Wie wir am Abend ankamen und ins Zimmer kamen, stand am Tisch ein halbvolles Wasserglas und ein Häferl mit Tee auch halbvoll.

Frühstück mäßig, Frühstücksraum nicht sehr schön, keine Spiegeleier. Lage etwas abgelegen, entfernt vom Zentrum in Wohngebiet, am Rand eines Industriegebiets. Keine Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Es handelt sich um ein kleines Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, ruhig, schnell auch zu Fuß vom Bahnhof zu erreichen, man ist schnell in der Altstadt, auch zu Fuß. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut, die Zimmer neu und gut eingerichtet, die Betten bequem . Es war sehr sauber. Das Personal aufmerksam. Wir würden wieder kommen.
Für uns gab es nichts zu kritisieren.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Man hatte viel Stauraum. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Man kann bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Man muss schon ein bisschen laufen oder mit den öffentlichen fahren, um zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu kommen. Es ist ein Wohngebiet ohne Gasto. Dafür halt ruhig. Frühstück war gut. Die Frauen im Service waren total nett

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Die unkomplizierte Abwicklung bei der Buchung und dem Hotelzutritt waren super! Lage ist perfekt ... wir sind abends angekommen und in nur 10 Min. zu Fuß im Herzen Salzburgs gelandet.
Dass mich mein Navi zuerst in eine Sackgasse hinter dem Hotel geleitet hat ... da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür ;-)

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The rooms were big and clean. The property does not have elevator so if you have big luggage i would suggest to avoid it unless you are assigned rooms on the ground floor. They had a decent breakfast but almost no vegetarian options. The property is at a walking distance to the bus station. Location is good. One Staff in particular was very rude who entered our room directly when we were working and did not open the door in the morning. However the owner was very sweet and listened to our requests.

Colazione minimale con poca scelta soprattutto per la parte dolce. Camera al piano terra e quindi senza possibilità di dormire con le finestre aperte(periodo molto caldo).

Badezimmer nicht sehr sauber, das Gebäude ist ein normales Mehrfamilienhaus, in den unteren beiden Etagen sind die „Hotelzimmer“, die Bewohner des Hauses waren unfreundlich und unserer Meinung nach eher genervt von den Gästen. Fahrradkeller kaum zugänglich

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Schönes großes Familienzzimmer mit großem Bad, gute Betten. Freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Die Bahnhofnähe ist auch sehr praktisch.
Bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur war die fehlende AC irgendwie doch relevant. Es gab freundlicherweise zwei Ventilatoren, die da aber auch an ihre Grenzen kamen. Grundsätzlich ja kein Problem - für diesen Preis allerdings schon.

Két nap alatt nem tapasztaltunk semmi negatívumot.

Diese Unterkunft ist nicht für Radler geeignet. Es gibt keine ebenerdige Unterstellmöglichkeit und Lademöglichkeit Leider nicht klimatisiert.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Raňajky boli veľmi dobré. Taktiež poloha je super, všetko blízko a pár minút od železničnej stanice. Apartmán veľký a pohodlný. Všetko by bolo super a dala by som aj 10 bodov, ale kvôli teplu - naozaj horúcej noci, kvôli ktorej sme sa veľmi nevyspali musím dať bod dole. Nieje tam klimatizácia, iba vetrák, ale to nestačilo. Inak naozaj všetko super. V chladnejších mesiacoch je určite aj v izbách príjemne.
V noci naozaj horúco v spálni. Bez klimatizácie. :/

Также по нашей просьбе они выслали нам суточные билеты на городской транспорт(бесплатно). Более всего хочу отметить обильный завтрак состоящий из множества разных блюд. Всё было свежое и вкусно.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Das Hotel liegt in einem Wohnhaus in einem Gewerbegebiet, ist aber mit der Buslinie 21 sehr gut (ca. 15 Min.) mit der Innenstadt verbunden (Achtung: Busfahrkarten über App buchen, nicht im Bus möglich). Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert, sehr modern, sauber und groß. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Die E-Bikes durften wir unkompliziert in den Hausflur stellen.
Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet ohne Restaurants usw in der Nähe.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026la chambre était spacieuse, très grande, avec une grande salle de bain, un canapé, la propreté était au rendez vous, les lits étaient confortables. l'emplacement est proche à pied de la gare environ 20 min ainsi que du centre ( 20 min à pied) l'endroit est calme vers un parc. il faisait très chaud mais pas de clim dommage, un ventilateur dans la chambre a tout de même été le bienvenue, le frigo ne fonctionnait pas vraiment. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et complet, le personnel est agréable
le bruit parfois fait par les personnes qui entrent et sortent puis dans les escaliers le frigo qui ne marchait pas vraiment

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026The room was clean and spacious. It was nice to have a little table and chairs in the room as well as a fridge. The breakfast was fullfilling and there was a nice coffee machine. I was traveling with my 2 children and they loved being right nextdoor to a beautiful park and playground. Also about a 10-15 walk from the main train station. The hotel also included passes for the local public transportation which was a huge bonus for our family. 2 doors down from the University of Portland study abroad building.
The only areas of improvement would be having a safe for the room to store passports and valuables and a curtain or door for the shower as there seemed to be some water damage around the bathroom.

