Alojamientos moderno, con todo lo que puedes encontrar en un hotel. pero traslado a un duplex, porque básicamente es eso. Todos los duplex están mirando a la piscina y se respira una tranquilidad increíble.

Je vous recommande cet hôtel si vous êtes de passage à Djerba ! Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins Nous avons séjourné 7 nuits dans cet hôtel au mois de juin, il n’y a rien à dire, le petit déjeuné était excellent et avec du choix tous les jours Il y a un café où ils servent en non stop du soir au matin (brunch, repas, cocktails…) tout est délicieux et frais. Le personnel reste à votre disposition 24h/24 et sont à l’écoute sur toutes vos demandes, vraiment un personnel bienveillant et doux. L’hôtel est MAGNIFIQUE, comme sur les photos Vraiment je ne peux que vous recommencer cet hôtel !! ☺️

Tout était parfait, de l’emplacement, à la suite que nous avions, le personnel qui était aux petits soins. La partie centrale avec la piscine donne un côté “petite résidence” qui est très convivial et très tranquille, même quand il y a quelques enfants qui sautent dans la piscine!

Nous étions donc logés dans une suite sur 2 niveaux, avec une cuisine (frigo, plaques chauffantes, four micro-ondes) mais aucun équipement n’est fourni (assiette, couverts, casserole, poêle, etc) ce qui est un peu étrange car du coup, on n’a pas vraiment besoin des plaques chauffantes

la colazione era ottima e variava ogni giorno, la posizione era strategica e silenziosa dato che le camere affacciavano sul cortile interno con una fantastica piscina che ci siamo goduti ogni giorno. Staff gentile e disponibile.

We spent really comfortable staying by the staffs. - Very supportive reception like concierge - Professional and amazing cleaning team - Perfect team working between hotel and restaurant - Nice pool will enough chairs and parasols You can stay your room as restaurant and hotel!!

A bit far from beach by walking. Weak WiFi in case of using in the room (reception area has strong signal).

The hospitality was so great and the apartment was amazing and clean. The breakfast was amazing. I went twice and I would love to go back again.

La piscine était très propre et l’appartement en rez de jardin facilite les allers retours à la piscine. Le restaurant le maalouf est très bon. Les réceptionnistes sont gentils.

Quelques cafards dans la salle de bain… la douche fait sale à cause des joints usés. D’après les commentaires le petit dej était fabuleux mais je ne vois pas où. Le monsieur du restaurant le matin était plus que désagréable, la table n’était même pas dressée, jette les couverts pendant qu’on mange… bref Peu de choix, le pain de mauvaise qualité, le café très moyen, bref nous avons eu le sentiment que tous les commentaires lus étaient faux. L’hôtel est loin de tout il faut marcher pour tout c’est pénible surtout avec la chaleur et des enfants. Les serveurs du maalouf ne sont pas accueillants plus que ça. Nous n’y retournerons pas c’est sûr

Beautiful, well-maintained patio with a refreshing swimming pool, plus a mini-pool for small kids. The restaurant and especially the tea room are locally famous, and in the evening there is live music and festive atmosphere, with local families and visitors enjoying alike, very family-friendly. The stuff is very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant is reasonably priced, and the food is good. Air conditionning worked well.

Our room was a bit dated, and some refurbishing would help. But nothing critical.

I liked the feeling of exclusivity with only 10 apartments located in an L shaped around a beautiful pool lined with palm trees. For us it was low key & peaceful and we enjoyed the space- bathroom & living room with tv downstairs & large comfortable kingsize bed( supet comfortablr),balcony & bathroom upstairs. Staff were kind, efficient friendly & I was amazed at the delivery of a birthday cake by staff arranged by my man with indoor fireworks, candles the lot. They were very obliging and flexible. We did have a car and chose Palm Suite location because it was easy to reach all parts of the island and 15minutes walk to the sea. We also liked that breakfast (included)was just a short walk across from the rooms, parking was easy & there is a convenience store right next door. We liked being able to sit outside our room late at night and enjoy the ambience,the quiet and the lights illuminating the pool & palms

Yes our shower was a bit worn. I can live with that it's a local Tunisian accommodation not a mass market resort. It would be useful to have hooks or somewhere to hang your clothes in the bathroom. There weren't any cooking utensils in the kitchen area but we weren't self catering.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel, nous avons été surpris par la taille de la suite. La qualité de la literie est super. Tout est propre et le personnel est aux petits soins. Nous avions parfois la piscine pour nous tout seul. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr.

Lovely friendly staff, we were the only ones at the property due to Eid celebrations. The staff did their best to make sure we were looked after even though there wasnt anyone else around for three days. The rooms were fully air-conditioned throughout which was extremely helpful. Peaceful environment

Die Matrazen war für mich fast zu weich. Aber das ist auf sehr hohem niveo reklamiert.

Nous sommes resté que 1 nuit du coup nous avons pas pu profiter de la piscine pour savoir… personnel très gentil.

Porte fenêtre de la chambre trop petite donc reste toujours un peu ouvert du coup on entend le bruit de dehors et léger vent qui rentre. Petit déjeuner décevant ! Pas grand choses à manger

Nice, but dated, property. Rooms are actually two level suites - living area /kitchenette/half bathroom down, bedroom/full bath up with terrace on ground floor and balcony upstairs, both overlooking the pool. Certainly spacious with closet space in the bedroom and a good-sized bath next to it. Kitchenette, with fridge, microwave and 2-burner stove was nice to have but oddly had not one single thing in it - no plates, bowls, silverware, glassware or cooking equipment or utensils of any kind. Guess they want you to eat in their restaurant, which we did one night, and it was decent. Breakfast is included and offers many hot and cold items. Most of the hot dishes weren’t that appealing so we stuck to the hard-boiled eggs. Croissants, fresh baguettes and some sweet bread/cake were nice. The pool area is inviting (though too chilly for us in mid-April), spent a morning in the lounge chairs there. Towels are worn thin and frayed. Parking on site was useful.

We were very impressed with how large the apartment is, brilliant value for money. The bed was comfortable and extra blankets were also provided, which was needed as it got chilly at night. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in Tunisia, plenty of food and drinks provided. Would absolutely stay again :)

The bathroom needs updating, fitting were falling off the walls and it was a little dirty in the shower. There’s a kitchen in the apartments but nothing is provided to actually cook with, which we thought was strange. Would be nice to have the option to cook for ourselves.

Franchement, un hôtel exceptionnel. On s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil, attentionné et toujours avec le sourire. Tout est propre, spacieux et très bien situé. Une expérience magnifique que je n’oublierai pas, je recommande les yeux fermés.

Unfortunately, there is no prior notice that the hotel restaurant has different hours and menu than normal because of Ramadan. This is completely understandable, but should be noted on the website when booking during Ramadan

Sehr nettes Personal, das alle Extrawünsche erfüllt. Das Essen schmeckt gut.

Es ist nicht wirklich sauber und aus dem Bad kommt ein kommt andauernd ein unangenehmer Geruch.
