Valor atrativo e quarto privado.

Estava um cheiro de cigarro muito forte quando entramos no quarto. Limpeza deixou muito a desejar.

This place was amazing and had everything we needed. It's located in Karon which is about 15 min drive from Patong. Karon itself is quite calm, relaxed and family friendly area. Property is located just minutes away of walking distance from the beach.

Good location for Karon. Basic room. Nice to have a balcony facing the square and drying rack outside, but during our stay there was a festival going on in the square which had loud music until 1am.

We had a cockroach inside the bedside table and it was impossible to catch and get rid of. This really impacted our stay! We would implore the hosts get rid of that bedside table.

Very good hotel. For it's price and location this is one of the best propositions. The personnel was friendly, rooms clean. Especially want to mention room arrangements with small kitchen and microwave, small dining table and the sofa which perfectly met family needs. By the occasion we will book it again and I definitely recommend this hotel for family stay.

The water pressure in the shower was quite a weak however it was still possible to use for washing.

Vzglavniki so bili precej trdi in debeli. Tlak v prhi je bil nekoliko šibak.

Se agradece enormemente que la habitación tenga tazas y hervidor, pero estos carecían de limpieza.

Prima lokatie. Centraal en toch rustig slapen. Onze kamer had alles wat nodig is, incl. waterkoker en koelkast

Mój pobyt w tym hotelu zakończył się bardzo nieprzyjemnym doświadczeniem. Podczas sprzątania pokoju zginęło mi 200 USD, które znajdowały się w moich rzeczach osobistych. Do kradzieży doszło wyłącznie w czasie, gdy w pokoju przebywał personel sprzątający. Po zgłoszeniu sprawy w recepcji nie otrzymałem żadnej realnej pomocy ani zainteresowania. Włascicielka zachowała się obojętnie broniąc personel sprzątający, a problem został zbagatelizowany. Nie zaproponowano żadnego rozwiązania ani rekompensaty. Brak poczucia bezpieczeństwa oraz brak odpowiedniej reakcji ze strony personelu sprawiają, że nie mogę polecić tego hotelu. Radzę przyszłym gościom zachować szczególną ostrożność lub wybrać inne miejsce na nocleg.

Es gab Blutflecken auf der Bettwäsche, das Personal hat es bei Anfrage ausgewechselt. Die Lage war gut.

Nicht sauber, Blut Flecken auf Bettwäsche und als eine neue gebracht wurde, befand sich eine Kakerlake in der neuen Bettwäsche. Daraufhin musste eine dritte gebracht werden. Toilette hat leider immer gestunken und es war sehr feucht. Das Zimmer hatte keine Fenster man fühlte sich sehr unwohl.

Beds where very hard, and the bed linen was worn and had some holes.

Thank you for the stay! Everything was fantastic, we couldn’t recommend more. There is a kitchen fully equipped : kettle, fridge, microwave etc. + good size mirrors + the shower facilities are great- one of the best showers in this area we have had. There is one double bed in a private room & the second double bed is divided by a wall from the kitchen. The location was ideal, a short walk to the beach in a quiet area with great restaurants near. The room was extremely clean & was cleaned each day! The bus to the airport is a 10minute walk away which was ideal also.

A nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood but close to the beach. You can reach the beach in just walking 3 minutes from the location. There was daily room service which was a nice touch from the management. We wanted a microwave and this was given to us upon request. The owner is an old lady who is nice and kind to requests. She guided us to where to get our rental scooters as well. There are plenty restaurants nearby and in front of the hotel. It was a pleasant stay.

We go the highest floor room and we had some heavy bags to carry high

The room was for a big family so I had very big space all for me. The bed was comfortable and the place is right in the centre of many shops and 5 min walk to Karon beach and Kata beach. The lady was very nice to me and also take me to the bus stop and gave me a lot of information.

Because it is in a centre there was a restaurant that had karaoke on some nights till 1am.

Rest all about property was excellent. The lady owner and cleaner are both quite good. The location, cleanliness and good staff beat all the drawbacks of the property. I would stay at the property again.

It had two bedrooms and was quite good. However it mainly did not have sink along with kitchenette.

Well located with two 7 Eleven’s just around the corner. Bars and restaurants were to be found all around.

Room was a bit small. Not the cleanest.

Good location and also really quiet. The hotel is located in a sidestreet. The owner of the house was really nice.

Great place

Great AC, location close to the beaches. Comfortable bed and fairly spacious room.

Room felt a bit damp unless AC left on all the time. Surrounding area was not particularly nice, not many nice places to eat from what we saw.

Clean and nice apartment with a kitchen and all it's equipment which was a big advantage since we were traveling with kid. Superfriendly owner. Cleaning daily. Both rooms equipped with AC. Hidden gem in terms value/price on Karon beach.
