Ariti Seaside Residence

Beautiful rooms, with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. They had our quad bike that we hired delivered and picked up, so convenient. It is a very close work to the centre but far enough away that it is nice and peaceful, wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Ariti Seaside. Coming from Albania, we truly appreciated the warm and genuine Greek hospitality. A special thank you to Safo, who welcomed us with the biggest smile and such beautiful energy. She is a wonderful, positive, warm, and cheerful person, and her kindness made us feel right at home. The hotel has a perfect location, is spotlessly clean, and the service is excellent. Everything was taken care of with so much attention and care, making us feel comfortable and truly at home. We are more than happy with our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Paros. We will definitely be back very soon! ❤️ Thank you, Safo, for your wonderful hospitality!

The location was perfect! About a 5 minute walk outside of town, so it was quiet, but close enough to get to all the restaurants easily. Chris was so helpful and arranged everything I needed. He went above and beyond every day I was there!

Everything was perfect!

Comfortable and well appointed. Clean with very helpful staff. We loved being easy walking to the heart of Naousa but far enough to be quieter. The bay is beautiful and sunsets perfect. The island was fun to explore with quaint villages and beaches especially Golden Beach was our favorite. The owner Tony was charming and charismatic. Would definitely stay here again if back in Paros.

Our stay was spectacular from start to finish. Anna and Chris went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a perfect 10/10. The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. Every day, it was cleaned beautifully, and we were always left with fresh coffee to enjoy. We spent wonderful evenings watching the sunset from our terrace while enjoying a delicious bottle of wine kindly gifted by the hotel. Honestly, we don't have enough words to describe how well we were treated. We didn't want to leave! The location is also fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the town center, making it easy to explore everything Paros has to offer. Thank you for making our first visit to Paros truly unforgettable. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 without a doubt.

Everything was amazing! Before we even arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly, organising transfers and excursions for us. The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Coffee pods and milk were replenished every day as was water, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The staff at Ariti (Chris and Anna) went above and beyond to make our stay truly amazing!

Amazing view from our balcony, clean and beautifully designed rooms, very friendly and helpful advice from Chris. Quiet location and only a short walk to the marina, restaurants and shops.

Le logement est très propre et la chambre très grande, une belle décoration. Accès à 2 terrasses et un balcon WoW presqu’une vue 360. Nous avons eu un petit soucis avec la climatisations mais le propriétaire est très réactif et ils ont intervenu 15 minutes après mon appel. Mario, chauffeur, concierge extrêmement gentil et courtois. Le logement est sur une pointe, même si quelques maison semble un peu défraîchit autour ce n’est rien..aller marché près des rochers sur la pointe c’est époustouflant , a 10 minutes à pied vous arriverez sur une plage de sables fin. Il y a une autre plage accessible à pied en traversant Naoussa.

Il n’y avait pas de bouchon dans l’évier pour retenir l’eau dans le bassin, et pas de linge pour essuyer la vaisselle. Un parasol ou autre pour faire un peu plus d’ombre sur la terrasse menant à la chambre.

Ariti is beautiful. The location is minutes walk from Naousa Village which has beautiful cafes, restaurants, bars and gorgeous shopping. The residence is spotlessly clean, serviced daily and staff very friendly. We spoke to the housekeeper every day and she couldn't do enough to be sure we had everything we needed.. beach towels provided too. We stayed in sea view room with balcony. Beautiful way to have breakfast ( self supplied with small kitchenette. Will definitely stay here again. Chris was welcoming and provided excellent orientation to island and recommended places to go and eat. Easy to park car too!! Superb.

Water views and close proximity to town center

This was an amazing property! Location!!!!! We were literally a few minute walk from the main town of Naousa and it was perfect! We were able to walk into town for everything we needed and didn’t need to rent a car. The views were excellent and so was Maria, our wonderful host. She arranged transfers for us and was there for absolutely anything we needed. The apartment was clean, spacious and has the cutest aesthetic and vibe. There is something about staying with a small family owned boutique hotel that just makes everything feel warm and welcoming. When we come back to Paros, which we definitely will, we will be staying with Ariti again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ariti! The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location—just a short walk to town, with stunning views just steps from the door. Marie and Anna were wonderful—warm, helpful, and in touch even before our arrival, which we really appreciated. They also helped arrange our transfers, making everything super smooth. The beds were very comfortable, including the twin, which was a nice surprise. We’d definitely stay here again!

A great property just steps from Naousa, without the noise of being in town. The staff was exceptional and very helpful with recommendations and advice. The room was clean and had everything I needed. They had welcome gifts including a bottle of wine and some fruit which was so thoughtful.

