Ужасно воняло! Этот запах был ужасен, на завтраке было очень некомфортно есть. Сам завтрак тоже был не из лучших в том плане, что даже не могли дать горячей еды. Все что стояло на острове в основном мясная тарелка и сырная. Один омлет, который был холодный и баклажан с грибами, все холодное.

It is really a minimalist room. A comfortable bed but that is all.

Top Hotel in einem neu ausgebauten ehemaligen Nonnenkloster! Sehr gutes Frühstück! Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Terrasse. Service sehr gut! Das Hotel liegt im historischen Zentrum von Vic d.h. der Ort kann gut zu Fuß besucht werden. Wir würden immer wieder dort buchen!

Le bruit. à 3 ou 4h du matin, beaucoup de bruit et discussions à voix haute dans une chambre voisine, ou le couloir. Un établissement de ce standing devrait y prêter attention

Kein Platz im Zimmer Sachen abzulegen! Nicht einmal hacken im Bad die Handtücher aufzuhängen ☹️. Beim ankommen haben wir ein sehr schlecht riechendes Zimmer bekommen! Der Mann an der Rezeption hat versucht ein Zimmer Wechsel zu machen…. Das hat soooooo lange gedauert! Er hat nie von einem Wasserkocher gehört! Das checkin war sehr sehr mühsam

Zeer mooi, sereen hotel. Comfortabele kamers, zeer proper. Beperktere keuze bij ontbijt, maar dat is helemaal logisch aangezien er hoogwaardige en homemade producten worden aangeboden. Een koffietje en eitje kan besteld worden bij de bediening. Prachtige locatie, met mooi onderhouden tuin. Parkeren kan in nabijgelegen ondergrondse parking (ong. 5 min wandelen tot hotel), hotel biedt hiervoor een voordeeltarief.

Ontbijt: de mogelijk om een eitje te bestellen werd niet actief meegedeeld. Gelukkig zagen we anderen het doen en hadden we zo ook deze lekkere aanvulling bij het ontbijt.

A truly dreadful experience. Having received promotional material beforehand suggesting we book the restaurant for a culinary experience and the wellness centre for a massage, when we arrived at the hotel the restaurant was closed, as was the bar and wellness centre except a jacuzzi. Had we been alerted to this earlier we wouldn’t have stayed and I believe we were deliberately deceived. The first room we were given, the bathroom was in a disgusting state with mould all around the shower. The second room seemed better until we discovered after we had gone to bed that the air conditioning didn’t work. The temperatures in Vic during mid summer are extremely high. At approximately midnight I went and spoke with the reception to complain as it was quite impossible to sleep. At that point we had decided to drive home to France. Whilst my wife packed our case I spoke with a manager at the end of a telephone who suggested they would find another room for us. By 1 am we had our third room. This was after a long drive during the day and all we wanted was a massage, a dinner and a room to sleep. This hotel provided none of this. The hotel is an utter disgrace and does not deserve four stars.

El ambiente de calma que respira el lugar y la decoración. La situación del Hotel que permite visitar el centro histórico de Vic a pie, sin necesidad de coger el coche.

El desayuno en el Hotel, no porque fuera escaso o no correcto, sino porque no había información sobre los alérgenos de los productos, y aquellos que tenemos restricciones alimentarias ( no por elección sino por necesidad) tenemos que depender de preguntar continuamente el contenido de los alimentos.

Beautiful hotel (former convent) in great location, right in the historic quarter. No car park, but only a short walk from a secure underground car park (payable)

Dame aan de receptie was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was prachtig!

Helaas was het restaurant gesloten, maar we zijn verwezen naar een mooi alternatief!

Beautiful communal areas: reception, breakfast room, gardens. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Great location, though you need to park a few minutes away.

Prachtig gebouw in een rustige stad. Het gebouw is een oud nonnenhuis en heeft een prachtig interieur en mooie grote tuin. Het pand ademt geschiedenis. De kamers zijn praktisch ingericht, maar wel strak. De lobby, het restaurant en de bar zijn heel mooi.

Verbeterpunten zitten voornamelijk in de details: geen welkomstbericht op je kamer en geen douche artikelen. Het ontbijt was goed, alleen niet heel veel keuze, zoals we gewend zijn bij andere hotels. Geen parkeren voor de deur, ze maken gebruik van de parkeergarage verderop. €17 per dag.

El hotel es precioso, la habitación, las zonas comunes y los jardines. Nos dieron una habitación con terraza, mejor de la que habíamos contratado.

El desayuno es flojo, no está acorde con la categoría del hotel

struttura bellissima, posizione in centro ottima per turismo un po' meno per lavoro. c'è cmq un parcheggio vicino ma da fare a piedi. camera grande e con bellissima vista sul giardino e centro storico. ottima la colazione e la location. bella la yacuzzi in terrazza, gratis su prenotazione.

la stanza purtroppo dava sulla chiesa le cui campane suonano continuamente (non è colpa dell'hotel ma devono essere insonorizzate bene le camere di un 4*s). poi c'erano rumori dell'impianto dell'acqua nel bagno...insomma da un 4* s mi aspettavo di più. la palestra è in realtà un angolo non molto accessoriato nel sottotetto non fruibile da 2 persone. non ho provato il ristorante.

