The view, the swimming pool facing the ocean, the breakfast, the bar, the large room.

The bathroom was kind of old and more importantly not very clean around the sink (moisture). The breakfast service is not very good: nobody to welcome you in the room, tables are not cleaned regularly so you eat with plates in your table and tables around you.

El lloc i les vistes son impresionants. L’esmorzar i el personal molt amable.

Per dir alguna cosa a millorar, les cambreres del menjador, haurien d’estar una mica més atentes al bufet i les taules. I la música no tan alta.

Las vistas desde el alojamiento son extraordinarias. La tranquilidad del entorno.

Se nota que el hotel es muy bueno, pero necesita actualizar la parte externa de los apartamentos. Habían bastantes insectos dentro, sobre todo moscas, entendemos que estábamos en el campo y es normal, no le dimos demasiada importancia.

Place was amazing - very well equipped kitchenette to cater for all the needs for a small family. We travelled with a 1year and 9 month old toddler and it was perfect. Would also recommend it to families with younger babies as it was very comfortable.

Ils ont été l'écoute, meme d'une demande de derniere minute pour l'arrivée de mes parents. Ils viennent de rentrer et la vue est juste fantastique et c'est un petit établissement qui permet de respirer.

Rine à signaler, meme le petit dejeuner a été apporté à mes parents alors que leur départ se faisait dans les heures de fermeture du restaurant.

Beautiful property, very quiet with beautiful views.

You have to drive into town. It is a 30 minute walk down but because of the steep hill it’s 60 minutes to walk up. The fire alarm was right above the bed and the flashing light kept me up all night. Also, the room was clean for the most part but there were coffee stains on the kitchen counter that could have been cleaned and bird poo on the window. For the prices I would have expected more attention to these small details.

The view alone is worth booking here! Nice space, clean, friendly staff, extensive breakfast options.

La habitación era muy amplia, terraza con vistas al mar y la limpieza de 10.

El desayuno era de 8 a 10, fuimos a las 8:45 y no quedaba pan, ni yogures, de jamón quedaba solo una loncha y de queso dos. Pedimos más pan y tardaron como 15 min en reponerlo, no salía el personal para pedir más cosas ni reponer. El café era agua sucia, a los 40 min cuando nos íbamos, nos ofrecieron yogur.... en resumen, bastante descontentas con el desayuno y el personal que lo atendía, teniendo en cuenta el precio del hotel.

Fantastic view from our apartment which was very spacious. Super friendly and helpful staff! Good breakfast. We forgot our daughter's jacket in the hotel and staff arranged the delivery to another hotel we staid in. Many thanks to staff for their hospitality!

All was perfect!

Beautiful location looking out on the sea. Great breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, friendly staff. We arrived at 9PM, booking last minute because of a cancelled flight, and they came to welcome us and had set up a cot for our baby already. The area is beautiful for walks.

Apartment was a bit humid but that’s difficult to avoid in Azores. We ordered a few drinks and a snack in the evening which took almost an hour to prepare.

The place was breath taking the view just beautiful. The room was super spacious and a dream. We had dinner in the room overlooking the ocean and was so peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was lovely in the morning.

Nicest hotel in Mosteiros….The views from the rooms and the balcony are awesome. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good and the best part was Vanessa who went out of her way to make us happy. We were initially in room 1 and there was an odor in the room that bothered my wife who suffers from allergies. Vanessa made it possible for us to change to room 5 which was much better!

I chose it for the ocean view and it didn't disappoint. The room was clean and well maintained and the team were super friendly. I would definitely recommend!

The view from the living room was gorgeous... Just like in the photos. Breakfast had good variety - even for someone with an egg allergy. I could have used a check-in to get a second espresso, but overall, the food was lovely. The orange juice was amazing. We loved coming back after dinner and ordering an Aperol spritz to the room and relaxing on the deck... that was a highlight.

The laundry service was pricy but clothes just didn't seem to air dry with the amount of humidity on that side of the island. So we had a handful of items cleaned - they came back on the morning we were leaving which was great ... what wasn't great was the extremely strong laundry scent the clothes came back with ... I mean headache-inducing level. I have no issues with scents or being sensitive so it was weird that it stood out so much. I tried airing them out at our next hotel location, but the smell wouldn't go away until we laundered them at home.

