Rien
Le ménage n’est pratiquement jamais fait dans cet hôtel, pendant 1 semaine avec la même serviette pour se laver ! Du jamais vue !! Regardez le cendrier c’est abusé !
The pool area was nice and peaceful.
The air con barely worked, the bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever laid on, and it’s very noisy all times of the day and night.
One woman staff member in reception was really nice
No lift and was put on the top floor when I have a 10 month old baby and a pram and lots of luggage No cot for baby available (but the woman behind reception did manage to get one from a different hotel after one night ) Cleaning staff tried to charge me 300Baht for two dirty towels (they hadn’t tried to wash them they just said no- but they were dirty from the floor in the bathroom) No hot water for first two nights Television only worked for two nights out of the 7 and it was fuzzy Nothing “boutique” about it I was charged 50baht for a missing tea spoon (i never used the kettle and coffee equipment) Very old, dated and unclean Bad vibes
Zimmer an der Straße In der Nacht viel zu Laut, Autolärm!!
This hotel should not be described as 3 stars. Aside from the incredibly uncomfortable, concrete quality mattress and feeling as if you are outside next to the busy traffic due to zero building insulation and shutters as opposed to actual windows - the room was dirty. Most notably the black mould in the bathroom around the sink and shower floor/walls, there were cobwebs in every corner and the shower was so caked in soap scum it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. The bed sheets and pillow cases all had significant stains and there weren't even towels available in the room upon our arrival. We asked for our room to be made up on our third day staying there, and all that was done was new bottles of water and a sloppily made bed with existing sheets. None of the photos in the listing are up to date. All the furniture in the room had scratches and marks and were visibly damaged from previous occupants. We cut our week long stay short and relayed all of these concerns and issues to booking.com, who's solution was a $50 reimbursmemt. This did not even cover one nights stay at the hotel. Very disappointed all around and would strongly advise that no one stay here as it is an incredible waste of money and a genuine health risk. The only redeeming quality of this place was the very kind and apologetic receptionist.
3000 bht deposit for 500 per night stay? Staff unhelpful and absolutely no English
Very clean and had everything we needed. Bottled water. Fridge. Kettle. Air con was really good.
The WiFi did not reach our room - we were on the 4th floor so don’t think it reached. Seemed to work downstairs better.
Good location wasn’t a fan of Phuket so didn’t stay long!
As above
The price and value for money. But having said this my stay was during low season. I would not pay high season prices for this hotel. Example in October-February the price of a room at this hotel TRIPLES-it’s not with that price.
The room is well appointed and the bed is comfortable. House keeping is served every day 👍 The pool is fantastic and not too busy.
Great central location close to eateries and shops. Comfortable room and atmosphere.
For information. Deposit 2000 baht
Location
The hotel isn’t called Adema anymore so we couldn’t find it, we tried to call the number registered on booking and they told us the address was wrong. Very poor english, luckily the cab driver helped us (it was 1 am in the morning) and she managed to find another number which eventually was the correct one. The receptionist wasn’t very helpful, we freaked out a little and he was standing there as if nothing happened. Also they took 2000 deposit which is ridiculous.
The location is perfect, only 7-10 minutes walk from the beach where you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds also for 200THB for 2 people. 7-Eleven is 100m from the hotel. The staff comes and sweeps the floor, makes the bed and takes out the trash every day. Although they do not change the sheets, just once per week.
The staff does not speak english but they communicate via translator. A deposit of 2000THB was mentioned in the booking but actually they demanded 100€ per room. Beware of the restaurant of the hotel, do not eat there. On multiple occasions we saw big rats inside, and also around the pool in the evenings.
Location is good but not the best neighborhood in town
When you get to the hotel the name is different from booking. If you’re on the 5th floor be prepared to climb by stair considering that there’s no elevator, the shower has no pressure at all.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel. It is extremely dirty and unbearably noisy. If you enjoy the sound of F1 racing 24/7, then this might be the place for you. The bathroom glass is covered in years of water stains, the towels have large holes, and the shower has extremely low water pressure. The chairs feel like they could break at any moment—I didn’t even dare to lean back and relax. The female staff at the front desk don’t speak English and have a bad attitude, with only one male staff member knowing a little English. Everything in the room comes with a price tag, and you are required to pay a 2,000 THB deposit before you can even check in, which is completely unreasonable considering the hotel’s outdated and poorly maintained facilities. Worst of all, this hotel is completely misleading. The one listed on the booking platform is not the same as the one on the actual sign. I later realized it had terrible reviews on maps, which explains a lot!
The staff helped us with our visa forms
Mice in the room! Noisy road
Nice pool, nice honest staff, huge bed. My daughter accidentally left 100bht under her pillow (don’t asked) when we came back the bed had been made with the money left on top. Thank you for the honesty
No lift
Nothing !!! My room was in 5th floor. No lift. No phone to reception.
