Reviewed Sep 12, 2026We had a wonderful stay at Sahara Falcon. The location is excellent, just 50 meters from the S-Bahn station with an easy connection to the city center. Breakfast was a highlight, with the option of Syrian or French style, both delicious and varied. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The apartment itself was spacious, bright, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed, plus very clean. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to return with my son on our next trip to Munich.

La lavastoviglie era fuori uso e inoltre la mattina del check out il personale di servizio incaricato di pulire l'appartamento si è presentato alla porta in attesa che lo lasciassimo, nonostante fossimo ampiamente all'interno dell'lorario limite previsto per il check out.

La posizione è perfetta: vicinissima al treno che porta in centro in 15 minuti e presenza di un parcheggio coperto a disposizione della clientela. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi necessari; farmacia, banca, ristoranti, supermercato. Consigliato a che debba visitare Monaco per lavoro o vacanza.
L'unico aspetto negativo è la presenza di una strada trafficata sul lato delle camere ma solo con le finestre aperte si sente un po' di rumore la notte. Per il resto tutto bene

The advertised parking “upon reservation” doesn’t exist. There is a small garage under the building but all the spaces are normally taken even if a parking reservation is made. So, parking in the building often unavailable even if parking has been reserved. The listing needs to remove this misrepresentation.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Top Lage für Münchenbesichtigung, S-Bahn vor der Tür, in 15 Minuten am Marienplatz. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist wirklich hervorragend. Kleine Garage, etwas eng, aber komfortabel um keinen Parkplatz suchen zu müssen. Bäckerei unten im Haus, mit köstlichen frischen Waren. Wohnung geräumig und groß. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, sodass wir bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen konnte, was von Vorteil war wegen der Straße. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in München.
Die Wasserschäden an den Wänden deuten auf ein altes Gebrechen hin, möglicherweise aber auch einen Bauwerksschaden, uns hat es zwar nicht gestört, aber optisch ist es nicht sehr schön. Verkehrslärm der Straße deutlich zu hören, wir waren aber darauf eingestellt und wußten, dass es direkt an einer 4spurigen Straße liegt. WC-Unterputz-Spülkasten Drückerplatte leider defekt, bitte unbedingt richten lassen!

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026La posizione è abbastanza comoda vicino alla stazione dei treni, l'appartamento è abbastanza grande e funzionale con possibilità di parcheggio auto (senza il baule sul tetto). Supermercati vicini ma non vicinissimi , occorre l'auto se si vuole impiegare meno tempo. Letti comodi appartamento silenzioso nonostante la strada vicina sia molto trafficata.
Poco arredata la cucina, pochissimi piatti e pentole mancano forbici e posate se si è più di 3 persone. Qualche ciotola in più per insalata .

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Wir waren 1 Tag in der Unterkunft und es war alles in Ordnung. Check-In hat sehr gut funktioniert, Wohnung war sauber und für eine Familie mit 3 Kinder perfekt. Lage direkt an einer S-Bahn Station, gegenüber vom Haus ist ein griechisches Restaurant, welches glutenfreie Gerichte anbietet (sehr lecker) Tiefgarage etwas eng, aber es war noch machbar...mit ner V-Klasse könnte es schwierig werden. Im Haus ist eine Bäckerei, wir haben paar Brezeln und Croissants für das Frühstück geholt. War gut, etwas teurer als in einer normalen Bäckerei, da es sich um ein Bäckereicafe handelt.

Lot of towels. Equipped kitchen. There are umbrellas on the parking floor, which we used during the rainy days. Dishwasher and washing machines, and complimentary washing tablets/powder. Two bathrooms and a big dining room. Apartment planning is very convincing. Easy check in and out, office entrance between parking and cafe. Free parking.
Little bit noisy from the street traffic in the morning, had to close the windows. But there are conditioners in all rooms, so closed windows are not the problem in this apartment. As I understand, there are not too many apartments in Munich with conditioners.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Die Lage ist ganz in der Nähe der S-Bahn. Es gibt in der Nähe auch einige Lokale. Unser Appartement hatte sogar einen eigenen Garten. Geräumige Wohnung, wir hatten zu fünft gut Platz. Die Betten war sehr angenehm .Die Reservierung hat super geklappt, an Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt.
Etwas abgewohnt und man könnte mit wenigen Handgriffen einige Dinge verschönern.

The owner is nice, we need some help and he tried to support us. There is a supermarket nearby the place which we bought some foods to cook in the room.
The big 3 bedrooms apartments should provide microwave in the room while the 2 bedrooms provide the microwave.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Die Lage und die Größe der Unterbringung waren super. Die Terrasse + Garten war besonders mit Kind sehr komfortabel, aber für Kleinkinder eher ungeeignet, da überall Klimaanlagen leicht zugänglich sind.
Anders als beschrieben, hat die Küche eine eher mangelhafte Grundausstattung. In einigen Punkten ist die Sauberkeit des Zimmers noch ausbaufähig ( Schimmel im Bad und starkes Ameinsenproblem) Es wäre auch schön, wenn gewisse Dinge, wie Außenrollo, einzelne Lampen und Geschirrspüler funktionieren würden. Die Türen der Unterbringung waren ein ganz eigenes Abenteuer
