À à peine 10 minutes à pied de l'arc de Triomphe, la localisation de l'hôtel est un ÉNORME atout ! J'ai été très bien accueillie, tout le personnel était très sympathique :) C'était exactement ce qu'il me fallait pour mon séjour pour un concert à la salle Pleyel. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier très vivant avec un marché et de nombreux petits magasins et restaurateurs. Ma chambre était au 1er étage et était propre et bien équipée !

Il vaut mieux prendre des boules quies, car le quartier est un peu bruyant de part sa vie, et l'insonorisation de l'hôtel laisse à désirer. La chambre peut être un peu petite à 2, mais étant voyageuse seule cela me convenait. Attention, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur ! Ça ne m'a pas dérangé étant au 1er étage et profitant aussi du cadre de l'immeuble typique parisien, mais important à souligner pour d'autres voyageurs :)

Le personnel au petit soin. J'ai bien aimé j'y reviendrai c'est certain. Être en surclassement et bénéficier d'une des meilleure chambre de l'hôtel, je valide. Agréablement surprise !!!

A/C worked well even though we didn't need it. Hot water and shower worked well. Location convenient to stores and restaurants.

The black walls should be changed to a lighter color, The rooms are so small that it makes it look even smaller, depressive, so dark. Bathroom door needs to be changed, they swing, not attached to the wall. TV holder was also broken so we couldn't turn it so we didn't hit our heards. Buring the cleaning, too much chlorine was used, we got such a headache and had to sleep with open windows. Sink should not be in a room but in a bathroom..Coffee, tea and tap water should be complementary for guests.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Hotel ist in einer tagsüber belebten Straße und abends ist es ruhig.

Die Zimmergröße (für Pariserverhältnisse) war winzig, zu zweit wäre es definitiv zu klein gewesen. Die Zimmer sind bis zum 6. Stock, es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl und es wurde keine Hilfe angeboten beim Gepäck hochtragen.

Muito bem localizado, foi um ponto forte na estadia, inclusive a rua que esta localizado é super legal. O hotel é charmoso apesar de pequeno, o quarto é bem equipado mas simples, sem frigobar, e os funcionários sao simplesmente queridos!

Poderiaa ter um frigobar no quarto, o banheiro era bem pequeno e o hotel em si bem pequeno também, apesar que isso nao era grand e problemas. Achei o café da manha bem fraco, nao recomendaria.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, all the staff was beyond polite and willing to help, and overall we had a wonderful stay in the centre of the city. Would totally recommend and would love to return in the future!

Excellent alternative in Paris with superb location 7 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower and Champs Elysses; 15 minutes walk from the bus station for Bouvet Airport. Friendly and helpful staff, 24 hour reception desk. A lot of supermarkets, bakeries available very close. Safe place for walking day and night. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

WiFi could be better but is not a problem.

The staff were so pleasant every time we spoke with them and the bed was super comfortable, maybe a little firm for some. The location was great for being pretty close to two subway lines and the Arc de Triomphe. It was a little unorthodox to leave the hotel key back at the front desk all the time when stepping out but it was super helpful to not need to worry about losing the key while out in the city.

Unfortunately, there were a few things that were a bit lackluster. I think it's just a fact of trying to have a hotel in an older Paris property but the rooms are relatively small to most hotels. So just keep that in mind. Also, the showers are quite small to move around in, which might be an issue for some. And the Wi-Fi is pretty unusable most of the time. It's also worth highlighting that there's no elevator, which is really only an issue when carrying your bags up and down, but the staff let us know that they'd be happy to help bring them up for us.

No tiene ascensor, subir 5 pisos es bastante molesto. El Wifi no andaba bien. El vano de la puerta del baño era mas grande que la hoja corrediza, no puede cerrarse del todo la puerta, se ve el inodoro desde la cama creo que tienen que resolver eso.

I tried cancelling the booking but I couldn’t and then I tried changing the dates of my stay to cancel one night but booking tells me that the hotel declined the request and when I showed up to the hotel asking the receptionist if they could cancel one night, they told me that booking is the problem. The hotel service was very bad and the night was very uncomfortable, I couldn’t get any of my money back. Terrible experience with booking, I don’t know how the reviews for this hotel are amazing and I dont know how booking allows this.

