The staff were all very nice . Priced just right.
None that I can think of.
Very serene. Beautiful infinity swimming pool overlooking Paoay lake.
We had a relaxing stay at the hotel. We commend the staff for their excellent customer service. They went all out to meet our needs and requests - from the front desk, to the bar and pool staff, and the kitchen and room staff, as well as grounds and security staff. Well done! Expect a return stay from us!
employees are so great
The staff, food, view is exceptional
Needs to be upgraded, didn’t have hot water, only warm water or no hot water daily
Pictures of the rooms looked nicer and bigger than the actual rooms. Furnitures were a bit outdated. We had to add a standard room that was a little pricey. But I liked the quietness of the area. We had breakfast on our last day and the food and coffee were delicious. The staff is friendly.
Our stay at Bellagio Hotel in Paoay was absolutely delightful! The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway, offering a serene ambiance that enhances the vacation experience. The room was impeccably clean, with a design that felt both inviting and homey, making it easy to unwind. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality—the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My husband, our friend, and I enjoyed every moment, and the welcoming atmosphere made it even more special. I highly recommend Bellagio Hotel for anyone visiting Paoay!
Staff was polite, kind and accommodating. The property was clean and well maintained. I will definitely recommend this resort and come back when I am in the area. .
Property was clean and well maintained. Service was excellent and accomodating.
Location
Food a bit pricey. Staff forgot to give receipt then asked to be paid again.
The setting of this hotel resort property in Ilocas Norte was stunning. Nice room. Authentic Spanish colonial doors and trim. The clean, well-maintained Infinity pool and Vista over the lake toward the former "northern Malacang" (which apparently has a museum dedicated to Marcos) were hard to beat. A rare find and a peaceful getaway! Good meals (dinner and breakfast). Management was very professional, and friendly in conversation. Rooms have great air-conditioning.
Perhaps one feels that this property is still a work in progress. Beds were a little hard, perhaps. While location is less than 12 km from Laoag Airport, and I hear they offer van pick-up, the tricycle ride from the other direction (Paoay, and it's iconic ancient cathedral) is only possible by precarious private tricycle ride. It'd be nice if the property provided van service there, or even pick-up from that direction - upon request, of course.
Roach, lizard and mosquito in room. You can hear noise outside loud due to big gap of the bottom of door and one time they changed the comforter and it was rough and itchy. Otherwise the employees are very nice, good food. The room could use upgrade .
The place is quite and serene We love the location because it is overlooking the lake. The staffs are all friendly Cocktail drinks are good too Over all, excellent place to stay and foods are delicious too We plan to go back there and stay more days
very clean, friendly staff, able to accommodate to upgrade room at last minute
pool at night has lots of bugs
This hotel is not so big but charming, clean, and well kempt. The staff are accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff are the best there is, And the hotel manager Sheri is so awesome,
The building is great for the price. Staff are very pleasant, cheerful, friendly, and very helpful - they went above and beyond satisfying our needs. They even upgraded our room. The managers went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and even asked us to provide them suggestions that would improve their dining menu and customer services.
The service was outstanding. We had an early flight in the morning and they accommodated us. They even made us a cold sandwich for breakfast because we were going to miss the breakfast service. All the staff was kind and hard working.
Extra friendly staff. GM Allan Tuppil stepped in when company driver became ill. Allan filled in as driver/tour guide of the country tour to Pagudpud, Kapurpurawwaan, Cape Bojeador Lighthouse, Bangui Windmills, etc. We had a blast with his vast, first-hand knowledge of Ilocos Norte! Lindy G
It was our first time to visit my husband's family in Laoag and we chose to stay at the Bellagio Hills Hotel because of its great reviews and beautiful photos. We both fell in love with the place at first sight!! It's quiet, private, homey yet elegant with a beautiful view of the Paoay lake. The hotel has a great ambiance and classy decors and interior design. We loved the modern bathroom, toilet with a bidet and the private porch in our room. The place was sparkling clean and all the staff were kind, accomodating and delivered personalized and quality service. We definitely felt right at home! This is absolutely one of our best experiences!! We look forward to coming back in the future! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!!