Beds were like concrete. Towels were grubby and thin and had 2 holes in IT !! ( one small grubby towel). Someone’s dirty black sock in the wardrobe. No hot water. Had a cold shower the first night. A load of drunks in the pool at midnight. Staff unhelpful. They just told me to contact booking.com
Has good cafes near by.
No water in the shower, very small room and nobody speaks English.
It was close to the beach, street vendors and shops.
This hotel was very disappointing, I would not recommend staying there. The pictures must have be taken a long time ago because the rooms do not look like that. It is situated on a very busy street and the lack of soundproofing made it impossible to get a good night sleep. The bed was super hard, very uncomfortable and the bed sheets were dirty. Every towel we asked for had big holes in it and was dirty as well. Our bathroom was not cleaned for two weeks straight even though we kept asking for it. Not to mention we had problems occurring in our room all the time such as no hot water, clogged drains etc. The balcony is so tiny it cannot be used, especially because the aircon is dripping on you. The wifi does not work at the pool, only in the rooms. The experience was made even worse by the fact that the staff is super unfriendly and they do not speak a word of English so it was impossible to properly communicate the reoccurring problems.
The location was good, very close to shops and places to eat and the beach which was great. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.
The balcony door didn’t lock. The air con wasn’t very powerful. There were cobwebs around the room.
The location was good and the room was good for the money you pay.
The staff were not very helpful during the day- the guy at night was brilliant and so kind as was the cleaning staff. But the people during the day were very uninviting and looked annoyed. The pool was good but needs to be cleaned more as there was leaves and bugs everywhere. Air conditioning in the lobby would be good as well.
Location was good , just round the corner from big night market and 3 min walk to grab a long tail boat to explore islands :)
Not very comfy and not the cleanest , hair dryer broken
I’m not one to complain usually but nothing was good about this hotel.
We were meant to stay 4 nights. Stayed 1. Couldn’t sleep as bed was hard, no aircon, locks didn’t work on doors, we had a lizard in our room, no hot water, mould on the curtains and rust on the lamps and reception staff just said this is how it always is. Photos have been taken a long time ago and DO NOT look like property. Would not recommend stay to anyone. We moved to another hotel in the end.
Amazing value for money. The rooms are modern. Staff are friendly. There are so many restaurants and shops around. Would stay here again!
The beds are very hard!
Not much
The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The hotel is situated on a very noisy road
Room facility is not good. Roof was leaking and the aircond was not working. We had to change rooms every night
For the price it was reasonable. Clean en cozy room.
Internet connection was bad. Also take into account there is no lift. If you stay at the 5th floor , take into account you need to walk the stair with luggage.
Stylish and clean, in general nice
Personal doesn’t speak English at all and all process very difficult
Checking early to room which was great. Staff always helpful and cleaned room if I requested...an enjoyable 4 nights stay.
Bed a bit to hard for me
Good cleaning staff, very polite and helpful. Room is small but okay.
The pool is not good, too much chlorine and lack of sun beds. Very noisy because of the huge road view. 5th floor balcony is not comfortable because of heat from the roof. If you need something from the reception please make it quite clear because they don’t involve in your problem enough.
The lady when I checked in was very nice and helpful, the lady when I checked out was not a very happy person. Maybe she needs to change her job!!! Not want to talk and smile. Not the same as most thai people
Was a little bit too loud as near the main road, but having said that it was very good value for money. Maybe needs more sun loungers for the pool area
Could be a few more sun beds , but nothing to complain about… It was good.
The location was good and the staff were lovely.
I’ve stayed 4 nights and for 2 nights there wasn’t water. I shampooing my hair when we ran out water. Took over one hour to the water to come back. On the second day I came back to the hotel after a very long swimming day and there’s no water again. They said it would be from 1 to 2 hours to normalise the water situation. I was starving and didn’t want to wait, so we bought mineral water for showering. We went out for dinner and a couple of drinks and when we came back to the hotel (over 3 hours later) I tried to take another shower and still there wasn’t water. More money spent with mineral water, not only for shower, but also to flush the toilet. Honestly if you like having a shower don’t stay there:
It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was convenient as it was away from busy street by the sea but only a 5 minute walk away from the beachfront. The swimming pool was also clean and a nice place to relax in the afternoon.
Location, price, air conditioning, hot water.
The property was not that clean, quite noisy in the evening outside.
Good price
TV and heater doesn’t work
Fairly maintained hotel for its price. Definitely not five star boutique, but decent strong 3 star hotel. Pool area is ok
The biggest downside is balcony and aircon on top of the sealing, which makes it almost impossible to sit there, as its dripping on you
The pool was nice. Location from the beach was good. Room and hotel were clean.
The bed was so hard. Didn't even feel like a bed. Felt more like a box spring. Which is weird because my mother stayed in a different room and her bed was soft. Only one side of the shower door could slide. Had to pick up shower door to slide it open. Hotel had lots of mosquitoes but that's understandable. We rented a car for our stay. Hotel didn't have any parking for us so we had to park down the street.
