The place is simply perfect! Vasilis and Yannis are incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind. They explained everything we wanted to know and more, took great care of us, and were simply amazing hosts — a perfect 10! The property itself is extremely clean and well maintained, blends beautifully into the wonderful nature surrounding it, and is in an excellent location. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and equipped to the highest standard. The design also creates a very warm and pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it’s a wonderful place that really feels like home and is such a pleasure to come back to at the end of the day. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We were all very happy with our stay at Mediterraneo Luxury Suites. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were cleaned every day. The hosts were also incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt comfortable and welcomed. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

Super schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool. Die Kinder haben diesen geliebt. Die Wohnung war super schön und wurde täglich gereinigt, was ich als SUPERPLUSPUNKT empfinde. Was ein bisschen gefehlt hat, ist der Verstauraum für das Gepäck. Aber das ist fast schon jammern auch hohen Niveau. Herzensempfehlung!!! Danke für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location is perfect—quiet, peaceful, and ideal for a truly relaxing holiday. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with any questions. They also gave us excellent recommendations for the best beaches and restaurants in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The property was spotlessly clean, and the level of hygiene was exceptional. It is also perfect for families with small children, as it has everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We truly felt at home and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Mediterraneo Luxury Suites’te 4 gün boyunca harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. 4 kişilik standartlara göre hazırlanmış olan suitte 5 kişi konakladık ve buna rağmen hepimiz son derece rahat ettik. Aslında 4 kişinin kendini evinde hissedebileceği şekilde tasarlanan bu suitte, 5 kişi olarak da çok keyifli ve konforlu bir konaklama geçirdik. Konaklayan misafirlerin ihtiyaçları en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. Evin her bir santimetresi, hem konfor hem de fonksiyonellik gözetilerek planlanmış. Tasarımın estetik yönü kadar, günlük yaşamda ihtiyaç duyulabilecek tüm detayların da düşünülmüş olması bizi gerçekten çok etkiledi. Yiannis ve Vasili kardeşler son derece titiz, ilgili ve detaycılar. The perfect escape. Beautiful surroundings with Yiannis and his brother, the most amazing hosts. The pool and bar are perfect to relax, the garden is immaculate and the suite was huge with everything you need. The location is 1.3KM from world class beaches and boat rentals for days on the water. We will return next year.

Everything was perfect. Truly perfect, without exaggeration. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back again!

es gibt kein Frühstück, jedoch sehr gute Cafe tabs. am besten man kauft vorher ein . Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet! Alles erdenkliche da. die Sicht vom Balkon sehr schön! Der Pool auch sehr gepflegt und angenehm. gute Liegen und andere bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten.etc. man kann auch einen Drink am Pool wählen . Die netten Brüder kümmern sich sehr gut um alles. Das Appartement ist super schön gestaltet, auch individuell besondere Möbelstücke mit guter Ausstrahlung. durch die Mauern auch angenehmes Raum Klima wir. brauchten keine Klimanlage

Es war alles super gut! vielleicht ein paar mehr Cafe tabs. doch wir bekamen neue, als wir gefragt haben. ein paar auch unentgeldlich. da es in der Gegend solche nicht zum kaufen gab. alles war wirklich toll und hervorragend.

Lägenheterna, trädgård med bar och poolområde är fantastiskt!! Värdarna är väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma med värdefulla tips för utflykter i området. Vi provade alla och det blev en perfekt semester.

Comfortable, beautiful and well-run property with 9 accommodations that share a spacious pool. The two brothers that own and manage the property are strong communicators and very pleasant to be around with, in the background yet available if you need them. They give personalised advice on which beaches to visit and what restaurants to eat at. Because the property is 350 meters from the main road, it is totally quiet at night. The accommodation is suitable if you don't have a car, as there are beautiful beaches and excellent cafe's and restaurants within walking distance, and, perhaps even better, if you have a car, to reach the beaches further out. Thanks for the stay, we could not have enjoyed it more!

We stayed for 6 nights at this beautiful and peaceful place in June 2026. The brothers Vassilis and Yannis really go out of their way to help you with anything you may need, advise on trips, boat rentals, places to eat, beaches etc. The rooms and the grounds are kept very clean and lush, the pool is great, they make great cocktails. A very good place to relax while visiting Sithonia!

Страхотно място с чудесни и отзивчиви домакини. Чувстваш се като в Южна Франция. Спокойно, уютно, направено с много внимание към детайла. Бяхме с две малки деца на 2 и 3 години и се изкарахме страхотно. Има и площадка за децата, дворът е оргомен, а детският басейн е с точен размер, за да може детето да се къпе спокойно. Определено ще го посетим отново!

