It’s a brand new spacious property located 5 minutes walk from the train station. It was a very good and caring touch when I found some stash of food and snacks upon arrival after the 12 hour travel day.

The Suite was very nice, lovely view of the courtyard.

It advertised that it had air conditioning, but it was really just a cooling fan. And there were no windows to open - just doors to the courtyard so we couldn’t leave them open. The check in was a little confusing- you have to the cafe, but the folks there weren’t sure what room we were in and the keys didn’t work well on some of the doors.

Place was decent, clean, equipment was cheap and spartan. Parking in a completely different block. Front desk/check-in was a bit of a mess, it was in a coffee shop, one guy told me he didnt know anything and appeared to just want me to leave, another girl spent 20 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to figure out where the key was. Given the cost of the place, I was expecting something a bot more organised, with less waiting.

I’ve moved to CH and lived at Gubelhod Suites for 3.5 mths. The reason I gave 5 stars is simple: SERVICE and LOCATION. I could count on the spetacular attendance from Johanna that has always reacted quickly to my doubts and requests. Besides, you are too close to train station, mall, supermarketS, restaurants and the LAKE. At last, the apartment was very functional, nice and the weekly cleaning makes a lot of difference.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious we felt right at home from as soon as entering our suite!

Property lived up to the expectations. Walkable distance to all the shops and to the lake. Apartment was extremely cozy and comfortable. This is my second time staying here and will continue to book here in the future.

Modern, clean, and functional room that exceeded our expectations. The central location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the station, making it very convenient. The owners are extremely polite and always happy to support with any requests or information. Their hospitality made our stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

All round great experience. Friendly on the phone and helpful. Nice to get a last minute booking. Once at the apartment it was as seen in the pictures: stylish, cozy, warm, and made you feel at home. All the amenities were there and working. Will go back next time I am in Zug!

Location is great in the centre of Zug. Great communication with Maria and flexible to assist us on our late arrival. Definitely recommend this place. Great coffee, food and service at the coffee shop (Cafe Frech) downstairs. Highly recommended,

The Gubelhof Suites were perfect for our visit. We stayed in the large 1 bedroom and were provided with an extra bed in the living room as we were a group of three. Everything was top notch and the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend the property and would stay again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I arrived in Zug in October 2021 from the States and immediately moved into Gubelhof Suites. We planned on staying for 2-3 months, but we ended up staying nearly one full year! Our apartment was in excellent condition - bright, clean and with up-to-date appliances. Gubelhof is perfectly located with the grocery store, train station, a gym and the lakefront all within a 2-10 minute walk. (I measured distance in cartwheels needed to arrive at my final destination, LOL.) Lastly there is Maria. Maria owns and manages Gubelhof Suites and does so with the utmost care and attention to details. Our apartment was cleaned weekly, and she was always very responsive to questions or requests. If you are in Zug and a room available at Gubelhof Suites, we highly recommend!!

top quality facilities , really nice apartment with balcony.Location perfect with 5 minute walk to the Lake and 100m from the shopping precinct. Wheelchair friendly as well as our daughter is in a wheelchair and no problems. Easy checkin and checkout.

We stayed at Gubelhof Suites as a couple for one month. The location is excellent, next to Metalli Shopping Centre, and it is a few minutes walking distance from the train station and many other attractions in the town centre. The owner, Maria and the staff were extremely friendly and caring. The type of the apartment we stayed at is called Soft Luxury; it has one bedroom, a very large living and dining room with open plan kitchen, a balcony, a bathroom with shower and bath. It is very new, clean and elegantly decorated. All the electric appliances are new. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the flat (some other places have shared ones). You can also rent parking spaces in the closed garage of the building. Unless you require otherwise, the apartment is cleaned twice a week. Everything during our stay was perfect and I strongly recommend this place for your short or long term stays.

The best accommodation you can find in Zug. The central location enables you to get to any place or the Zug railway station in just 5 minutes walking. The room is very comfortable and the bed is amazing for sleeping. The design is modern, creative that you hardy find in any hotels in Zug. You can really feel like home staying at the Gubelhof Suites. The People are extremely nice and caring. We will definitely and only stay there when we visit Zug next time.

Fabulous apartments- perfect for longer stays with daily servicing, cool furniture and situated perfectly in Zug Maria was very welcoming and the coffee shop is great to visit for breakfast I would recommend without hesitation

I visited the Gubelhof Suites for my second time now. Each Suite convinces with its own style. The modern appartments have plenty of space. We had such a good time. Will definitely consider visiting a third time. All rooms were flawlessly cleaned.

Incredibly great location and very nice staff. The "suite" I got was ultra modern, new and very clean. I really enjoyed my time and would highly recommend the Gubelhof Suites. It is central but it is very quiet and make your stay in Zug very pleasant.

Don’t let the alternative check-in throw you. I used this in lieu of a hotel, as they are very tight in Zug. Very clean, friendly and spacious suite. Well-located a short walk from the old part of the city and near the mall and several business centers. Only downside is if you need hotel amenities / off-hours services, this might not be your spot. There is an off-hours contact but I did not use that, I think it’s more for semi-emergencies.

