Reviewed Sep 18, 2026一共住了13晚，所以選擇有洗衣、廚房的酒店式公寓，整體來說非常舒適，房間的整潔度都比先前大家的評價好很多，對我來說就是超出預期... 旅館位置，鬧中取靜，超市步行7分可到，最熱鬧的四條三條走路去也不遠，13天來來回回走了好幾回，真的是買好買滿。 房間有簡單廚具、但沒有碗，浴室超級大，浴室裡還有小衣櫥、有乾燥設定，即便牛仔褲洗完隔天早上就乾了，太神奇了！還有更享受是泡澡有小電視可以看，也太幸福！ 不知道是我特別幸運晚上很好睡，床墊軟硬適中，左鄰右舍樓上的鄰居也沒有喧嘩大聲....總體這次住宿體驗非常滿意，下次來長時間還是會考慮這裡....謝謝櫃檯、房務人員親切服務！
不沾鍋和鏟子感覺有點使用感！ 建議大家洗衣機使用前先用洗鑿功能run一次再洗自己衣物喔！

La stanza da bagno in perfetto stile giapponese moderno: gabinetto e lavandino separati dalla zona in cui puoi fare la doccia e il bagno con piccolo monitor tv sulla vasca. La posizione è abbastanza comoda: un autobus arriva direttamente dalla stazione davanti all'albergo, a piedi in pochi minuti si può raggiungere anche la metro. Personale cordiale e disponibile.
I corridoi di accesso alle stanze hanno una moquette molto vecchia e macchiata che dà una prima impressione negativa della pulizia. Dentro le stanze cambia tutto perché invece è molto pulito

La moquette dans le couloir d'entrée de l'hôtel au niveau de l'ascenseur donne une impression de pas très propre. La tapisserie du studio mériterait également d'être rénovée.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Good location, close enough (5-10min walk) to bus stops and train stations to reach other places in and around Kyoto. Lots of home devices and appliances available, so you can cook and wash yourself. For a single person, the space felt very generous in comparison to standard hotel rooms. Easy and fast check-in and check-out procedures.
Had to pay a small fee (around 500 Yen) during check-in, even though I paid online when booking. Sometimes the internet was down for a few seconds, but all in all it was quite reliable.

Мы взяли премиум номер с думя кроватями, так что спальная часть была достаточно большой. Проход в комнату, где кухня и стиральная машина, очень тесный. Внутри достаточно оборудовано для стирки и сушки белья. Есть немного посуды для еды и для приготовления пищи. Очень приветливый персонал, работники мне очень помогали, когда я к ним обращалась.
В коридорах и в номерах старый грязный ковролин. В коридорах он ужасно пахнет, как от мусорного бака. В номере, если что-то пролилось на пол, смыть это невозможно. Я была разочарована своим выбором.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Les studios sont très bien équipés. Même s'il manquait quelques ustensiles de cuisine, il suffisait d'aller voir la réception. Et parmi les autres établissements que nous avons fréquentés au cours de notre séjour au Japon, c'était de loin les kitchenettes les mieux équipées. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir laver notre linge et surtout le sécher très rapidement dans la SDB (c'est assez commun au Japon). La résidence est très bien desservie en transport (bus, stations de métro et gare de Kyoto pas très loin). Plusieurs commerces et restaurants dans le quartier. A l'arrivée à la gare de Kyoto, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le service de dépôt de nos bagages dans l'antenne indiquée par l'hôtel. Et nous avons pu les retrouver dans nos studios en fin d'après-midi.
Je n'ai rien de négatif à mettre dans cette rubrique.

食器洗い用のスポンジが使い古されていたので嫌でした。ニトリで売られている「毎日使い捨てスポンジ」に変えることをホテルにオススメしたいです。 エアコンの室外機が埃をかぶっていて運転効率が悪く設定温度をだいぶ下げる必要があり、それに伴い電気代もかかると思われるので月に1,2回の掃除を推奨します。 (職業柄とても心配になりました)

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Location is great for me, central, but far enough from Kyoto station and the bustle of the tourist attractions to not feel like overly busy. Facilities are generally very good, especially having a laundry machine in the room is great. Having a kitchen is convenient too.
Compared to when I stayed here last year, the wifi seems to have gotten a bit worse. Possibly due to network congestions, seemed to generally be worse in the evenings when maybe more people are at the hotel. I was not here on business so it didn't affect me much, but doing something like remote work here might be difficult because of the connection issues. A bit noisier around the room than I remember from last year.

The property needs some updating. My travel group had 3 rooms and each one needed a new couch and table. All the couches were stained and lumpy and each room had a different table that appeared to be second hand. Also the carpets were old and stained so we could not tell how clean they were.

I chose Sakura Stay because of its high overall rating and positive reviews. While I did notice some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues, I assumed it were isolated incidents. After all, even highly rated hotels occasionally receive complaints like that. In hindsight, I should have taken it as a serious red flag. This hotel was extremely poorly maintained. I may have simply been unlucky, but the room I was assigned was very dirty. There were thick layers of dust throughout the room, making it clear that it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in a long time and had only received superficial cleaning. There was dust on the bed frame, grime inside the washing machine, dirt trapped between the glass panels of the small table, trash left behind by previous guests, various stains, and an air conditioner so clogged with dust that it seemed genuinely unhealthy. On top of that, the shower had a strong sewage odor. I sincerely hope the rooms are eventually given a proper deep clean, as the current condition was simply unhygienic. The hallway was also unpleasant, with a strong feet smell and stained carpeting. The hotel’s high review scores are, in my opinion, very misleading and do not accurately reflect the condition or quality of the rooms.

