Quizás podría evaluarse el horario de la zona húmeda, en la franja de la mañana me parece que es bastante corto, podrían verse a futuro también incluir tarifas con media pensión

Suficientemente cerca de la plaza ppal de Villa de Leyva para recorrer todo a pie y a la vez retirado del ruido de la misma ( era festival de cometas y había orquesta hasta la madrugada! ) así que en el hotel se podía descansar perfectamente

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Mi experiencia en el hotel fue en general buena. La ubicación me pareció excelente, a unas cinco cuadras de la plaza, y contar con parqueadero privado para los huéspedes es un punto muy favorable. El personal fue siempre muy atento y amable, y en general el hotel me gustó.
hubo algunos aspectos que afectaron bastante nuestra estadía. La cama hacía ruido y, sobre todo, el aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones es un punto que deberían mejorar. Se escuchaban con mucha claridad los ruidos de las habitaciones cercanas: conversaciones, puertas, cajones e incluso otros huéspedes jugando parques hasta aproximadamente las 2:00 a. m., lo que dificultó bastante el descanso. Otro aspecto que nos decepcionó fue el horario para solicitar la activación del jacuzzi de la habitación. Solo era posible pedir que lo activaran hasta las 11:00 p. m. y, como las dos noches llegamos después de esa hora debido a las actividades que teníamos durante el día, finalmente no pudimos utilizarlo. Precisamente habíamos elegido una habitación con jacuzzi pensando en poder relajarnos al regresar después de un día de actividades, por lo que esta restricción hizo que no pudiéramos disfrutar de uno de los servicios que más nos interesaba.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Die Lage war leicht ausserhalb des Zentrums, in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Es gab eine Ladestation für unser Elektroauto, die Kabel und Adapter für 110 V muss man selber dabei haben. Leider ist die Ladung sehr langsam (mehr als 12 Stunden für eine 50% Ladung, BYD Yuan Up). Pauschalpreis. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und gut eingerichtet. Leider fehlten Stühle und ein kleiner Schreibtisch. Der SPA-Bereich ist klein, das Türkische Bad hat sehr gut funktioniert, das Schwimmbad nicht zum schwimmen, sondern mehr zum entspannen. Leider war der Whirlpool fortlaufend besetzt - es gab keine Rotation. Die Personen im Whirlpool haben Bier getrunken, etwas, das für mich in einem SPA-Bereich nicht erlaubt sein sollte. Beim Frühstück gab es auf der Menükarte eine eingeschränkte Auswahl für Personen, die über Booking gebucht haben. Auch das habe ich noch nie gesehen... Es gab an der Reception eine Kaffee und Tee-Station, ebenso eine kleine Snackauswahl mit selbständiger Barzahlung, was mir sehr gefallen hat. Freundliches Personal.
Keine Stühle und kein Schreibtisch im Zimmer, ausgesprochen langsame Elektroladestation, SPA-Bereich unorganisiert und mit alkoholischem Getränkeangebot im Whirlpool, verschiedene Frühstücksoptionen für Gäste.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026La atención del personal fue muy buena, en especial la de las zonas húmedas. La información es clara, queda cerca del centro, no a una cuadra, pero sí cerca. Tiene parqueadero y se siente muy seguro el hotel.
Me gustó mucho, no lo siento como un lugar para ir en pareja, aunque tiene spa y zonas húmedas. De resto no hubo ningún inconveniente con nada. Nos fue muy bien.

A jaccuzi and fire and tv that actually worked properly and windows that open for fresh air 💜 No 'one hour limit' on the jaccuzi *worth checking before you book as some hotels have limits and no ability to change heat or jet or any settings* you can use as long as you want and can control the hot and cold taps as well as the jets.. Did I mention how wonderful the staff are?!! Delicious fresh coffee (and hot water for tea etc - all supplied at no extra cost) available all times - self serve.. Just brilliant 👍 Excellent location- a short walk into the main square/ tow., and 2 good supermarkets just a minute walk from the hotel..lovely heated swimming pool/ jaccuzi and steam room... Karim in the spa/ pool area is fantastic 👌 I couldn't rate this hotel high enough- 100/ 10. Would definitely recommend and if I return will definitely stay again.. In fact we extended our stay as it was so wonderful 😁

Recomendaría tener una silla en la habitación. Si la habitación está libre sería muy bueno que la pudieran entregar sin costo. Esto haría que se sienta mucho mejor el servicio.