Das Personal war super lieb und konnte uns auch auf englisch und spanisch weiterhelfen. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber perfekt. Klimaanlage, leise, mega bequemes Bett, Badezimmer sauber mit allem was man braucht und ein ordentlicher duschstrahl. Die Lage ist auch ausgezeichnet! Man hat wortwörtlich alles vor der Tür, sogar ein Aldi. Der Arc de triumph ist nur 10min zu fuss entfernt und von da aus kommt man wirklich überall mit der bahn hin. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

I absolutely LOVED the room. It was a very small, quaint, boutique hotel and I loved the vibe. It was very cosy, the staff knew all the guests and in general the hotel was absolutely amazing and JUST WHAT WE WANTED. We wanted to explore Paris and spend our time doing things and eating and drinking new things, NOT staying at a big corporate hotel with thousands of people. The place was small, felt like a big house and decorated to a superior standard. Much more my taste than a big corporate hotel anyway. We didn't have the breakfast on purpose, because we wanted to eat out all the time, which in my opinion is always best. Hotel breakfasts get super boring super quick, but thankfully there are is a brasserie which did petit dejeuner on each end of the street, within 1min walk! Hotel wifi was a bit hit and miss, but I don't care because I have an all inclusive data package which is ALWAYS better than wifi, I don't understand how people are such incredible cheapskates and don't just pay an extra £20 a month for worldwide unlimited data and rely on rubbish wifi... Even my wifi at home is terrible, it's never better than 5g, so use your brain and 5g!

Everything was perfect for the price that I paid! Had I paid more I would have expected room service, a pool and breakfast, but I didn't and I was very pleased with the value for money.

We really liked the location of the hotel. There were several nice cafés, bakeries, and a small local market nearby. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We would also like to thank the young man at the reception. He was very polite, kind, and understanding, and he made us feel welcome.

The female receptionist was not very welcoming or helpful. We found her communication unfriendly, and she did not make us feel comfortable. At check-in, there was some confusion because we did not understand that we were supposed to come to the desk, and she did not try to help or explain the situation. During our stay, she was often abrupt and did not seem willing to assist us. The room also had several issues. The bathroom door was damaged, and only one of the three light switches worked. The light in the hallway did not work at all. There was no hand soap in the room, and when we asked at reception, we were told there was none available. We were also surprised that there was no kettle, no cups, no plates, and no basic kitchen items to make tea or coffee. The room was very simple. It was also difficult to reach because it was on the sixth floor with no elevator. Finally, the view from the window was only of another building.

J'ai été très bien accueillie, le personnel est très sympathique. La chambre était agréable et propre et la salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle. Je n'ai pas été réveillée par le bruit bien que la chambre donne sur une rue passante. L'hôtel est bien situé, à quelques pas de l arc de triomphe. Je suis restée une nuit et tout s'est bien passé.

Very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was amazing, even better because I wasn't expecting it. I was able to watch the world cup in my room for free when everywhere else I had to pay for a subscription.

I was not the one who made the reservation so I was not aware that I would be sharing the toilet. Other than that, the toilet was very clean and I never had any issues with it. It felt like I had it to myself because I never saw or heard others using it. I had my own shower and sink though which was great!

We really like the room, I thought it will be just a plain room but we actually had living room and a kitchen. We really appreciate all the staff, they have been so kind to us. The location was perfect and we did not hear any sounds from the street.

Das Hotel hat 6 Stockwerke, aber keine Aufzüge und das wird leider auch nicht erwähnt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer ausgerechnet im 6 Stock und das mit schwerem Gepäck und Knieschmerzen. Meine Tasche wurde aber wenigstens hoch- und runtergetragen. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel und wegen der Hitze viel zu heiß, da auch die Vorhänge nicht geschlossen waren. Das Bad war sehr eng und klein und kein Sonnenschutz am Fenster. Leider auch kaum Ablagemöglichkeit. In der Dusche gab es in einer Ecke etwas Schimmel. Der Haartrockner war nicht benutzbar, da er nicht richtig funktionierte und dann auch noch verkokelt roch. Insgesamt war es sonst aber sauber. Das Frühstück war kein Hit, aber OK. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier leider gar nicht.

