Reviewed Aug 25, 20261.老闆很用心說明，事先line聯絡，現場人員也協助搬行李，說明停車事項。 2.價格低廉，房間乾淨，床墊直接放木地板，不怕小孩翻下床。 3.離瑞芳車站（後站）步行5分鐘，穿越車站到前站就有美食廣場。
1.自駕停車要走一段路，行李多建議先下行李再去停車。 2.民宿位於二樓，無電梯，空間也比較小，但價位超值。

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026在瑞芳火車站後站，地點好，廁所有乾濕分離，有提供飲水機和茶包，開車來停車可以停在旁邊的立體停車場，但是要注意過夜是算隔天，我們因此付了停車費400。
房間內有一個門通往後陽台，沒有任何遮蔽，非常亮，早上一大早就把我們亮醒了，建議要有遮的簾子。 上樓的樓梯有點陡，應該不適合老人家，小孩在走也有點膽戰心驚？

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026門前道路比較小，部過剛好民宿前方有塊小空地，可以臨停一下，先把行李拿下車並辦入住後，再把車停到附近的公有停車場，走路到民宿5分鐘左右。因為需要拎行李走到2樓，建議行李可以輕便一點。房間算大也很整潔，2大2小住很舒服。
隔音會稍微差一點，在走廊有可能聽到其他房間傳出的聲音，但晚上周邊算安靜，可以好好休息。

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer, trotz mangelnder Sprachkenntnisse unsererseits. Perfekte Wegbeschreibung. Der Raum hatte eine angenehme Größe, alles war sehr sauber. Schlichte und moderne Einrichtung. Das beste: weil unser Zug aus Taipeh schon vormittags ankam, habe ich nach Unterbringung des Gepäcks gefragt. Das Zimmer wsr aber schon frei und wir konnten sofort einchecken.
Der einzige Haken war die Klimaanlage, die genau auf's Bett bläst, egal wie ich sie eingestellt habr. Muaste sie daher mehmals nachts aus und dann wieder einschalten. Aber das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau

The location was close to a convenience store and there train station is close enough it’s only a very short walk but far enough there’s no noise! I would stay here again

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, ventilation de l'air non optimale et mauvaise insonorisation avec la chambre voisine (j'ai été réveillée par les voisins qui prenaient leurs douches à 2h du matin...)