Mi experiencia en este alojamiento no fue satisfactoria debido a la falta de claridad y coherencia entre lo que se publica y lo que realmente se ofrece. En la descripción del hotel se indica que las habitaciones cuentan con plancha de ropa; sin embargo, esto no es cierto. No existe plancha disponible en la habitación y, en su lugar, el hotel cobra $10.000 por cada prenda, lo cual en ningún momento es informado previamente. Esto resulta engañoso, ya que se presenta como un servicio incluido cuando en realidad es un cobro adicional. Adicionalmente, el desayuno presenta diferencias dependiendo del canal de reserva. A los huéspedes que reservan por Booking se les ofrece un menú distinto, más limitado, lo cual tampoco es informado de manera clara al momento de realizar la reserva. Estas situaciones evidencian que las condiciones del servicio no son transparentes ni están claramente informadas, lo que afecta la experiencia del usuario y genera una percepción de falta de seriedad. Recomiendo al establecimiento revisar y ajustar la información publicada para que sea veraz, completa y coherente con el servicio realmente prestado.

Bizarre de devoir dire la veille l'heure à laquelle nous souhaitons avoir le petit déjeuner et que rien ne soit près quand on arrive. Impossibilité d'aller à la piscine le jour de notre arrivée (problème sanitaire?) dont nous n'avons été prévenus qu'une fois sur place bien que ce problème ait été identifié la veille. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'une petite attention.

Grote kamer, maar ongelooflijk onpraktisch ingericht. ( Geen tafel, stoel,kapstok of vrij stopcontact), wel heel grote flatscreen. Super kleine onhandige badkamer. Ontbijt was ok, maar echt het minimum.

Übertriebener Fokus auf die Einhaltung von Regeln - ein bisschen "Kindergarten"; am Vorabend muss man bereits ohne zeitlichen Spielraum angeben, wann man frühstücken möchte. Unser Twinbed-Zimmer war ziemlich klein.

Al llegar te exponen un sin número de restricciones en todo sentido, en el día las habitaciones son demasiado calientes sin algún abanico o aire que refresque, en las noches es aceptable, no hay una persona en recepción en todo momento, debes timbrar y esperar que alguien te abra, en nuestro caso, después de algún tiempo esperando nos abrió una persona del aseo y no nos permitió ingresar hasta que no llegara alguien administrativo lo cual ocurrió después de unos 10 minutos …. Bastante incómodo.

This wasn’t a good experience, firstly trying to find the hotel was difficult the location on here led us to the wrong place. We then arrived and the staff were lovely and helpful we got told where our room was and the door was broken so we had to wait for it to be fixed we then got told it was fixed and when we tried it we found it wasn’t so we ended up getting moved and had already wasted time. We then went to the spa to which we expected to be relaxing we were wrong it was filled with screaming kids balls getting thrown around the pool and we got told we had to wear these hair net sort of things if we wanted to go in the pool to which we later found out we had to pay for even though we didn’t want to wear them. In the description it says there is a bar this is incorrect there is not we then tried to get an early night and couldn’t because of the noise there was motorbike sounds throughout the night every time next door used there shower we heard it go off. I had hoped the breakfast was good as it said it was American there was nothing American about it in the slightest and we found out because we booked through here we only had access to two different options but this wasn’t said to us before hand. We had also had woken up with bug bites on us which just made everything even better didn’t it we then planned on going to the spa again for the sauna and steam room to find they had both been turned off and got asked to pay for another 2 hats we declined and got the ones we had already bought. The hotel messaged me at night on WhatsApp with a photo of a random persons review I presume they thought that was me which I thought was extremely unprofessional this wasn’t meant to be a nice relaxing night away but I wish I went somewhere else instead