We loved the hotel, it was in a fabulous location, staff were friendly and rooms were lovely and clean.

There isn't a lift so might be difficult for some. But we were absolutely fine with the stairs.

A localização é maravilhosa. Eu voltaria mil vezes pra ficar nessa região. O atendimento na recepção foi muito bom, não temos do que nos queixar. O quarto é pequeno mas nos atendeu bem. O ar funcionou perfeitamente (e estava um calor de 41°C), o banho também foi bem 10/10. Para quem busca uma estadia curta e com custo acessível (como eu), eu recomendo. Mas se você tiver com muitas malas, então não.

Realmente é muito complicado subir aquelas levas de escadas. Ficamos no 5° andar e foi bem cruel. Mas superamos. O quarto é bem pequeno, por sorte nossas malas eram pequenas. Não tem frigobar e a TV fica na lateral da cama, então você não consegue usar de forma confortável.

GREAT location! super close to metro, arc de triomphe, and restaurants/shops. room was small but nice. no elevator and i was on the 5th out of 6 floors so the stairs were tricky to walk up however, the man working at reception was so kind to me and brought my suitcase up for me, as well as helping me w/ any other problems i had. the room was air conditioned which is quite rare in paris!!

the room is NOT sound proof AT ALL which i didn’t really enjoy because i could hear the guests either side of me and the street was quite loud to be honest.

Entire place is just beautiful. The room is small, but not too small, it's just about right. Right outside there is a little market street, with people shouting "stawberries" in French, which adds to the experience. And air conditioning in the room a very hot day was just heavenly. Parking in Paris is always a problem, even for a motorcycle. But there is a relatively cheap underground parking with keypad that can be easily preordered with OnePark website. The parking and the hotel are very close, which makes it probably the most budget friendly quality hotel in Paris for a lonely motorcycle traveler.

J'ai passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel. La première, aucun problème. Néanmoins, lors de mon retour dans ma chambre le lendemain en fin d'après-midi, une odeur nauséabonde de canalisation n'a fait que s'amplifier jusqu'au début de soirée. Elle était tellement forte qu'elle m'a empêchée de dormir. J'ai donc alerté la personne à l'accueil qui m'a dit être au courant du problème. L'hôtel étant complet, il n'a pas pu me reloger. J'ai donc passé la nuit dans et sans exagérer un "caniveau". Donc, de 1°, ils vendent des nuits dans des chambres insalubres. De 2°, j'ai contacté à plusieurs reprises le manageur, qui a mis 2 semaines avant de me répondre. J'ai demandé un remboursement. Il m'a été versé 40 euros d'indemnisation. J'ai patienté avant de publier cet avis mais aujourd'hui je déconseille vivement cet hôtel pour lequel la direction manque véritablement de professionnalisme. A fuir.

On me dit que la connexion au 2eme marche alors que c'est faux. Aucun effort pour résoudre quand je l'ai signalé... Rapport qualité prix très mauvais Pas bcp de commodité dans la Chambre, contrairement à l'impression que j'avais lors de la réservation en ligne.

Un radiateur de Salle de douche bloqué à fond sur 32°C et la porte communiquant avec la chambre ouverte en pleine canicule : résultat une pièce surchauffée étouffante. Une porte coulissante de Salle de douche qui se déloge de son rail et dont le roulement tombe... Sans compter la poignée bringuebalante. Du bruit dans le couloir jusqu'a 1h du matin.

Il n’y avait pas d’ascenseur, ce qui n’était pas tant dérangeant pour moi mais qui pourrait l’être pour d’autres voyageurs avec des valises. Cabine de douche assez petite, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et il fait chaud en été. L’eau de la douche a mis du temps a se réchauffer. Chambres peu insonorisées.
