Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer schön, sauber, geräumig und das Bett bequem. Der Wellnessbereich war schön gemacht und hat zum Entspannen eingeladen bei traumhafter Kulisse. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgewogen und mit toller Auswahl für jeden was dabei!

Es wäre schön, wenn es noch einen gemütlichen Aussenbereich gäbe, das hat leider total gefehlt. Ausserdem wäre eine Kuhmilch-Alternative toll bei den Selbstbedienungsgetränken (beim Buffet konnte man das Personal direkt fragen).

Wir waren begeistert und kommen wieder. Sehr gute Infrastruktur: Alles was man braucht und mehr. Schöne Zimmer, sehr durchdacht und auch gute Dusche. Bequeme Betten. Goed hotel dichtbij het centrum van Saas Fee. Ontbijt was prima en in de koffiehoek waren de hele dag koffie, thee, croissants en cake beschikbaar. De gratis shuttle service brengt je in 5 minuten van de parkeergarage naar het hotel.

De Spa sluit om 20:00, mag wat mij betreft wat langer open blijven. Zeker wanneer het slecht weer is, is dit een goed alternatief om wat uurtjes te spenderen.

The Location in Saas Fee. The balcony room they gave me, with amazing views. The breakfast. The staff.

Loved everything about it! Stunning view from our room, perhaps the best in all of Saas Fee. Loved the lounge area downstairs, where there was a coffee machine, kitchen area with a fridge & microwave. It made the holiday more affordable as a family of 5. The Coop in the village is incredible (not like at home) so we would take food back there every other night and heat it up and then eat out at local restaurants in between. The breakfast choice was amazing, with a beautiful view of the river. The staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and very spacious! The spa was modern and well equipped.

The only slight downside was the outside terrace. It has the most wonderful view but it isn’t used and had no tables and chairs. We would have definitely used it in the evenings if maintained.

This we the perfect corner for a weekend get away. Normaly I come in the Winter for Snowboarding, this time hiking.

Réceptionniste pas des plus accueillants, à première vue l'hôtel n'est pas un établissement familial. Nous avons demandé une chambre dans les étages supérieurs, mais on nous a placés au 1er étage (peut-être l'hôtel était-il complet?).

Location is great, very central and very close to the Alpin Express (to the glaciers). Breakfast is decent with enough fueling choices. The hiking trail was only minutes away from the hotel so great for dog walks. The room was spacious. Dogs are welcome and I wasn't charged extra, which is appreciative. The hotel is functional and good for a short stay. The bed mattress was good, a bit on the hard side if you prefer that.

The ground-floor room (I stayed in King room 1) felt quite dark and was also fully exposed to passers-by on the street, making it necessary to keep the curtains closed most of the time. The advertised mountain view of the room is definitely overstated. While you can see it from the terrace if you look up through the tree, the view is not really visible from the room itself. The bathroom features glass walls, which further reinforces the need to keep the curtains closed for privacy. This could also feel uncomfortable when sharing the room with a friend. The shower design is also impractical, as water tends to spill out into the room during use. Overall, the layout doesn't prioritize functionality and detracts from comfort and convenience. Lastly, the pillows and towels need replacing. The pillows go completely flat once you lie on them, so they provide virtually no support. The towels were also very worn out. Not every single one was in this condition, but most were, as shown in the attached photo.

Durch die Lage ganz hinten im Dorf ist die Aussicht auf das Bergmassiv völlig unverbaut. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist vielseitig, alles frisch und lecker. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist sehr modern, man fühlt sich wohl.

Nice renovated and spacious room. Breakfast buffet offered all what is needed. Excellent location to the slopes and to the center. Spa is small but offered what is important for a relaxing spa session. Convenient lounge to eat bring in food when dinning out is not the plan.

Sliding doors from the room to the toilette was not really liked. Unusual for us, that people are using the sauna in swimming costumes. Noise started early mornings around 5 am but maybe it can only be heard from our room at the ground floor.

Amazing location, very friendly staff, great breakfast and cozy place to chill with possibility to get some take away.

The staff was very helpful. They came to pick us up to the bus station. The hotel has a communal kitchen/dining area where they provide tea/coffee/hot drinks, some snacks daily and it has a small honesty bar. It was so well thought through. The spa area was small but lovely with outdoor jacuzzi. It is located next to a ski slope so getting out/in was amazing. We would definitely stay here again

Really nice hotel close to the centre of Saas Fee . Limited catering with breakfast only available but the food was good . Our room , on the first floor , was a King Size double , very comfortable and clean . However , there is no privacy between the bathroom / toilet as the walls are glass panels . We even had to close the curtains as people on the street could see into the bathroom ! We had requested a room with a private bath room / toilet but this was going to cost extra . Our overall experience was good .

Excellent breakfast, great location and amazing room. Very cosy & warm. Was really impressed with the bar area where you could help yourself to glasses, ice and tea and coffee. We didn't miss having a bar at all!

Perhaps more detail when you book that you do not get an interrupted view of the mountains as our room was on the ground floor. Although we had a view of the mountains, we were on street level and would have preferred to be at the back of the hotel which wasn't made clear enough upon booking.

Fantastic place with great customer service. So many great little touches.

Lovely. First ski holiday. Quick access to the slopes with a nice room for boots with heaters to keep them dry. Decent breakfast of real Swiss food. Loved the fresh bread. Impressive spa with 2 jacuzzi - mix of nudity and swimmers. Rustic but modern room with lovely view. Will return

Posizione strategica a ridosso delle piste e degli impianti di risalita. Il buffet della prima colazione era sufficientemente vario e ho trovato i prodotti di buona qualità. La possibilità di fare una merenda con bevande calde al rientro dalle piste è stata una vera coccola. Ho apprezzato moltissimo anche la SPA e la qualità del sonno.

Super Zimmer, super Lage. Tolle Aussicht vom Jacuzzi aus in die Bergkulisse von Saas Fee. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Super Hotel mit Lage direkt an der Piste. Grosses Zimmer, super Frühstück und freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ein kleines Wellness, was alles hat, was das Herz begehrt.

Great location, good ski room, nice large room, nice decor, clean, comfy beds. Hot tub in the room was a bit quirky but we made good use of it on extra cold days.

Where to begin… this is basically an Airbnb that markets itself as a premium hotel. There’s about 5 staff in total who are doing their best to keep everything running. There was no reception staff on most days. This would be ok if it was advertised as such (“serviced apartments”) but for the amount of money we paid we expected much better. Breakfast was a very plain buffet and there were no hot dishes made to order. There were no toiletries in the room or the spa (shower cap, body lotion etc) except for a 2-in-1 shampoo & shower gel. Thermostat was set at fixed temperatures - the room was cold at night and the spa relaxation room was also cold, we couldn’t make use of it after our sauna. I also injured myself in the spa because there is no step to get in/out of the outdoor hot tub. Glass door for the bathroom in the room was also stupid - there is nothing “romantic” about watching your partner take a #2! It just seems that they are doing the bare minimum while trying to cut corners and save costs wherever possible.
