Chambre a une belle salle de bain rénovée Par contre la chambre mériterait une cure de jeunesse ! Le matin c’était bruyant par les cuisines et salle du petit déjeuner en dessous au 1er étage ! J’ai trouvé dommage pour un lieux très touristique suisse Qu’à la réception que l’on puisse pas parler quelques que mots en français !

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026It was great to be able to have a picnic on the balcony overlooking the mountains. The breakfast was really nice with a wide selection of cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, bacon, etc. Lots of homemade products also such as the butter, yoghurt, etc and that was much appreciated.
The only thing I didn't like was the pillow which didn't work for me at all and I ended up having to use a cushion instead

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026一つのロープウエーが止まっていることを教えてくれて、親切に車で送ってくれた。毎朝どこへいくかを尋ねてくれて適切なアドバイスをしてくれた。帰りのバスターミナルまでお姉さんが車で送ってくれた。ホテルでバス、ロープウエーの無料券が貰えた。朝食もすべて素晴らしかった。サースフェー3泊の滞在は満足でした

Nie podobają mi się śniadania, podróżuje z rodziną w wiele miejsc i to jak narazie jedyne w którym niema co jeść a pieniadze jednak płaci sie nie małe za dobę. Za naszą czwórkę zapłaciliśmy podobnie jak za dobę w Dubaju gdzie był all inclusive. Więc to bez porównania. Wracając do śniadania to tylko jednego dnia (w niedzielę) powiedzmy że coś tam podali jajecznicę i kiełbaski bo w każdy inny dzień to dżem i Nutella, oraz resztki sera. Rozumiem że Szwajcaria jest dość droga ale płacąc tyle i nie mieć co jeść na śniadanie to porażka. Napewno więcej do tego hotelu nie wrócimy ale jako do samej miejscowości Saas Fee owszem.

Had een fout gemaakt met datum. Vroeg om omboeking maar kon alleen tegen bijbetaling omdat die categorie zogenaamd uitverkocht was. Haha. Halve hotel stond leeg. Prijs-kwaliteit was al ver te zoeken maar zo helemaal. Veel te duur voor wat het is. Zeker met zo’n matig ontbijt.

Dass die Gästekarte nicht vorbereitet und uns beim Checking nicht abgegeben wirde. Wir mussten daher die Bergbahn selbst bezahlen und uns auch wieder selbst um die Rückerstattung kümmern.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut. Bei Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen. Saastalkarte für Bahnen. Zimmer sauber und geräumig, Betten gut.
Das Frühstück Büfette war nicht gut vorbereitet. Kein Käse mehr, Jus / Multisaft lehr und niemand fühlte nach usw. Kurtaxe wurd per Mail noch einmal nachgefordert, dabei schon bei Ankunf bezahlt. Im Zimmer ist alles vorhanden für ein Warmes Getränk, ausser eimem Wasserkocher.
