Tolles Zimmer, das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum des Ortes. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es werden mehrere warme Getränke serviert. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. We were given a comfortable, queit, clean room with a wonderful view of the town and hills beyond. The owner was very accommodating with convenient parking and a full breakfast arrangement.

Das Hotel liegt zentral im Dorf. Alles ist ordentlich und sauber. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war mit allem ausgestattet was gebraucht wurde. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war gut und lecker. Im Hotel wird nicht mehr gekocht, aber es gibt nur ein paar Meter weiter ein gutes Restaurant.

Bagno grande, ottima pulizia, personale super gentile, ottima colazione molto ricca. Possibilità di parcheggio auto interno.

Il pavimento della stanza è un po'... come dire... sembra "elastico" e quando si cammina vibrano anche le ante degli armadi. Questo capita anche se sono gli ospiti delle altre camere a muoversi nelle loro stanze. Bisogna avere il piede leggero :-)

Cuando llegamos el aspecto de fuera nos dió un poco de mal rollo.Pero una vez q entras encuentras un sitio rustico super limpio y la amabilidad de el señor que hay ahí..la habitación grande y con detalle de aguas y tes . Y el desayuno super completo y muy rico..nos encantó

Einfaches, aber sehr sauberes Hotel zu einem günstigen Preis. Das Frühstück ist für diese Preisklasse gigantisch. Es gibt praktisch alles, was das Herz begehrt, also kein bescheidenes "italienisches" Frühstück. Der Angestellte war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage im Dorfkern ist sehr gut und ruhig. Ein Restaurant fürs Abendessen ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenso ist Novaggio günstig gelegen für Ausflüge sowohl an den Luganersee als auch an den Lago Maggiore (man fährt quasi über den Hügel bis nach Luino). Das Zimmer ist einfach ausgestattet, kein TV aber dafür ein Kühlschrank, sehr bequemes Bett, grosszügiges Bad, kleiner Balkon.

Das Haus hat keinen Lift, aber das kann man bei den bescheidenen Platzverhältnissen in älteren Tessinerhäusern auch nicht erwarten.

Albergo carino, con un gestore gentilissimo e super disponibile. Posizione molto tranquilla ma a due passi da diversi sentieri e dai centri di maggiore interesse.

Very clean, comfortable stay. I love the neighborhood of where this stay is located. It was my favorites of the 6 places we stayed in Switzerland. Breakfast was incredible, simple but had everything you could want. Dining was across the street in a very nice restaurant. Staff was so very kind. Loved it!

Hotel was in a different city not in Lugano where we requested to be. Way too far to Lugano

No staff clean the room ever day.. 1 a week oder ma by one time pro stay . No soap in batroom at all.

leuk hotel en ruime kamer, ligt hoog in de bergen in een klein plaatsje, er is 1 restaurant , en dat is van dxelfde eigenaar als het hotel. een bus is op loop aftand. Tip: vraag om het ticino ticket, deze is gratis, waarmee je gratis met bus en trein door heel ticino kan reizen. de kaart geeft ook kortingen

Super friendly staff, easy parking, spacious room and just the breakfast that you need. They also run the restaurant around the corner in the old post office, which is well worth your apetite.

Nice view from the room, We were able to see the roedeer walking accross the little valley.

Everything was perfect here! Cozy hotel in ancient building in the center of the village. Clean and nicely equiped room, very good breakfast and best coffee! Best option for 60chf in this region!

Honestly, the cappuccino was great, the best we had during our travel. But that was all. The owner was kind, but our stay very disappointing.

First of all we were not informed before that there was some kind of street party, so we could not reach the hotel by car, we tried but got stuck in one way traffic streets with only 10cm space left and right of the car... Total lack of communication. So it took us in the end an hour to finally get in the hotel. There was no elevator so we had to carry our luggage to the third floor through small corridor steps. The room was seldom in its simplicity, only beds and that's all. No TV, no safe, no minibar, no table, no airco, nothing... So I would not recommend this one for a longer stay. This was the most disappointing stay (and we have had a lot, already 6 on this travel) in any hotel I can remember.

The staff are really helpful.

No AC and the Catholic Church bell is too close, loudly and keeps ringing from 7Am to 7pm.

The people, food and the town were great. I enjoyed my stay.

The restaurant attached to the actual building where our apartment was, La Posta, rather than in the original hotel, Belcantone. The food was very good, very friendly and capable staff and very reasonably priced. Worth going there for the restaurant! The two room apartment was spacious, however the kitchen could do with some extra basic items.

Being at the main intersection of the small village there was a bit of traffic noise but only early in the morning and early evening. The church bells begin at 7am but do stop at 10pm! We didn't stay in the main hotel building and only had breakfast there on the last day, which was fairly basic. As one of the beds is in the large living room, there was no sofa, but there was a dining table and chairs.

Kleines Hotel in den Bergen. Renoviert, alles bestens, Frühstück lecker, nette Leute.

We were looking for a convenient stop on a long journey and were pleased to find this property in a charming village near Lugano. The staff were helpful and friendly, the accommodation was basic bur comfortable and the food was very good value.

Ideally it would have helped to have air-conditioning because it was exceptionally hot but no complaints.

Séjour très agréable. Frederico nous a accompagné et a fait beaucoup d'efforts pour nous parler en français. La cuisine étant excellente. Le petit déjeuner varié. Seul petit bémol, les chambres mériteraient une meilleure isolation phonique. Cependant avis très positif

Schön im Malcantone gelegene Unterkunft. Sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Kein TV auf dem Zimmer, dafür gutes WLAN. Restaurant sehr gutes Preis-leistungsverhältnis. Vor allem das inkludierte Ticino Ticket ist eine tolle Sache.
