Southend by TGI

I checked in 2 days ago on a business. Room are very nice and comfortable. It came with complimentary breakfast and the the restaurant Ms. Asrita was very helpful, i saw how dedicatedly she greeted and served all the guests as well as me. Food quality served was good. I would say Southend TGI was the most convenient and comfortable stay had.

We stayed at Southend by TGI . Had to stay there for longer time due to our work but they gave the best hospitality in all aspects. Rooms were very clean and spacious, clean bathrooms and attentive staff to our needs. The best thing is their restaurant, they have the lavish spread at complementary breakfast. Both Ms. Priyanka and Ms. Asrita at the restaurant are very courteous. Priyanka especially helped us in customisation of our food as we wanted. The front office is also very quick. Special mention to Ms. Manisha at the reception. She was very polite and facilitated our stay very well. Overall it was a very comfortable experience for us.

It was really good Server : ashvita This hotel offered a pleasant stay with impeccably clean rooms and a wide variety of breakfast options. The staff were consistently helpful and efficient, making the experience even more positive. While the location was a bit far from the main restaurant and bar area, the hotel felt safe, and the rooftop terrace offered a beautiful view worth the extra walk. The spacious and well-equipped room, though, had thick, firm pillows which were uncomfortable for some, but this was a minor issue in an otherwise exceptional stay

We had the almost terrible experience at this hotel.Our car that was parked infront of the hotel was almost robbed and someone had broken the window of it.The security took 0 responsibility of doing his job instead slept all night in the hotel.They took no responsibility and kept us waiting.HORRIBLE!!!!!

We stayed in this hotel for 10 nights. It is located near Electronic City. The staffs were attentive, soft spoken and were very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A locker was available in the closet that could be programmed. I could safely leave my valuables and gadgets in the locker. I am impressed by the service provided by the Reception staffs, Restaurant staffs and Housekeeping staffs.

The stay was pleasant, check-in process was quick. Rooms are clean and cozy. The washrooms are extremely clean. Plenty Toiletries are provided. The restaurant's food was good. It was a good experience.

It's nice to stay located in bommasandra awesome very good peaceful ambience. Providing complementary brake fast it's was very nice room service and reception was very good receiving. They are keep some badam, cashew, pista and biscuits and chocolates And drinks it's was not complementary we had to pay if we eat.

Stay was good and comfortable the hotel is situated at nice location just at the Karnataka and Tamilnadu border. A must visit hotel if you are coming to Electronic City or planning for travel to Tamil Nadu from Karnataka. All staffs Sare good and good is well. Overall a nice experience.
