Anara Sky Kualanamu Hotel

The location is very good for those who will fly in the morning, as it is next to the terminal. The breakfast is diverse and good.

The rooms are very compact and ours was dusty. The room is also not soundproof: walls are very thin, the door has a 0.5cm shortage; there was music until around midnight; construction works too (flying early in the morning was a challenge, in terms of rest).

Breakfast was excellent.

Location

Nothing

Good location for early flight. Rooms were adequate and value for money.

Restaurant was very disappointing. Dinner - there were 5 of us - food all came at very different times. First person served had good, hot food but had finished way before the 4th and 5th person received their food. Two dishes were unacceptable - one had mouldy ingredients and the other didn't taste good. Breakfast was abysmal too. Constructive suggestion - please reduce the choice of food and make what you provide better.

Insgesamt gut genug Ausstattung.

Great location inside the airport. Ideal to catch an early flight.

Cozy room for rest before next flight. Many choices for breakfast. Departure escalator just in front of hotel. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel so cold, i don't need to switch on air conditioner during stay.

Acceptional noise in 4.30 am, maybe from loading bay near to hotel.

Great location right in airport. Rooms comfortable

Restaurant was pretty average Bathrooms really need a good clean

Location right inside the airport

Localizacion. Fast Check in. Buen desayuno.

Poca iluminación natural

Very convenient to the airport

It was small and could of been cleaner, but it was about convenience

Comfortable beds, breakfast choices with local healthy juice.

Location inside the airport terminal was ideal for connecting flight out of Medan. Room comfortable and clean.

Locatikn and room was comfortable

Breakfast didnt serve western food, only indonesian. Surprised no eggs. An option to have western breakfast would be good for something more plain

Great air in and very clean.

In the airport.

Window looked onto a noisy hallway and sounded like a wind tunnel all night.

Literally inside the airport. Restaurant options around in terminal but also the restaurant hotel has their own restaurant. Perfect early breakfast starting at 05.00h with a large buffet. Ideal if you have an early flight. Rooms are nice, clean and fairly new.

No facilities as it’s an airport hotel. So I would only stay there incase I have an early flight.

Good hotel at Kualanamu Airport Medan. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel is located below the departure terminal, very easy and convenient if you want to avoid the 20 minute train ride from Medan city center. Breakfast was good, not too many choices. Just to know that there is no windows overlooking the airport because the hotel is inside the airport building.

The hotel is right inside the airport in Medan. You can be at check in within 1 minute of leaving your room.

There were no lounges/comfortable seating areas. There is no bar.

Very convenient in the airport, easy to find.

Couldn’t get it completely dark, a few noises throughout the night with machinery, airport sounds, etc.

Small playground inside the airport for the kids.

Grab orders tended to be complicated and they seemed to try to dodge the orders a little bit too often. Cuz of the location being in the airport.

Postel příjemná

Good airport hotel with lovely friendly staff

Great location, great buffet, super friendly staff

Much too cold everywhere.

Dobra lokalizacja

Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, large breakfast buffet and literally in the airport! Even though it's in the airport we only heard the planes very quietly so no problem to sleep at all. Good Wifi. Would stay there again.

They crank up the AC pretty heavy so bring a sweater...

Staff are always pleasant, great location for my early flights out and they start serving breakfast at 5am.

It was right at the airport, we just v walked to it from inside the airport. Very convenient to a late night arrival or early morning departure.

Nothing

Some staff were friendly and arranged a car ride personally for our request.

The room smelled a little bit bad when we checked in.

Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Komfort, Lage direkt am Flughafen > wirklich alles top.

Hotel should consider more choice of food for breakfast and Ala-Carte menu.Variety of foods and delicacies matter.

Very convenient location. Quiet.

Not cheap