Het uitzicht vanop de kamer is echt fantastisch. Het ontbijt was superlekker en gevarieerd. De mensen waren vriendelijk en gastvrij.

A minha estadia coincidiu com a data do meu aniversário. Fui brindado com um pequeno bolo e com bebida. Tornou a minha estadia ainda mais apreciada! Apesar de ser inverno e com a presença de nevoeiro constante, a vista panorâmica tornou-se ainda mais mistica, aliáis, como as nossas ilhas.

Por alguma razão, apesar do ar condicionado funcionar, acontecia um choque de temperatura entra as diferentes divisões do apartamento, talvez por uma qualquer anomalia no isolamento térmico.

L'odeur de la chambre à l'arrivée qui sentais légèrement l'humidité. L'air conditionné qui ne pouvait pas se modifier en mode chaud, la température de la chambre était assez fraîche contrairement à celle du salon qui fonctionnait correctement. Le personnel a essayé de nous aider mais ça n'a pu être réparé les 2 premiers jours

A very interesting hotel. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see the sunset because it was raining. As the hotel was closing for vacation, we were the only guests there, and breakfast was prepared just for us. And what a breakfast it was — absolutely amazing. A full buffet, exclusively for the three of us. It felt incredibly special and very touching. I highly recommend this small but beautiful hotel

Wonderful location with great sea view. We appreciate small-sized properties, therefore very peaceful. It is more than a room, is more a small apartment.Breakfast buffet is excellent, everything is home made. Great !

Der Ausblick ist wunderschön, der Zimmerservice war sehr gut. Man ist schnell mit dem Auto im Ort oder zum Beispiel in Sete Cidades. Die Dame am 28.12 (mit Brille) möchten wir sehr loben, sie war sehr freundlich und bemüht, dass wir alles haben. Dankeschön!

Leider einige Dinge, die für eine 4 Sterne Anlage wirklich peinlich sind: - Das Frühstück hat zwar viel Auswahl, das Brot ist aber zum Beispiel richtig schlecht. Außerdem ist ständig etwas aus und wird nicht aufgefüllt (Ausnahme: 28.12, siehe oben) - im Frühstücksraum ist es dermaßen kalt, das Personal lief selbst in dicken Daunenjacken rum, wir froren, unser Kind hatte eine Mütze an - Die Zimmer selbst sind in die Jahre gekommen, als wir ankamen, war es eisig kalt im Raum (es war klar, dass wir mit Baby kommen). Trotz permanent laufender Klimaanlage blieb der Boden immer sehr kalt - Die Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet -Die Anlage ist nicht liebevoll gestaltet, keine schönen Pflanzen oder Grünflächen - Der Pool ist nicht beheizt

An exceptional stay! This place is really beautiful. The individual apartments are very spacious with great facilities and amazing views. The staff were wonderful, and breakfast was also great. A very special place to stay on the island :)

Endroit calme et reposant avec une vue splendide ! Seulement 6 logements, confortables et conçus de manière à ce que l'on ne s'aperçoit pas qu'on a des voisins. Petit déjeuner délicieux, ménage et accueil impeccable. Peu de restaurants aux alentours, n'hésitez pas à utiliser le room service, les plats sont bons et frais à un prix raisonnable. Merci à la Mosteiros Place Team, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Overall, the hotel looks just like the photos- the view and facilities are truly beautiful. We came here as part of our honeymoon, and the staff was very kind and even prepared a lovely surprise in our room.

The main issue is that the value for money is very low!! You can easily find hotels that offer a much more comfortable and luxurious experience for the same price. In addition, our floor was constantly full of mosquitoes and small bugs- it was impossible to walk without stepping on them, which made the whole place feel unclean. We asked for the room to be cleaned, and while the staff responded quickly, the problem came back just a few hours later.

Mosteiros Place was a wonderful place and we regretted not spending more nights there. The welcome was very nice, with a tasting of local pineapple liqueur. We made a big mistake when we went to dinner in the town of Moisteiros. Definitely stay at the hotel and enjoy the sunset with a beautiful view of the ocean and rocks. Breakfast was varied, and we even tasted the local specialty, Fatias Dauradas.

