Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Absolut herzlich vom Empfang bis zum Check out. Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle sehr freundlich und dienstleistungsorientiert. Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön und ruhig.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026Im Saunabereich gab es Gäste in Schwimmbekleidung, was ich als Nackte unangenehm fand. Leider hat das Personal nicht reagiert. Am Abendessen nahmen Männer mit Cäppi und Kinder in Badehose und barfuß teil. Das entsprach nicht meiner Vorstellung vom Kleiderniveau eines 5 Sterne Hauses.

Die Matratzen der Betten waren für ein fünf Sterne nicht mehr ganz ok . Etwas hart und durchgelegen,

very poor service in restaurant (very poor English skills, poor quality of food for a dinner, even you have to wait very long hours for food), lack of mini bar in the room, lack of tea and water in the room; a bottle of water in the room costs Euro 4.75, capsule coffee machine in the room, one capsule costs Euro 2.5, misleading information regarding a car parking places (on Booking there is info that a car parking place is free, in practice it costs Euro 9 per day); SPA is working only till 7 pm; staff at reception and restaurant is not nice; Russian guests in the hotel; I’ve visited a lot of top 5 stars hotels in the Alps in top locations and this hotel is definitely not worth to visit if you are looking for great hospitality, top food and high quality of services; avoid this place also if you not German or Russian speaking guests;

Reviewed Aug 16, 2021Besonders erwähnen möchten wir Irene und Rozana wegen der entspannenden Massagen. Ebenso Dora für die Beauty-Anwendungen. Auch der hervorragende Service von der Fitness / Sport / Wander / Bike / Sauna- Verantwortlichen Evelina muss speziell erwähnt werden. Die Mahlzeiten waren abwechslungsreich und sehr schön präsentiert. Das Service-Personal war stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer ( Deluxe Suite ) war immer sehr gut gereinigt und wurde 2x pro Tag hergerichtet. In den vielen verschiedenen Saunas / Dampf- Einrichtungen kann man sich fast verlaufen. Es gibt immer ein freies Plätzchen für 2. Auch die Hotelleitung war immer ansprechbar.
