Die Lage ist einfach, dass was es ausmacht!! Wunderschön dort! Und das Essen dort im Klyf ebenfalls hervorragend! Das Personal ist wirklich sehr bemüht nachzufragen ob alles passt und gleich zu kommen und zu reparieren wenn was nicht in Ordnung war.

Man muss einfach sagen die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen. Bei so einer Megalage, dem tollen Restaurant, dem Personal und den eigentlich netten Bungalows müsste man eben auch ein bisschen was investieren in die Instandhaltung. Türen können nur mit anheben geöffnet werden, man muss etwas rumtun um die richtige Weise zu finden, wie die Türen abgeschlossen werden können, sonst gehen sie dauernd von alleine auf. Im Bad rosten die Armaturen weil das Salz (Bad ist außen zum Teil geöffnet) die Armaturen angreift. Man hat das Gefühl das die Betten etwas klamm sind.

Hotel is outdated - our front door from the villa could not be closed, limited shuttle service (last service to yellow bridge was 5.30pm), wifi did not work well in the villa B1.

Hôtel très bien situé, à côté du Blue Lagoon d’où on peut voir des tortues. L’hôtel est très beau avec la piscine privée dans la chambre. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil. Un scooter est indispensable pour se déplacer dans l’île et sur Nusa Lembongan à laquelle on accède via le pont jaune.

Ora Resort was in a perfect spot near Mahana Point. Our Restaurant well what a view with turtles swimming below and the waves crashing on the rocks below. The breakfast menu had so much to choose from and delicious!!

Such an awesome location, and had the most friendly and helpful staff. The view over the lagoon from the restaurant is stunning, and it’s great to be able to have both a private pool and use of the main pool with the view over the lagoon (despite the area still being under construction).

Unfortunately the bed was quite uncomfortable (as many beds in Bali are). The helpful staff tried to help by placing a blanket under the bottom sheet but it didn’t make a difference unfortunately. The outdoor daybed mattress by the pool should also be replaced.

The rooms are beautiful. Love having my own pool it's like your own little oasis. And the Brie from the restaurant breathtaking. Seeing the giant sea turtles playing in the water. Staff and food were amazing no complaints. Very happy traveler

Beautiful villa with a great sized pool. The surroundings are incredible with the hotel restaurant having some of the most amazing views of our trip (great food too)- we saw so many sea turtles during our lunch. The staff were super helpful and available to help with anything at any time. Would recommend!

Locatie was fantastisch, ontbijten met uitzicht op de baai en de schildpadden is onvergetelijk.

De accomodatie is een beetje gedateerd, maar nog steeds super! Locatie is zo mooi en rustig. Met scooters ben je met 15 minuten in de drukte.

The food was delicious, and the views from the restaurant were simply breathtaking. Sitting and watching the turtles swimming below while enjoying a meal was a truly unforgettable experience. Although the property isn't close to many shops or restaurants, that's part of its charm. It felt like a peaceful oasis and a magical retreat away from the crowds. We arranged a private boat trip to swim with the manta rays, which was an incredible experience. Swimming in the crystal-clear ocean here was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Bali. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our return.

Resort provided convenient transfer to and from the Yellow Bridge. Easy walk to places but recommend a scooter for getting around. Highly recommended!!

Accommodation was a little run down.

Hyggelige og rene bungalows med dejlige private pools. Der er rengøring to gange dagligt. Restauranten ligger med udsigt til den meget smukke Blue Lagoon, hvor der de fleste dage svømmer skildpadder. Man kan ikke bade i havet ved hotellet. Der er en mindre fælles pool med udsigt til havet. Personalet er meget serviceminded. Der er mulighed for at leje scootere ved hotellet, og hotellets shuttlebus kører til Yellow Bridge en gang i timen. Der er flere restauranter og små butikker på vejen. For at komme til hotellet fra båden skal man køre med taxa til Yellow Bridge (ca 15-20 minutter afhængigt af hvilket bådfirma), krydse broen til fods og køre med taxa igen til hotellet (5-10 minutter). Det er meget spændende at besøge Nusa øerne, og der er mange smukke strande og rolig atmosfære.

Som andre har påpeget, er madrasserne ved de private pools i dårlig forfatning med bl.a. mugpletter, men resten af interiøret er fint.