Fantastiskt läge på västra kusten av Sao Miguel. Underbar utsikt och fina små lägenheter. Trevlig poolarea om vädret är fint. Vi ville inte ge oss av för att äta middag utan tog en ostbricka och en kycklingsallad. Båda var mycket goda! Väldigt bra frukost!

Dyrt! Men värt pengarna om du vill ha lite lyx…. Ingen varm mat , bara lättare rätter.

It offers stunning views of the coast and the sunset. The units are lovely, well appointed and quiet. The staff is helpful and friendly. It’s beautiful property at a great location. Highly recommended if your visit brings you close.

Mosteiros Place is a peaceful property that is beautifully designed and architected. We stayed in Apartment 6 which had a stunning view for sunset hour. The floor to ceiling windows are quite jaw dropping. The apartment is large, though the kitchen is modest if you plan to prepare any of your own food. We were surprised the property is staffed from morning until night which allows you to order food and drink if you prefer to stay in. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor common seating areas to enjoy as well. The pool is refreshing with a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is fantastic if you're interested in Sete Cidades, as it's just a 15 mins drive to some beautiful vistas and the village by Lagoa Azul & Verde. Highly recommend you check out the black beach in Mosteiros too! Overall, we loved our stay at Mosteiros Place and highly recommend the apartments!!

Unobstructed views of the sunset & sea. Beautiful spacious room with kitchenette. Quiet pool area to enjoy the views. A bonus for us was exceptional laundry service - €15 per bag and delivered dry and folded directly to the room! Snack menu available until 10pm with a bar service offered to the pool area.

Nothing to dislike. Snack menu in the bar is a good option as opposed to visiting the town which is very quiet with limited restaurant options compared to the rest of the island. We visited Momo Sensi Azores as an alternative to options in the town

Beautiful location, quiet, restaurant on site, apartment with kitchenette, free parking, clean and friendly staff.

We had a couple of all day tours where we had to leave by 8am. It would be nice to have the full breakfast starting at 7:30.

Le design des chambres et la vue. L’emplacement est très bien, il y a une salle de sport et une piscine.

La baie vitrée cassée, et aucun mot la dessus en arrivant de la part du personnel. Le petit déjeuner dans un silence austère, on vous laisse dans une pièce avec un buffet avec des œufs brouillés froids et il faut attendre 10min pour qu’on vienne vous proposer un café. (Cette personne d’ailleurs ne reviendra pas pour nous en proposer à nouveau) Le café filtre est mauvais et réchauffé au micro onde. Le mobilier du salon est minimaliste et ne donne pas envie de s’y poser alors que la vue est sublime. Le Check out pressant, on vient frapper à votre porte à 10h55 pour vous rappeler de partir. Un personnel inexistant et pas spécialement compétent. On a eu l’impression que la saison était terminée et que tout le monde avait relâché la pression.

Breakfast / food options are a bit too light for the price.

We’d stay at several 5 star hotels before Mosteiros Place and this out outperformed those other hotels! Really high class. It had very much a ”home”-feeling since there are only 6 apartments with great spaces and the most amazing sunset from the apartment window! The staff were also so welcoming and friendly, and we got a little gift as we came for our honeymoon. Would love to come back

We loved the hotel, the view and the location! It was our favorite part of Sao Miguel.

La vue sur l’océan avec la grande baie vitrée de la chambre ainsi que la petite terrasse est sublime. Le salle de sport est très bien.

Pour une chambre dépassant 300€/ nuit, aucune attention/ petit cadeaux dans la chambre ni à la réception. La décoration dans les chambres laisse à désirer pour un tel tarif. Lorsque vous arrivez, aucune boisson n’est offerte (sauf une liqueur). Lors des petits déjeuners, il faut sans cesse demander au personnel de remettre des œufs brouillés, du bacon… quel dommage pour un tel hôtel.

We stayed for a week and everything was great. All in all we had a very relaxing stay with our family of 4. - very friendly and helpful staff - small hotel with only 6 rooms - amazing views over Mosteiros. Also great to watch the sunset over the ocean from your room. - nice pool area with infinity pool - nice breakfast with more than enough choice (especially taken into account that there are only 6 rooms) - great location if you want to go to Mosteiros beach or Sete Cidades

Restaurant options in Mosteiros are limited but “O Americo” is definitely recommended.