The only suggestion I have is to add shower walls or a shower screen, since water gets all over the bathroom floor when showering.

Everything was perfect

We had the most relaxing and picturesque vacation at the Mediterraneo! It is located a bit higher in the hills, but the view is amazing. The swimming pool is a perfect addition, when we were tiered from the beach and the kids wanted to keep having fun. The room/house we had was super clean, perfectly equipped with things we might need, like a bottle opener and kitchen tools (usually missing in most places - grater, pots/pans,etc). every day the room was cleaned and towels restocked, when needed. The guys are super helpful and guided us to the nice beaches, restaurants and rental boats! Don't hesitate book now and enjoy this place for yourself.

That we had to leave :) everything was perfect! We didn't use the AC, but it is available. I wish we knew there was a mosquito lamp. We saw it next to the tv on the last morning and had already let some bugs through the sliding door.

Het appartement was erg mooi en volledig ingericht. Er wordt zichtbaar veel aandacht gegeven aan het appartement maar ook aan de gehele locatie. Erg schoon, verzorgd en gezellig bij de bar en het zwembad. Daarnaast is Yiannes, eigenaar en gastheer, zeer vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam en meedenkend. Hij weet de lekkerste plekjes om te eten en biedt onmiddellijk zijn hulp aan met het boeken van een boottrip naar Mount Athos en bv het huren van een bootje 🙏 We hebben genoten en kunnen het absoluut aanbevelen voor een heerlijk verblijf op Sithonia!

We enjoyed our stay here and liked the location with its pool area very much. It was, as previously described, a bit further away from the main street and we had a beautiful view from the whole property around the area and also on the sea. Vasilis and his brother were super nice and helpful throughout the whole stay. In the apartment we had everything we needed and it was very pretty. Overall, I would definitely recommend to come here :)

As it was not yet very warm outside at night the apartment was quiet cold even when we turned the AC warm.

Very cozy, comfortable and big apartment. Big balcony with amazing view both of the sea and the mountain. Very nice and helpful owners who were always available and willing to help. Very well equipped including washing machine and dush washer machine. Very short walk to the mini market where u can find fresh bread. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.

Es war eine wundervolle Woche in Griechenland. Die Unterkunft war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Besitzer waren immer vor Ort und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants sowie Strände gegeben. Es gab eine Grillstelle mit Outdoor Küche, die Gastgeber haben uns gleich frisches Gemüse aus ihrem Garten gebracht. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und wir werden ganz bestimmt auch nochmal hingehen.

Really quiet location on the outskirts of Vourvourou, among the olive groves. Nice beaches nearby, as well as many restaurants. Supermarket at the bottom of the lane. Well equipped kitchen and washing machine. Comfortable bed with extra blanket.

Great accommodation with excellent amenities (pool, garden, and covered parking space). The suites are nicely decorated (stone walls, modern furniture but at the same time typical of Nothern Greece as well) and are well-equipped. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was great!

The place is beautiful and quiet. The owners are super friendly and helpful at every interaction. The put so much love to the place. Our room was super comfortable and the private ltarasse was just great.

The apartment was very spacious, we loved the decor, and it was extremely clean. The hosts showed us amazing generous hospitality throughout our entire stay. The setting was perfect, set apart from the main road but also walkable to restaurants and the beach. It had great views and the entire property was lovely and peaceful. The pool was quite nice and very well maintained.

First of all the vast, beautiful garden, surrounded by olive groves together with the excellent outdoor amenities make this place into an ideal location for relaxation. We could hear birds singing and see butterflies roaming everywhere. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, equipped with everything you need to have a cozy, homely feeling. The outdoor dining area was great, it was a pleasure to eat while overlooking the lovely garden. The owners were very friendly and helpful with any questions or requests for help we had. Karidi beach is very close, 3-4 minutes drive. There is a well-stocked minimarket 2 minutes drive away and plenty of restaurants in the area.

The property is designed with attention to detail and in perfect surrounding. I came here with high expectations, yet they were fully met. I highly recommend Mediterraneo and hope to come back here someday.

Yanks and his brother was so nice! The pool is very fun, they have amazing Fredo Espresso, amazing Mohito, everything that we needed they just was amazing. We will be back for sure !

We liked everything! The place is really stylish like in the pictures. We had a sea view and a pool view from the terrace. The apartment had everything we needed - kitchen appliances, towels, blankets etc. The owners were very polite and caring. They gave us a lot of info for the region and for places to eat and see. I recommend it a lot and will defenetly come again!!!