The airport is only 45 minutes away. We had the room Cozy Plus which is perfectly enough for 2 adults. The room was very nicely designed, cleanliness was above standards and the room is very well equipped. You find every small details and things stunning. Daily refreshment service was provided which was great and precise to maintain the room. It is said that Switzerland has great hospitality but before we had many disappointing experience until we stayed at the Gubelhof Suites. Finally, great hospitality service has arrived to Zug. Thank you for the entire Team of Gubelhof Suites for the top quality service. This is what I call hospitality service. We will be definitely back. Finally, you can also pass by Kaffee Frech which is the same company to have a proper coffee and some fantastic waffles. I included some wonderful pictures of Lake Zug here (only 3 minutes walk from the Suite) so you can have a taste of this beautiful town too.

We recently stayed at this hotel. It is very conveniently located close to everything including a 5-minute walk from the train station. The suites are beautiful and comfortable. But the best part is the people you get to interact with From the lovely Maria who took care of everything with a smile, to the people at the reception and cafe, we were treated with amazing hospitality and kindness from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment hotel is located very close to the Zug station (5 mins slow walk), but still very quiet Both the kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the bathroom with the washing machine ans separate thimble dryer. The WIFI is way faster what you need for streaming movies. Cleaning was good too. I can highly recommend the apartment hotel for both business and leisure stay.

This was the best Hotel we stayed in our 17 days trip through Portugal, Spain, France and Switzerland. Everything perfect and you want to stay living in there. Walking distance to parks, lakes, lots of shopping, stores, all clean and nice. Great food specially the Italian Restaurant we choose “unbelievable” Great Class and Comfort on the apartments Suites. 10 points out of 10

We really enjoyed our stay at the Gubelhof Suites in Zug. The welcome was very friendly. The apartments are spacious and stylish furnished. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, which offered all the luxury you need for a business trip or a visit of the beautiful city of Zug. The beds are super comfy too and if you want to cook something you have a beautiful kitchen to use. I really like the artsy interior it's modern and instagrammable. Furthermore it's very clean and well maintained. Thank you for having us.

I stayed at the Gubelhof Suites for over 7 months and experienced 4 different suites - so please don't take my review with a pinch of salt... In Short - Quite simply the best value rental apartments for short and long term stays in Zug, I did my research and personally saw other ones in the area in a similar price and "quality" bracket, they did not compare... I originally rented Suite 8 with my work colleague. It provided ample space with a nice clean minimalist finish. Ideal for sharing. Similarly the smaller two bedroom suite, Suite 12, was fantastic. Whilst it was a bit smaller and only one shower - it made up for it with a more vibrant feel and finish - balcony and garden a nice combo for the summer months. When living alone I rented Suite 9 (a large one bed), and it was probably my favourite whilst staying there due to amount of natural light from amount of windows and balcony area. The decor is very different (if not a bit bizarre, but in a good way), trendy and simplistic at the same time. All the flats bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom are very modern and well equipped. if you like modern trendy vibes, you can't go far wrong... The only areas I would suggest for improvement would be that some of the flats (especially suite 8) could do with some central spot lighting in the rooms as they can become quite dark at night. Other minor things would be to have bigger towels and an oven gloves for use when cooking. Cafe Frech - joined to the hotel, is also a lovely little cafe which I would recommend using during your stay. Waffles and Coffee very nice - or even a quick (and sometimes needed) alcoholic drink... Re Management - Maria (Owner) and Lena (Manager) along with their team were absolutely fantastic and very attentive. Maria dealt with a lot of my queries first hand which was a nice touch. I particularly want to thank Lena again for her hospitality, especially when my family visited - unfortunately both my Fiance and Father broke some bones in separate skiing accidents - but Lena was extremely helpful and attentive, and for that I thank you, you went the extra mile! There is a reason why the Gubelhof Suites has only received 5 star ratings to date! If you need a furnished apartment to rent for a short or long stay don't bother looking anywhere else... Thank you again for a fantastic stay! And all the best for the future!

I often travel for business. The things I value the most are: location, services, privacy, price, style, comfort and additional services. The GUBELHOF SUITES is the place to find all of that and more. The staff is amazing! and they excel at everything!!! They truly made me feel at home and at a boutique hotel at the same time! We had a lovely stay at Gubelhof Suites for three months. The place is very tastefully decorated and comfortable, the staff is lovely and service excellent. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. The location is perfect with the train station and shopping center just a couple of minutes away. We would highly recommend Gublehof Suites to anyone looking for a home away from home in Zug.

An excellent bouquet hotel, large brand new rooms with a kitchen, the hotel is less than 5 minutes from the train station and main shopping. Lena was great, she made sure everything was perfect. I would stay here every time I am in Zug, hopefully it is not full.

Stanze nuove, con tutti i confort. Arredate con cura e funzionali. Finestre ampie con molta luce se si vuole lavorare in stanza. Magnifico.

Einfach wunderbar! Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Wir haben uns rundum sofort wohlgefühlt und sollten wir noch einmal nach Zug fahren, übernachten wir gerne wieder dort. Der Service ist zuvorkommend, persönlich und sehr herzlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Sehr schön sind die Suiten, liebevoll eingerichtet es fehlt an garnichts! Und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Betten sind bequem, man merkt in Allem, dass die Suiten mit viel Liebe gestaltet wurden! Ich würde immer wieder in den Gubelhof Suites übernachten.
