Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The property is located in a residential street walking distance to the old town, but at a nice distance from the hustle and bustle. It was a super market on the corner and a great restaurant a 1 min walk away. It was clean and the host is attentive.
This is a true bed and breakfast. The host lives on the property (which is not a bad thing), but the entrance to the rooms and some windows are in the court yard. I would recommend bringing ear plugs because you can hear all the coming and goings of guests and it doesn’t feel very private. Also, remember to put your DND sign because they will knock multiple times.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Bel emplacement, rue calme, petite alimentation au coin de la rue, le stationnement est facile Situé à 5 mn des rues piétonnes du centre de naoussa. La résidence est très propre et entretenue. Maria très accueillante et arrangeante.
Avec un grand lit 2 personnes, ce serait encore mieux.

La douche et le jet pourraiet être améliorés. Quelques luminaires dans l'appartement ne fonctionnent pas.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ικανοποιητικό για 2 άτομα και η καθαριότητα ήταν καθημερινή. Επίσης, μας εξυπηρέτησε πολύ το γεγονός ότι μας φύλαξε τις αποσκευές την τελευταία μέρα, καθώς φεύγαμε αργά από το νησί.

It was perfect in the morning because we could use the umbrella and the perfect temperature in the shade in the afternoon. Having a quiet AC and being able to control its fan was really nice too!

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026We enjoyed our stay in Mitsi studios. Location was really good, very close to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the center of the village. The room itself is not modern, but we liked it charm and a lot of traditional features. Big balcony with a shade umbrella was our favourite. Kitchen was very practical, everything was in working condition, some small touches like towel, salt, complementary coffee capsules it all made us feel that owners really care for the guests. Cleaning was done daily to a high standard. We could not be more satisfied. Totally recommend this place.
I wish there was possibility to wash clothes at Mitsi, because in the village laundry price is above 20 EUR for a single wash which we thought was very high.

Maria is a very helpful and hospitable host.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2025Perfect stay for a couple. We were there for 8-9 days exploring the island and it was a great studio apartment to spend the nights in with a balcony for breakfast. Maria (Mitsi) kept the apartment clean for us which we were not expecting and even changed towels - very kind and a great experience. We would stay here again