I liked the location. It was close to other options for food + beverages and a small mini-market. All of the staff - housekeeping, reception, security and the bar/restaurant staff were all amazing. The friendliest staff on the planet and attended to any requests we made.

Not a gripe, just observations... It was a little dated and there was construction going on around the main pool deck during our time there.. Our villa's pool area had poor quality cement and it was wearing away from just having had wet feet walking on it over the years. Smoking was allowed at the tables in the restaurant - copped a mouthful of someone's cigarette smoke while I was eating my meal. We upped and moved tables. Problem solved.

Csodálatos a környék, az étterem kínálata nagyszerű, minden nagyon finom volt. Egy születésnapi meglepetés vacsora szervezésében készségesen segítettek.

Bár jeleztük érkezésünket, a szállás által küldött transzfer késve érkezett és nem volt benne elegendő hely.

La villa con piscina es maravillosa. Además, cuenta con piscina con vistas al Blue Lagoon. El desayuno es muy completo y variado, con dos platos a elegir de una extensa carta, además de zumo y café. Todo está muy cuidado. Un alojamiento espectacular.

Absolutely stunning location - great to relax

The steps into our villa and around the pool were quite rough, which made it difficult as we had a toddler with us. It seemed we may have been in an older villa even though I had purchased the deluxe as friends of ours stayed in another villa (not deluxe) and their outdoor area seemed to be renovated and a lot better. The bed was also quite hard.

Bed a little hard

Schöne Lage, schöne Aussicht vom Restaurant, nettes Personal. Man kann direkt nebenan einen Roller mieten. Außerdem sind alle sehr hilfsbereit und engagieren nach Wunsch auch die Rückfahrt, Schnorchelausflüge etc. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage, haben auch öfter den Zimmerservice und z.B. das floating breakfast genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Außerdem wurde uns nach Anfrage ein früheres, zwar etwas eingeschränktes Frühstück vor Öffnungszeit des Restaurants ermöglicht, da der Schnorchelausflug früh morgens gestartet ist.

Leider ist die Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Farbe am Pool blättert z.T ab. Außerdem war bei unserer Ankunft die Matte am Pool nass und wirklich sehr dreckig (sah auch nach Schimmel aus). Da man mit der Rezeption per WhatsApp chatten kann, haben wir darum geben, sie auszutauschen. Diesem Wunsch sind die Angestellten direkt nachgekommen. Außerdem wurde zwischen Matte & Tuch eine Folie gespannt, sodass es hygienischer war.

When we arrived we were welcomed in Reception By Suwandita and staff were very helpful. Communication was via WhatsApp and that was good. Jack the driver was particularly helpful. We booked this special place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. I asked before booking was it possible to get a bottle of champagne and fresh orange juice on a floating breakfast for our anniversary breakfast. They said this was possible. On arrival after talking with staff it turns out that champagne was not available only sparkling wine. After various communication with the restaurant staff (Novi) she pulled out all the stops to get me the champagne. We had an amazing time here and would highly recommend this special place for a wonderful vacation. ❤️ Big thanks to all the amazing staff

Unser Aufenthalt war leider sehr unangenehm und wurde von Tag zu Tag seltsamer — besonders nachdem wir aufgrund der Situation Booking einschalten mussten. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt wurde die gesamte Atmosphäre für uns spürbar unangenehm und man hatte deutlich das Gefühl, dass man uns einfach nur noch loswerden wollte. Die Sonnenliege an unserem Zimmer war komplett nass und verschimmelt, sodass man sie überhaupt nicht nutzen oder darauf entspannen konnte. Die Liege wurde zwar ersetzt — allerdings erneut durch eine andere feuchte und verschimmelte Liege. Besonders unangenehm war außerdem, dass unser Zimmer einmal ohne unser Wissen betreten wurde, obwohl ausdrücklich vereinbart war, dass nur gereinigt wird, wenn wir wieder zurück sind. Dabei lagen unsere persönlichen Sachen, Geld und sogar unsere Pässe offen im Zimmer. Die Situation wurde anschließend noch absurder, als der Manager wollte, dass wir die Mitarbeiter kontrollieren bzw. abtasten — was wir selbstverständlich sofort abgelehnt haben, da das völlig unangebracht war. Sehr merkwürdig fanden wir auch die plötzlich angebotene zweite Reinigung am letzten Abend gegen 18:30 Uhr inklusive vorheriger Anrufe. An den Abenden davor gab es keinerlei zweite Reinigung, weshalb diese Situation auf uns sehr ungewöhnlich und unangenehm wirkte. Sobald im Hotel bekannt war, dass wir ein Problem angesprochen und uns beschwert hatten, wurden wir teilweise auch im Restaurant sehr unangenehm behandelt. Obwohl das Restaurant fast leer war und mehrere Mitarbeiter gearbeitet haben, wurden wir beim Abendessen teilweise fast 30 Minuten komplett ignoriert und saßen ohne Getränke oder Service da. Man hat deutlich gemerkt, dass die Stimmung uns gegenüber gekippt ist. Aus diesem Grund haben wir an einem Abend bewusst die Service Charge nicht bezahlt, weil der Service schlicht nicht angemessen war. Am letzten Abend wurden wir zusätzlich noch um 22 Uhr und 23 Uhr vom Manager über WhatsApp mit völlig unnötigen Nachrichten kontaktiert.