Environnement très calme (à la fin d’une impasse donc sans circulation) ; on rejoint le centre-ville à pieds en passant d’abord par un beau parc. Personnel très sympathique et serviable.

Personal telefoniert über Lautsprecher im Frühstücksraum. Und das jeden Morgen unseres Aufenthalts. Ich empfinde so etwas als sehr unangenehm und unhöflich. Auch signalisiert man den Gästen damit, nicht ansprechbar zu sein.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Bardzo miła pani w recepcji pierwszego dnia. Niezłe śniadanie, świeże lokalne produkty. Dobry dojazd i odległość od starego miasta, choć trudno było się porozumieć mailowo w sprawie dostępności parkingu. Myślę, że gdyby było więcej aut gości to byłby problem z zaparkowaniem. Pokój czysty, skromny, ale bardzo dobry do zatrzymania się na noc lub kilka.
Nie był to dla mnie problem, ale B&B jest w bloku mieszkalnym. Nie jestem pewien czy sąsiadom nie przeszkadza hałas prysznica, bo w trakcie kąpieli ktoś mocno stukał przez ścianę.

No decaf coffee! I know it's not the owner's fault but We could hear a child running around and shouting from 5am onwards and because the stairwell is quite big the sound travelled .

Reviewed May 25, 2026La verdad es que la ubicación está genial, puedes ir andando al centro en solo 10 min a pie. Pudimos dejar el coche en la misma calle, aunque creo que fue cuestión de suerte porque las plazas para los clientes son muy pocas.La zona es muy tranquila por la noche y se descansa muy bien. El desayuno muy completo y un ambiente muy acogedor y tranquilo.
Lo único que no estuvo del todo bien fue la conexión del wifi que era muy débil sin importar a qué router nos conectasemos. Pero no tiene importancia, un fin de semana podemos usar los datos móviles sin problema.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln beim Zimmer wie auch beim Frühstück. Die Lage ideal weil in der Nähe vom Zentrum aber doch ruhig gelegen.
Es ist ein B&B von daher kann man nicht den Komfort eines Hotels erwarten.

Reviewed May 12, 2026This little B&B is located in a quiet residential area, close to a park, at walking distance from the Central Statin (10 min). It is run by a family and everyone is extremely friendly without being invasive. We stayed at room number 1, with an entrance outside of the building witch we loved, because gave is even more privacy. The window faced a small but very green garden, giving a home feeling to the room. The room is very spacious, and it fits 3 adults perfectly. The beds are new and comfortable. One pillow and one duvet and a set of towels is provided per bed. The bathroom is very new, modern and eficiente. We LOVED the shower. The dor is made of painted glass, and it is somehow see through. If you are not travelling with family, this might be a set down for you. We only stayed for a day, but we recommend the place when visiting Salzburg. There is a new city policy that provides Free travelling cards for everyone staying in one of the city's hotels. Ask for it and they will send you an email with the access. The breakfast area seemed very little but there is an extra room that makes it even more cozy and charming. All is new and chosen with care and good taste. The food is good and plenty, we left with a delicious memory.
It would be lovely to have more than one pillow per bed. It would be better if the bathroom door wasn't see through. It would be a good idea to ad a curtain to the glass area on the door, to make the room darker in the morning.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Große geräumige Zimmer, bequeme Betten, große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe, Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig, zusätzlich gab es ein Guest Mobility Ticket für die Busse.
Die Ablagefläche im Bad könnte durch ein kleines Regal ergänzt werden und an der Dusche fehlt der Vorhang.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Close to main station and city centre. Guest card allows free public transport in Salzburg and Land. Nice family run hotel, beautifully refurbished (still undergoing). Excellent buffet breakfast variations. Room was totally refurbished and fresh. It was even an apartment "upgrade". I reccomend a trip to Salzkammergut lakes (bus is free with the card to Wolfgangsee).
Sound insulation (noise of neighbours showering at 4am and corridor), but I'm sensitive for that :)