It was too windy to enjoy the terrace and there was not really a place to sit bedsides the bed, as the room was on the smaller size. Aside from that the property was very good and comfortable.

Great location, away from the noise and crowd of the port but an easy 10 minute stroll through windings streets into town to many different bars restaurants and shops. The apartment units are spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Air conditioning works great and beds are comfortable. We recommend staying at this property.

We loved this stay! 3 min walking to the center of town but far enough to be protected from the nighttime noise. The balconies are so peaceful for sunrise and sunset viewing and accommodation was spacious and clean. The woman at the front desk is so lovely and guided us to some of our favorite spots on the island. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Walking distance to Naoussa and lovely, comfortable rooms! It was well maintained and cleaned every single day. We loved our kitchenette, the welcome bottle of wine (such a nice touch!) and the variety of clean towels that were left for us.

The shower smelled a bit funny and the pillows were a bit hard. Not a big deal though!

Maria was a wonderful host , she helped prior to our arrival with travel guidance , gave a detailed overview of the area and Island and arranged for a rental car to come and be dropped back at the property on our behalf - the cleaning of the property was excellent too and we were given complimentary water and wine to enjoy

We upgraded our room to a panoramic sea view room which had an amazing view from a window and a balcony. The location is perfect 5 mins walk from Naousa. Great thanks to Maria for her amazing recommendations and for making sure our stay was perfect.

Beautifully appointed room, very comfy bed, generous amount of towels and supplies. A welcome bottle of wine and fruit bowl. Excellent suggestions for site seeing and places to eat from the host, who was extremely helpful in organising taxi pick up for us as well. Thoroughly recommend!

Location, reasonably priced

Perfect location, within short walking distance to the town center, amazing sea views from both balconies. The room was very clean and had everything you would need during the holidays. Cannot reccomend the place enough :)

Close to Noussa. Very clean and Flora was fantastic. All the inclusions in the booking.com listing are not 100% correct.

Check in did not go smoothly. Written communication was good but the follow through was lacking.

Accommodation was clean and in a convenient location. Room was a good size and nicely presented. Inviting balcony to sit on and view the ocean. Complimentary bottle of wine and water as a gift and coffee pods for coffee machine.

Shower was very small and leaked all over the floor. Reception staff were hardly ever on site and didn’t respond to messages until hours later. Complimentary fruit in room was rotten. The above negatives didn’t really affect us, so overall a very pleasant place to stay.

The location was great, we could walk into Naousa and enjoy the restaurants on the water. We had a balcony with a great view.

We loved our honeymoon stay at Ariti Seaside! It’s a short (but steep) walk into Naoussa where there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars. It’s also walking distance to a small beach and a short drive (15min) to Santa Maria beach. The room was a good size with AC and the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine and bowl of fresh fruit. The room also had a small fridge, basic kitchen supplies and coffee machine. The reception also arranged a transfer for us from the port on the day we arrived.

The room was so stylish and clean, and the location was totally perfect - central to the wild beaches and closest to all the best shops and restaurants. Angie (our receptionist) was the best!! She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, coordinating our trip for us and giving us the best tips of where to go. I would definitely come back again.

I did not get the room I paid for! We were supposed to have a separate bedroom and my son would have a sofa bed. The room was tiny and my son slept almost next to us.

The room was very clean. The towels were changed on a daily basis. The flat is new and very nice decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Also, the owner was very helpful. He even booked for us sunbeds and restaurants on a last minute request. The location was excellent. You are in the heart of Naousa. I fully recommend it!!

It was well located for a walk into the village It was impeccably Klien the Landscaping was well taken care of the beds were comfortable. It was well lit, and the building may only be 2 to 3 years old at the most.

The view from our terrace so beautiful, the penthouse suite was stunning and so very comfortable, the design was so relaxing we had just come off a few weeks of rapid travel turkey and Egypt and it was so beautifully relaxing! And Anna I was so happy to finally meet her we had conversations prior to our arrival and it was like meeting up with an old friend! Her generosity her spirit and her love for the island and what she does is infectious! We hadn’t even seen the island and we were all ready in Love with Anna’s island! Make sure you get her recommendation map, she has curated the where to go, where to eat and what to see with much thought and care. She truly wants you to also fall in love with Paros …… and we did. She also arranged for a car for us so we could explore! And to the lovely lady who cleaned our suite, she was always very respectful and she did a great job and always made sure we had what we needed!