El personal en la entrada muy amable y sonriente. EL ambiente general es muy relajante, la decoración de muy buen gusto. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y las vistas preciosas.

Algún problemilla de limpieza en la ducha, ya que nos encontramos con pelo impidiendo que fluya el agua correctamente. También, el desayuno deja que desear, por el precio pagado, muchos platos estaban vacíos al llegar (8h30) y no se volvieron a llenar en ningún momento. No propusieron alternativa al café, una pena.

Millor seria Certa diversitat més en els productes de l'esmorzar. El cost d'esmorssar per un allotjat hauria de ser independent de si el reserves prèviament o no.

M'he vist penalitzat en el pagament del parking municipal a causa de que sóc usuari de ViaT i per tant no haig de treure ticket i en consecuencia no he pogut gaudir dels 2 euros de bonificació.

No teníamos aire acondicionado en la habitación porque estaba estropeado y había durante la noche 28 grados y fue imposible dormir por el calor

Its location was good being so central. The actual property itself was charming and its history interesting. With pretty garden

The parking process was shambles and the system doesn’t work. We ended up paying twice. Charged at the end for mini bar drinks we didn’t have. House keeping late and rude. And initially no bathroom products in the room. Inexperienced staff. No response from them to our email regarding the above. Other guests in our wedding party experienced problems eg no a/c in the room.

El acceso al hotel es terrible, muy lejos del parking y para llevar las maletas muy incómodo, el horario del desayuno es a partir de las 8.00 cuando en la web ponía a las 7.00, el buffet del desayuno muy pobre en cantidad y mala calidad (el pan durísimo, por ejemplo) y mal olor fuera de la habitación (como de filtraciones de la cocina).

La calma, l edifici. Com en un context de fades històric. L esmorzar molt bo. Personal molt atent.

L aigua de la dutxa era calenta tèbia i amb la calor que feia hagués preferit que fora freda del tot. I l habitació tres quarts del mateix. He passat calor a la nit tot i estar encès l aire condicionat. Per escriure en l escriptori el meu cos em tapava la llum del sostre. M hagués faltat una làmpada a la tauleta d escriptori.

Algunos desperfectos por arreglar en el lavabo, que aunque bien decorado, necesita un poco de mantenimiento como la pieza para sujetar la ducha rota, la pieza para papel higiénico rota. A parte de esos detalles todo super bien. El restaurante la verdad que bastante flojo. Creo que ese día algo pasó con relación a organización, no lo se.

Buena ubicación y el hotel es muy bonito

Cuando llegamos el aire acondicionado estaba estaba descompuesto, y no había ninguna solución. La persona de la entrada era muy amable, llevaba pocos días en el trabajo, estaba sola, y la manager del hotel no le contestaba. Cuando finalmente la pudo atender, le dijo que nos cambiáramos de hotel.

Una lástima q la ducha sea pequeña en comparación con el resto de la habitación que es preciosa .

L'habitació estava molt neta però la terrassa bruta. Quan vam arribar no funcionava cap endoll de l'habitació i la resposta del personal va ser bastant passiva. Suposo que és per l'època però falta personal.

La ubicación (casco antiguo) no permite acceder a un auto en la salida del hotel y nos cambiamos 2 veces de habitación por fallas (pero lo arreglaron)

The location is very nice in a central position. The hotel is beautifully designed, the shared spaces are welcoming and pleasant, the garden is spacious and calm.

Beyond the cold shower, what made my experience awful was that the hotel staff stole my jacket. I forgot my jacket and my coat in the room, when I realised it after checkout, I promptly called the hotel. The reception confirmed that they found my stuff, all was good and told me to call again the next day. So I did, and I was told that they couldn't send my stuff by postal service but I would have to pick them up at the hotel. I thought it was unconvenient, but I agreed with them that I would come to the hotel the next Saturday. Saturday came, I reminded them again in the morning that I would arrive in the late afternoon, and I arrived in Vic (from Barcelona) at 18.00. 10 minutes before my arrival , they sent a whatsapp message to me stating that they were not finding my clothers anymore. Once in the structure, I had to wait there 1 hour and eventully a person from the stuff managed to find my coat. "I looked everywhere and randomly found it on a place where it was not supposed to be". But there was no trace of mt beautiful jacket. They told me to go home and that they would call me again the next day to give me an update and, at worst, refund me. Two days later the chief of staff called me and indirectly inferred I was inventing stuff and that I never left the jacket at the hotel because they never found it. I highlighted how they randomly found my coat and suggested that probably they mishandled in the sae way the jacket, but it was there because I was sure I forgot it in the wordrobe along with the coat. Never got an answer nor an apology.

