Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Very good value for the decent place with the amenities needed. The staff were very attentive and responsive to the chat room. Check-in process was straight forward.
The bathroom has a very strong damp smell, even with the ventilation on. If you are afraid of or uncomfortable of insects, there are quite a few around the building and the extended area. It’s situated up a hill with quite a lot of plants around. If you arrive without a car, it would be hard to reach with the luggage.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026繁華街へのアクセスが良いです。階段を降りて鳥居を抜けたらすぐにローソンがあります。5分かからないです。 受付スタッフはリモートでフィリピン？マレーシア？インドネシア？系の方です。
下水溝の匂いがきつかった。換気扇回しても匂いが消えない。料金を考えると他にも良い宿泊施設はあるなという印象。ソファも使い古してる感じで洗ってなさそう。目や身体が痒くなりました。ホコリも多め。キッチンもきれいと言う感じではありません。 広さも一人暮らしの1DKくらいで大人2人、未就学児3人だと狭かったです。ベッドは下に引き出して使えるベッドでセミダブル、引き出して使えるベッドはシングルでした。 駐車場も狭かったので、第一駐車場は7人乗りの車だと駐車が大変。第二駐車場をお勧めします。

・部屋の中に虫が多かった ・駐車場が狭くて周りにある木から落ち葉が落ちて車がかなり汚くなった。 結局2日目は有料駐車場を使った。 ・オーブンレンジではなく朝パンを焼くのが大変だった。せめてアルミホイルとかクッキングシートがほしかった。

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026施設自体はとても満足のいくものでした。 たまたま近くで祭りも開催されていて、アクセスも良かったです。
施設側は悪くないと分かっていますが、他の宿泊者が非常にうるさく、朝方には犬が吠えるような爆音で起こされました。床が薄いのか上の住人が悪いのか足音が酷かったです。

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026トイレと浴室が別でゆっくり湯船に浸かれる。 一通りの調理器具、食器も揃っていて電子レンジ、トースターも有り長期間の宿泊に適している。 冷蔵庫も2層の物で冷凍もしっかり出来る。 洗濯機もあり汚れた物を洗濯出来るので助かる。

風呂の椅子、桶なし。 タオルの交換なし。有料ならあり。 坂道の上にあり、歩くのは大変。←これは仕方なし。 第一の駐車場狭いよ。

Reviewed May 23, 2026The location was perfect; close enough to all the activities, but far enough to have a parking space and quiet nights. The room was equipped with everything you’d need, including a washer and full size fridge.
The building smelled a bit when we checked in. Also there was a bit of odor from bathroom drainage. There could be a stool and washbowl (風呂桶) inside the bathroom.

Reviewed May 4, 2026When arriving to the room it was very neatly clean, even the smell was good. Is has everything you need, as if you arrive to your own apartment. The staff is very earnest and professional. Through some messages you can feel they put a lot of effort into hosting. Highly recommend

逃生指示灯太亮了，没有足够的晾晒衣物空间，下雪后的上坡路有点难走，工作人员没有说清楚

Please note that the steep uphill street can be very dangerous to drive during winter, particularly when the road is snowy or icy.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026部屋が綺麗で使いやすかった！ また、チェックインの時間が過ぎてしまうため事前に そのことを伝えたところ丁寧に了承して頂き、返信も早く安心しました。 鍵の探し方も他の方は大変だったと記載あるが、 私は全然迷うことなく鍵を開けられました。 冷蔵庫も大きいし、お布団も清潔で良かった！ 水回りもきれいでした！
やはり皆さんが言うように坂がすごい(笑) びっくりしました。レンタカーを借りてなかったため タクシーを呼んで行かせて頂きました。 タクシーの方も目の前に停めてくれたのでよかったです。 歩くとなると本当に大変だと思います。

The self-check-in process is quite complicated with too many steps. Since there are no staff on-site, it feels a bit disconnected. The property is somewhat dated and has serious heating issues: there is only one heater in the living room, leaving both bedrooms freezing cold at night. Also, there were no clothes hangers or racks provided. Lastly, the icy path to the entrance is very slippery and dangerous when carrying heavy luggage.

冬季の駐車場のスペースが限られていて、停められない場合があるようなので、心配なので、早めの到着にするようにしました。また冬道に不慣れな人にはちょっと大変かもしれないと思います。

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Considering we came from a temperate country and were visiting in winter, the superb heating and hot bath were everything. The unit was warm, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. Bonus points for the stunning view overlooking Otaru town, waking up to that view was such a treat. A perfect winter stay. Tip: The view comes with a trade-off: the property is sort of located on a hill, so it’s not very suitable if you’re coming on foot, especially in winter. Best to take a taxi or drive.
The décor feels very 70s/80s with a noticeably dated vibe. There’s also an old smell lingering in the toilet, a bit unpleasant which could use some improvement.
