн, рассчитанный только на 4 номера. Небольшая открытая «кухня» с вентилятором, где можно отдыхать и работать. Вид на реку и джунгли просто невероятно прекрасен! Отличный wi-fi.

Было бы здорово, если бы помимо блэкаут штор, на окнах была светлая прозрачная тюль. Так как мы жили на первом этаже и наши огромные панорамные окна выходили на общую территорию, то окна постоянно приходилось держать зашторенными, чтобы сохранить приватность. Это лишало нас возможности любоваться видом и освещать комнату солнечным светом. Тюль могла бы решить эту проблему. В остальном все было хорошо.

Balinese stijl van het hotel, vriendelijk personeel en goede gerechten

Die Unterkunft war an sich sehr schön. Wir hatten die Villa 1 mit Privatem Pool. Wir hatten ein ganzen Bereich für uns. Das Personal war super nett, zuvorkommend und das Frühstück immer frisch und lecker. Die dazu gebuchte Massage ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.

An sich war das Zimmer sauber, es hatte ein paar Renovierungsbedürftige Mängel. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.

Le personnel est très attentionné et serviable. Très bon petit déjeuner Comme l’hôtel est excentré c’est agréable pour profiter du calme et couper avec Canggu.

Manque de propreté et devrait être remis en l’état : (meubles intérieur et extérieur abîmés, murs cloqués moisissures sûrement à cause des récentes inondations).

La villa est incroyable, le personnel est extrêmement gentil et aux petits soins. Le restaurant est parfait.

Catastrophique les extérieurs la terrasse, le restaurant ! Il faut rénover et fermer pour travaux la car ce n'est pas possible de vendre ça comme nuitée !

The private pool was lovely. Variation of options for breakfast (floating/restaurant/room service) at no extra cost. The staff were soooooo lovely.

To be honest, the reviews confused me. The restaurant was very falsely advertised (pictures attached). One of the reasons we chose this place was because it had a restaurant as the place was quite out of the way and isolated. Didn’t feel comfortable eating in the restaurant. Dirty and unsafe. We had to leave and request money back. The room was fine, but again, pictures looked very different to what it was.

I like the spacious room. Great floating breakfast. Nice and green private pool.

I wish the pool water was fresher.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut. Schön am Fluss gelegen, in ruhiger Nachbarschaft mit bewachter Einfaht.

Schade ist die annerfürsich schön gelegen Terrasse. Wie man so schön sagt "Da ist der Lack ab". Und das ist wörtlich zu verstehen. Der Belag löst sich großflächig ab. Aber das ist ein einfach zu behebender Mangel. Mit einem neuen, empfehlenswert wäre hier Echtholz, Belag, würde die gesamte Anlage aufgewertet.
