Reviewed Jul 18, 2025The hotel itself is great. Excellent location and amenities. The problem is the staff. Booked suite with balcony, I arrived and was told it wasn’t available and it could be available days after because the AC was out. That wasn’t really the problem. The problem was the attitude of the gentleman working that night at the front desk. He was extremely rude and condescending.