Schöne große eigene Villa mit eigenem Pool was will der Urlauber mehr dazu die unfassbar schöne blaue Lagune in der regelmäßig Schildkröten zu sehen waren. Die Villa verfügte über alles was man brauchte. Bequemes Bett, Kaffeebereiter, Kühlschrank, kostenfreies WLAN, Bad mit Dusche, Handtücher, Telefon and so on and on. Was ich wirklich ausdrücklich hervorheben möchte ist das Restaurant im Hotel. Das Essen war so hervorragend das wir gar nicht in Erwägung gezogen haben woanders essen zu gehen. Wir haben uns einmal quer durch die Karte gefuttert, Burger, Steak, Fisch und als Krönung Hummer > dieser war sooooo lecker 🤤. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht und konnten dann morgens a la Carte so viel bestellen bis wir geplatzt wären und es war so lecker. Kaffee und Säfte gehörten natürlich auch mit dazu. Garniert wurde das leckere Essen dann natürlich noch mit dem super schönen Blick in die Lagune. Wirklich super schön. Da das ja noch nicht reicht konnte man sofern man denn wollte sich das Essen auch einfach in die Villa liefern lassen und dann ganz privat essen. Das haben wir aber nicht Anspruch genommen. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist das das Hotel über einen kostenfreien Shuttle von der Gelben Brücke zum Hotel oder in die andere Richtung hat. Super angenehm. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt 😊, vielen vielen Dank.

Ora Resort Blue Lagoon is truly a magical place. This was already my third time staying here, and every visit feels like coming home. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful — warm, caring, attentive, and genuinely kind. When I arrived, they welcomed me with a little cake saying “Welcome Home”, and the same phrase was beautifully written on the bed with flowers and leaves. Such a small detail, but it touched my heart deeply. The atmosphere here is something special — peaceful, private, and deeply relaxing. This place always helps me reconnect with myself and fully switch off from the outside world. And special admiration for Klyf Club restaurant — honestly, this was the best food I’ve had in Bali. Every dish was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and made with love. Thank you to the entire Ora Resort team for creating such a beautiful experience. I will definitely come back again ❤️

The place was beautiful! On a cliff and the rooms felt like I was camping on an island.

Our power kept going out due to a faulty wire and we had no aircon. Had to call them out twice due to all 4 rooms I booked having no power. When we arrived no water was working in some of the rooms and some of the pool lights didn’t work or their filters. One of the doors in our rooms also didn’t seem to be working.

Staff very good always welcoming

The location is amazing and the staff were very accomodating and so friendly. We loved our room with our pool and the food in the restaurant is excellent. I will be coming back again for sure. Thank you so much.

The staff were amazing. Janu in the restaurant was very helpful. Whenever we had an early start, they were happy to give us our breakfast as a takeaway. The rooms were comfortable. it was in the good location to access lots of beautiful restaurants delicious food had a very reasonable price. All staff were amazing.

The pool was not working, but we knew that before we booked. It was a bit of a walk to the beach. There was a large rock in the middle of our walkway to our room and the towels needed a good clean.

Vackert hotell med fantastisk service och gästvänlighet. Det är så vackert och fint överallt och det är en avkopplande plats att vara på. Med hotellets shuttleservice tar du dig till och från Ubud flera gånger per dag, resan tar ca 20 minuter. De två poolerna är härliga och runt om finns massor med grönska.