Quartiere centrale ma vicino c'è solo la fermata del bus, la prima metro è a 10 min a piedi (non sono troppi però dopo una giornata in giro pesano un po'). Cucina poco attrezzata (se ci sono dei fornelli e un paio di padelle uno si aspetterebbe pure un piatto o un coltello)

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026The location was close to the center, with several train stations within walking distance. Most places were within walking distance, using trains only to speed up traveling or getting to a specific place. The room was spacious with a washing machine in the room.
The only thing I found slightly annoying in this hotel was that there was no table or chair in the room, small or large. It forced me to use the bed as my table when planning but depending if you already have a good plan, this is not a minus.

It only lacked blackout curtains and the washing machine was very dirty inside the drum. When I took off the washing machine filter to empty it, it showed a bunch of brown thick gunk inside the drum, I cleaned what I could with a disposable brush.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026L'emplacement est idéal ; nous sommes allés à pied à la gare sans problème et les restos, centres commerciaux sont proches. Le studio est bien équipé et le lave linge est un plus. Tout pour le séchage : étendoir, soufflerie dans la salle de bain. Nous avons bénéficié de deux lits larges, d'une kitchenette, une salle de bain avec toilettes séparés et un balcon. Petite bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée, avec dosette de thé, café et tout le nécessaire de salle de bain. L'hôtel est calme. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et les draps ont été Changés après 3 jours lors du ménage, ce qui était inattendu.
Pour rester objectif, le fait que la moquette du couloir soit autant taché donne une impression de saleté mais comme nous dormions dans une chambre propre, pas de problème.

Abbiamo preso l’unica stanza con il balcone, posta al primo piano della struttura; tuttavia non era praticabile in quanto il balcone era molto sporco. Gli spazi della camera erano abbastanza sacrificati e la cucina era troppo grande per il posto in cui era collocata (nel corridoio). Il letto matrimoniale era praticamente incastrato e, pur essendoci un po’ di spazio attorno si faceva fatica a raggiungere l’altro lato del letto perché sulla parete si piedi del letto c’era attaccata la TV. In bagno sarebbe servita una mensola dove appoggiare il necessaire da toeletta. Anche sulla lavatrice, che era posizionata in una nicchia, sarebbe servita una mensola di appoggio. La moquette non era pulitissima, segno che qualcuno era entrato con le scarpe nonostante ci fosse un genkan (molto piccolo in effetti).

寝間着がなかった事、事前に分かっていれば、持ってきたのに？ と思いました。 どこかに書いてあったのかも知れませんが、見逃してしまいました。

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026ถ้าเอาไว้พักสำหรับสี่ท่านน่าจะเป็นการจัดเตียงสองเตียงแล้วใส่เตียงเสริมไปในห้องไม่มีที่เดินไม่มีที่วางกระเป๋าเหลือพื้นที่รอบเตียงฝั่งละประมาณ 30 เซนติเมตรปลายเตียงเหลือที่อยู่ประมาณ 20 เซนติเมตรไม่สามารถเดินได้เลยพื้นที่เบียดและแน่นมากไม่น่าทำห้องสำหรับสี่คนด้วยกันนำเตียงเสริมมาใส่เลย แทบจะไม่มีที่เดินหรือที่วางกระเป๋าฉันต้องวางกระเป๋าบน ทีืล้างจานและ เตา สำหรับคนไม่สามารถวางที่วางได้เราต้องวางกระเป๋าบนเตียง

Reviewed May 31, 2026Il concept della struttura è ottimo, stanza abbastanza grande con lavatrice, forno a microonde e deumidificatore in bagno (tipico giapponese) con stendi panni. La stanza aveva anche un balconcino e stendino.
La struttura molto sporca e tenuta male, amenities a pagamento, staff poco preparato. Un vero peccato!

I wish that when there's a western style bed (mattress) they would put in western sized furniture. I got so tired of having to get out of chairs and sofas built for an American third grade student. Also, the Japanese seem to want their air conditioners to blow on their face all night. These are minor quibbles, otherwise the room was great.

Reviewed May 27, 2026L'emplacement est très bien pour visiter kyoto en bus, métro ou à pied. La salle de bain fait aussi sèche linge, super pratique.
Mauvaise insonorisation : on profite du bruit des voitures et de la marche des occupants des chambres à l'étage supérieur. Une kitchenette mais il faut dans ce cas manger sur le lit car pas de chaise ni de table. 2 assiettes seraient les bienvenues.

Reviewed May 23, 2026Damp smell from the hall carpet. Noisy neighbours upstairs at 1am. Not as clean as it should be. Shower doors could do with a good scrub.

Only thing we could nitpick. The one "sharp" knife in kitchen wasn't great, the handle wobbled and it was not sharp enough to cut fruit.
