Garden near the lobby is okay .thats it.

Ac is not cool. Beds are not comfy, its boarderline motel, bathrooms are smelly and dirty, breakfast is not good, pool is dirty, upon looking to the window, you will see lots of abandon rooms, overgrown plants, abandon cottages…. Its not okay . Even curtains are too thin, ur eyes will burn in the morning..

I like the friendly,bright welcome starting at the lobby. The guards are helpful. The room decor was fun and colorful. Good that hot water is prompt and continuous

One of the toilet bidets leaks when you use it. The lavatory faucet shifts when you turn it on. Parking gets full.

I liked how they are pet friendly Hotel in Tagaytay that I am able to bring my dogs with us. I loved how well they prepare and valued mother's Day celebration as a first time preggy mom I feel honored. I loved the room so huge and with large terrace that my dogs loved to run around. My dogs really loved here so much.

The toilet is small and no water heater to the shower. Water is cold when taking a bath.

I ike the place and the clean room

I think there is a problem with the drainage system, foul odor coming out. I am a safety consultant by profession, you must repair this and avoid using it till the foul odor is gone. My wife and daughter hard a hard time sleeping because of the foul odor.

I really liked the location. Private, quiet and surrounded by trees.

The bathroom is a bit small but it's not really a big deal.

Aesthetics and Instagrammable

Bathroom sink a bit too small, and lack of shelf space for toiletries and strong sewer stench. Thankfully I booked suite so there is a slightly bigger sink that I can use to wash my face brush teeth etc. Also curtain is white so it was so bright during the day and likewise as early as 515 am when the sun is up !

Some staffs are approachable and kind,not all

When we arrived at La Bella, there was no guard or staff to ask where and how we could check in. The place was also a bit creepy.No pool usage due to their own reason of scheduled cleaning.In the morning,the guard is bit pissed and ask us and other guests to leave the pool even though the staff allowed us to swim. Breakfast was expensive and not worth it. The advertisements online were misleading. La Bella seemed to be an almost abandoned place.

The staff were very accommodating and polite. The place is aesthetically pleasing. D'Aly food was great and a value for money.

CR would be better if cleaned well, especially CR near the swimming pool. Sweet Knot Haven would be wonderful if their food would be as filling as their interior is decorated. Other areas outside the hotel need maintenance because some places looked abandoned which makes it look dire or bleak.

The location is fine. I like the idea of staying in one compound and just do your thing around. Either you swim, walk around or take view of the forest in upper deck.

The food is fine, but the breakfast is quite disappointing. There is no much option to choose from the menu. Food are the same from day 1 and day 2. The mini lavatory is so off. It is not useful at all.

I loved the theme, ambiance, and overall feel of the hotel. My family and I were able to fully relax during our stay.

One downside is that the room doesn’t have a smart TV, so there’s no access to Netflix or YouTube, and the cable channels are quite limited. It’s also a bit sad to see that Bodhi Cafe is no longer being maintained. Compared to previous reviews that mentioned visitors loving it for the books and cozy atmosphere, there are no books available anymore.

Misleading photo on booking.com. i specifically wanted the spacious balcony on the photo but ours was small. Per front desk, the room with the balcony i wanted was the same room type but currently under renovation. I would appreciate atleast a heads up about it. The restroom is overall clean but has a bad smell coming from the drain.

Sana icheck ng ayos ang card pang swipe mismo sa room, honestly bngyn kme ng card na wrong # since andun housekeeping pinsuyo nmin kaya naopen. Then while were sleeping with my part we shock na may pilit na nagbubukas ng pinto dhl yung card # nila ay sa romm nmin. Buti nadouble lock kme, kung hindi nagdouble lock mkkpsok sila. Then i dont know if nacheck ba nila, alam nmn na 2 pax yung mag check in pero yung upuan sa dining table is 1, i dont know if 1 lng ba tlga? So while were yung partner ko nkaupo siya sa bed since 1 nga lng yung upuan. Lately nrin nplitan yung card nmin after mangyri yung incident.

The room didn’t feel boutique, the layout was odd, furniture uncomfortable, and cleaning was poor, hair in the bathroom and dirty sinks.

I loved the entire property and the fact that it’s pet friendly. The art display was lovely and there are restaurants where we can eat. Food was good too. Too bad the meditation center is only open Saturdays (I think, it was closed when we were there)

My friend’s boyfriend went there for a quick visit and they were not properly treated by the guard on duty (though his name was not determined) when he was asked to move his motorcycle. It upset her because he could’ve been more polite.

Great place to spend a few days at a reasonable price, in a beautiful surrounding. Rooms themselves are on the small size but good enough for two people. The swimming pool is small but well maintained. Location is not the best but close enough to everything by car or a tricycle. There is a convenience store across the street as well as two restaurants, one of which is a little gem with great food and ambience (Sweet Knot Haven). Also, kudos for the art collection, which shows taste and quality.

Daily service could be improved. The room service is limited and you will need to constantly ask for the basics as the hotel seems short staffed. Linens and curtains were stained (had to ask for new linens, which were provided). Foul smell coming from the bathroom sometimes. Jacuzzis on the rooftop were out of service. A little beaten down in some parts, seems to be going through partial renovation.