In kamer deed airco het niet. Kregen andere kamer; aanvankelijk kamer met ‘twijfelaar’ tegen muur. Uiteindelijk goede kamer. Receptionist ging niet helemaal goed om met situatie

Leider entspricht der Internetauftritt bei Booking nicht der Realität. 4 Sterne mehr als zweifelhaft. Zimmer werden nicht richtig dargestellt. Restaurant und Barbetrieb entgegen der Angaben dauerhaft geschlossen. Anfahrt zum laden unmöglich, Parkplatz nur öffentlich ca. 1km enternt, Klimaanlagen funktionierten in allen drei Zimmern nicht, obere Etage nicht per Fahrstuhl erreichbar, Türschließanlage defekt in einer Suite sowie Kühlschranktür mit Teslafilm repariert, Keine Eierspeisen beim Frühstück auch auf Anfrage nicht, "nicht verfügbar" an beiden Tagen

Fahrrad konnte sicher untergestellt werden, Personal war sehr freundlich, Lage hervorragend

Ubicación muy buena en el centro de Vic. Cama de matrimonio muy grande y el hotel se ve muy nuevo por dentro, con muebles bonitos y muy tranquilo.

Quizás algún cojín más en la la cama de la habitación.

La situación muy buena, la habitación muy amplia igual que el baño. Agradable.

Pedimos habitación con terraza y no había ni una triste silla para poder leer o simplemente relajarse. La nevera hacia mucho ruido. Ya se que es cortesía, pero solo había agua para una persona y una sola capsula de café.

Etablissement propre et très bien situé. Le bâtiment est très original. Le Jardin est magnifique. Tout est propice au repos et à la détente. Parking public souterrain situé à 2 minutes à pieds. (conseil: visualisez bien l'emplacement de l'hôtel avant de vous y rendre, c'est plein de petites ruelles avec pavés). Petit-déjeuner excellent. Je n'ai pas pu tester le restaurant. Le personnel (Accueil, service pdj et service chambre) est très courtois et très professionnel.

Schönes, gepflegtes, saubereres Hotel, für Spanien preislich gehoben. Erst nach der Buchung erfähert man, per Nachricht in Katalan, was Google auch nicht kennt. Daß der angegebene Parkplatz als solcher nicht existiert. Es gibt eine Kooperation mit einem Parkhaus, welches dann vergünstigt ist. Ich Reise mit dem Motorrad, buche per App. Das Zimmer war nur per Voraus zu bezahlen . Nach Buchung, ich bin wieder auf dem Weg. Erhalte ich die Modalitäten zum Parken. Ir Ort erfahre ich, dass es eine Wegstrecke von 5-7 Minuten zum Parkhaus ist. Ich habe mehrere gesundheitliche Einschränkungen und daher mehr Gepäck. Somit hätte ich 4x vom Hotel zum Parkhaus und zurück laufen müssen was etwa 1 Stunde bedeutet. Ich verfüge über einen Schwerbehinderten Ausweis. Ich musste an der Straße parken, da war es insgesamt nur 45 Minuten „Wanderweg“! Eine Zumutung und für Menschen mit Einschränkungen und Motorradreisende eine Unverschämtheit!

Extremely friendly staff, beautiful location. I particularly enjoyed the courtyard at the back of the hotel, very peaceful and a great place to get some work/study done if needed.

The hotel was great, but Vic is a very sleepy town. I loved that in general, but it was sometimes a challenge to find open places, such as pharmacies and restaurants. But the hotel staff really helped.

No me gustó la calor que hace en la habitación, que es insoportable . No pudimos bajar la temperatura de 25,8 grados, ni con la ayuda de recepción. Tampoco nos gustó nada que no pudiéramos ver la tv desde la cama porque estaba metida en un cuarto adyacente,

Lo más destacable del alojamiento es su ubicación y que es un edificio histórico. La chica que servía el desayuno fue muy maja. El desayuno está bien.

Para el precio que pagamos el servicio y las instalaciones son muy malas. En las habitaciones no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, llamamos dos veces a la recepción y nos dijeron que lo arreglarían pero nunca lo hicieron. El agua de la ducha salía únicamente fría y poca. Llamar a la recepción para pedir algo no daba resultado, respondían solo con monosílabos.

Muy difícil acceso; se accede por callejuelas recónditas, con algunas indicaciones en la calle pocas y muy poco visibles. Tuvimos que caminar unos 400 m desde el parking La habitación, con estilo pero no digna de un 4*: Una mesa diminuta, una sola silla, amenities en el baño escasas, lugar para apoyar una sola valija, en el duchero no hay donde apoyar nada, ni el jabón. Desayuno de poca variedad. Mala relación precio/prestaciones

L'atenció del recepcionista, per alguna causa que desconec, Booking no va enviar bé la reserva nostra a l'hotel i per sort, el recepcionista ens va ajudar.

La porta de l'habitació 127 és de vidre i entra molt de llum. En el bany, la instal·lació d'aigua fa molta renou.
