洗濯&乾燥機があるのが嬉しいですが、スタッフ不在時間が長いので、両替機があるとなお助かります🙏 洗濯機(200円/回)、乾燥機(100円/30分)と、別々にコインが必要になり、乾燥機は厚物で1.５時間(洗濯乾燥で合計100円玉×5枚)は必要になります。 夜間、着替えてまたコンビニまで両替に行かないといけなくなるので。。。 ご検討くださいませ🙏

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026the staff were friendly and the other guests there were all very respectful. it was stocked with amenities and a kitchen with many free things to use like oil and salt and sugar. spacious for workspace and a private locker. amazing location too since the canal is very close. sometimes the ac could get a bit cold but i’m also a naturally cold person. i felt very safe and at home there!

Reservamos una habitación cuádruple para mi y mi pareja y como no está muy claro en la web nos equivocamos y reservamos una para mujeres. Al final mi pareja durmió sola en una habitación cuádruple y a mi me dieron una cama tipo cápsula en una habitación compartida solo de hombres ¡¡¡Cuidado al hacer la reserva!!!

唯一、部屋にロッカーがないのが不満。 シャワー室に貴重品を入れる金庫があるからそれは良いとして、PCやカメラを保管できるロッカーがない。 そのため、夜出歩く際に部屋に荷物を置いておくのが、気が気でない。

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026男女床位分开的，第一道门是男士空间，进第二道门之后才是女士的空间。公共卫生间区域很宽敞，里面还有洗衣机烘干机，非常方便。公共活动的空间也挺大，总之，在青旅里算是环境蛮好的了
分配给我的房间有点吵，像是空调发出的低频振动，特别影响睡眠。还好我戴了耳塞，不然怕是一晚上都睡不好了。希望青旅可以排查一下噪音来源，及时检修。

침대배치가 약간 야생미있음. 옆사람과 인사 나눌 수 있을정도로 개방감있음.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026良かったので追加で泊まった。男女でエリアが分かれていて快適に過ごせた。シャワー・トイレ・ランドリー・洗面専用の部屋があって、音を気にせずに使えた。清潔で動線よかった。また来ることがあれば利用します。
唯一、脱衣所が少し使いづらい。脱衣所に物を置くところが少なくて困った。バスマットの表裏がよく分からなかった（土足なため）。フックひとつでもつけてくれるとありがたいなと思った。

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026リビングが広く使いやすくて 内外共にキャンプのようでもあり 贅沢な空間を過ごすことが出来ました。 シャワールーム、パウダールームも温泉施設のように広く綺麗だった。立地もいい。どこへも徒歩ですぐ。かなり利便性が良かった。
2箇所も違う数字と英文字の6桁のNo.を押して開錠して入るしくみで 出入りがかなり面倒だった。 宿泊税？やシャンプーやタオル等 別料金で有料になると言われ不快。 どこのゲストハウスも含まれ付いていることが多い。

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Not too far from JR Otaru station, less than 10 minutes walk. First time visit, need patience to find it if you also have a big luggage. Room 201 single room is at the level 2 entrance, you will hear the security door opens and closes. There are also traffic lights in front of Otaru DoYa, you will hear the green-man sound every time, did not bother me, but if you’re a sensitive light sleeper, consider this.
Otaru YaDo front desk asked for ¥ 300 cash for taxes at Check-in, which Booking.com later confirmed that there is no more additional payment required.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026小樽駅から近く、札幌や新千歳空港までは高速バスも運行していて、すごく便利でした。観光スポット、コンビニ、スーパー、ドラッグストアまでは徒歩圏内で、最高の立地でした。 宿泊する部屋も、食事する場所や浴室などの共用部も清潔で、スタッフの方々の対応が親切で、お宿のセキュリティもしっかりしているので、とても安心して快適に過ごせました。 ありがとうございました！

Les lits n'était pas très confortable et la taille de la chambre était plus petit que d'autres hostel qu'on a fait au Japon. En tant que "hostel" on s'attendait à des activités avec les hôtes ou alors plus de vie à l'accueil.

No wifi on the 2nd floor accom. From reviews, (Mun, Canada) it has been non existent for a while. Guy a the desk said “sorry it’s broken” sounds like there’s no plans to fix it. So the quiet few days in my room didn’t go the way I planned. The staff weren’t visible unless you rang the bell. And the desk was only manned from 12pm to 8pm. No staff in the building overnight. I will look for another option next time I’m in Otaru.

There were an elderly lady has alway been watching guests at the common area and kitchen area, wasn't sure she is the hotel owner or she is an employee. when you use the kitchen she follows you and watches you, make my trip so much pressure. and she supervises when customers using their kitchen and tables. it made my trip really uncomfortable. Their beds are extremely rock hard, feeling like sleeping on the floor. it looks like they didn't have a cleaner, their toilets floor has been so sticky like urine on for long time, during the few days I have stayed, it's never been cleaned.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025調味料も豊富に揃った共用キッチン。そしてコインランドリー＆乾燥機が２台あるところ(女性フロアの場合)。また、ランドリーゾーンには小上がりがあるので、洗濯物を畳んだり時間を潰したりヨガをするスペースとしても活用させていただきました。
ランドリーゾーンの小上がりに電源がほしい。トイレに衣服や鞄をかけるフックは絶対に欲しいです。 あと、洗面台のシンクが狭いわりに水栓が突き出ているので、みんな洗面台回りをびしゃびしゃにしがち。心ある人はちゃんと使ったあとに拭いてくれてて有り難いけど、そうでない人もいるのでね。 洗面台に設置のゴミ箱の容量を大きくして欲しいです。朝の混む時間はいつも溢れ返ってて悲しかった。

The staff was accommodating and allowed a slightly early check-in, as well as kept my luggage for a bit after check-out. The shower room is spacious and brightly lit.
The bedside light is very dim, and there is little space to store luggage in the room, which makes it feel a bit cluttered if you forget to keep things orderly.