Upon arrival, there is no drinking water in the room. No sleepers, no toothbrush and toothpaste. We have to ask still the housekeeping to have this. And the staff took so long to give us, what we were asking.

The area looks nice. You can go around for a morning walk. There are restaurants and convenience store inside the property so you don’t have to go out to buy. It’s easy to reach the reception thru the room phone.

We stayed in king suite and I occupied one of the twin beds. For the entire stay, I suffered from sleeping without any AC since it’s only hitting one of the two twin beds. Also, the entire bathrooms were reeking of sewage smell so we had to clean it to conceal the smell. The bed linens are dirty and there are stains in it. The curtains going to the garden are also dirty, there’s even a trapped fly in it.

We waited over two hours to check in, only to be informed that our original room was not available. We were then transferred to another room, which unfortunately also had several issues. The bathroom sink was faulty, and there was a persistent foul odor in the room. In addition, we requested that the room be cleaned during the morning. However, when we returned to the hotel later that day, the room was still in the same condition. When we raised this with hotel staff, we were informed that housekeeping may have missed the room signage, which was disappointing given that a clear request had been made. That said, I would like to note that the manager was very approachable and helpful, and the receptionist was also polite and professional, which we appreciated.

Instagrammable because of nature

Luma lahat, yung room madumi. Hindi sila na naglinis nung day 2. Mabilis sumagot sa calls pero walang dumadating sa request. Late checkin, nakalagay sa Itinerary 2pm pagdating dun insist nila 3pm start, pero past 4pm na kami nakapasok sa room. Hindi malinis hindi din amoy hotel amoy amag yung cabinet hindi mo malagyan ng gamit. Wala ding clinic nanghingi ako ng tube ice dahil nasprain ako wala. Yung almusal ang tagal iserve tapos ang konti ng rice, pag nagpaadd ka mahal 260 kada set. Walang creamer yung coffee, timplado na pagdating. Ganda sana nagwalking sa gabi kaso hinabol kami ng aso sa parking. Yung attendant panay for a while hindi sumasagot maayos. Next day hindi magamit keycard need pa pareactivate sa reception area.

The bathrooms were not maintained properly. The common b&t toilet baisin was not functioning properly. The tubes were leaking, so when we got there it was shot off. Bidet was not functioning. The toilet baisin was empty so it did not flush. Toiletries were not complete. They just had toothbrush and a very small soap. There were very few parking slots that we had yo park our car far from the establishment. Staff were not that friendly and accommodating.

The location is really great. The staff particularly Adrian was super helpful.

Cleanliness, quite location. Hotel personnel were very nice and quick to ack. Hotel didnt have our reservation so we didnt get the room expected until the following day. However, they did provide rooms (single) the first night. No discount was offered. One other negative, the 2nd common bathroom didnt have hot water.

There's a nice small gallery in the lobby. The front office staff is a hit or miss. We talked to one who was accommodating and easy to talk to, and the other was not so...

The worst part was there was no WIFI for most of my stay. They gave me a sim card router, but that wasn't working well either. The bathroom too was super duper small and uncomfortable. The interior of the room needs desperate renovation. The furnishing is not that nice. And for the price we paid, it would be nice to have breakfast with it.

1. The rooms are extremely dirty. Molds are prevalent everywhere (grout, shower head, doors, etc.) and the toilet smells terrible. 2.The room conditions are unacceptable due to widespread mold growth and unpleasant toilet odors. 3.I'm having difficulty showering due to excessive mold on the showerhead. Additionally, the faucet's mold growth makes toothbrushing challenging. 4. The showerhead and faucet are heavily infested with mold, hindering personal hygiene. I regret spending Php 6,000 for this kind of hold. Waste of money.

First room smelled of urine, second room they moved us to the tv was not working, took them 3 hours to fix the issue. The bathroom is so small you have to sit on the toilet to take a shower. Really was a horrible place and just not worth the money we paid

The sheets smell so bad we had to ask them to replace them twice (even the replacement sheets smelled bad). The pillows and the mattess are not so comfy. The hot water in the shower does not work. Dirty glasses, cups for coffee. And omg, there were even cocroaches. Worst experience.

our hotel room window was leaking due to heavy rain, no telephone in the room and we needed to request for it. Also, had a experience with heater malfunction in our CR.

The cute little 2 bed room. The Lobby is very specious and good art decorated. The surrounding is very " green"with even pine threes.

The very little comfort room not separated with showercurtain or so. I don't like to walk on wet floor! (dangerous ) The Restaurant. has very ,very limited menue choices. And like often in the Philippines , this and that is not available!

Staff at the hotel and restaurants were very, very friendly & quite professional. The overall concept of the place was promising.

The bathroom/toilet. Too small that the whole toilet got wet when you took a shower, including the trash can. The drainage stank during the shower and because the trash can was continuously getting wet. The concept if minimizing the toilet space to make more room for the bedroom just did not work.

Its for nature lovers. Environment friendly.
